Ryan's P.O.V
"Watch yourself! Don't let that fall on you Devin!", I yelled.
We were lifting up some wood planks and Devin was having a hard time in figuring out how to get the roof going.
"Just slant it Devin... No not like that... Yeah, yeah... Right there! Exactly like that!", I said.
Devin gave me a thumbs up and I knew he had it now.
Devin was a 24 year old wolf kicked out of his pack for his unnatural strength. He could've taken out the Alpha if he wanted but he chose to stay a regular pack member.
The Alpha didn't like the constant threat though.
I smiled as he fit in the last board like a puzzle piece. He grabbed the shingles and started nailing them on with 4 other rogues.
I looked at my watch, my smile fading as I realized that my Edith and them should be back by now.
I really wish we had mindlink.
I walked to the packhouse, worry filling my body.
I heard the rev of a truck engine and I rushed to meet them.
Edith opened up the door of the truck before it even got into park.
She was breathing heavily and she looked scared.
What was wrong?
All of a sudden, the scent of blood hit me.
I growled, anger snatching me.
Jogging over, I noticed Jim, an older gentleman kicked out of his pack for his age, bleeding.
"DOMINIC!", I roared.
Dominic stumbled out of the packhouse.
"Get Jim to the hospital now! Jenny should be there!", I commanded.
Dominic nodded and picked up a groaning Jim.
I turned to Edith.
"What happened Edith?", I snarled.
She took a big gulp of air.
"Rogues. Not the nice kind. The ruthless ones. They cornered us and Jim jumped in front to save me. The rogue's claws dug into Jim's stomach.", she rushed out.

Her ways focused on me instead of where Jim was.
"They followed us here. They're going to be here any minute Alpha.", Edith whispered.
The only time Edith used my title was when something bad was coming. It only happened once when a ruthless rogue breached the packhouse.
Anger gripped me even more.
"Edith, go get the kids and take the older adults with you, and go into the packhouse. You know where the basement is. Go down there. Stomp on the floor until you hear a dull thud.
There will be a hatch there. Open it and get in. I'll knock six times with a 3 second pause between each knock. Okay?", I ordered.
Edith nodded before taking off, the others following her.
I howled, a warning that I'm going to need help with me.
The rotten stench of unfamiliar rogues met my nose.
I scrunched my nose in disgust as some of the young adults stood behind me.
"These are the dangerous rogues. Watch out and let me handle this until I say you can help.", I commanded.
The stench got stronger, the culprit stepping out of the woods with others following behind him.
"This is where the old bitches live, huh. Pretty nice.", he said.
He glanced around, stopping when he saw me.
I glared at him, my anger known as it suffocated the air.
"A rogue Alpha? What, did you lose your title to a male?", he laughed.
I growled darkly, the hairs on the back of my neck standing up.
"This is going to be fun.", he smirked before shifting into a brown wolf.
The others followed his lead and shifted, running to my pack of rogues.
The leader of the ruthless rogues aimed for me and lunged.
I can't believe he doesn't recognize me.

I caught him by his throat and threw him onto the ground as the other ruthless rogues attacked my pack.
I snarled, shifting into my wolf.
We charged on another.
He made a move to go for my throat but actually went up.
The leader gripped the tip of my ear as I grabbed the side of his face.
I pulled slightly to the side, his cheek still in my mouth.
He let go of my ear, leaving it intact.
I reared up on my hind legs and roared. He did exactly what I wanted the puny mutt to do.
The leader ran from my stomach just as I started to fall back down to all 4 paws.
My front paws slammed into the back of his neck, slamming him down to the ground as bones breaking could be heard.
The leader laid still, his neck broken from my weight.
A yelp of pain caught my attention and I whipped my head around, taking note of the jaws of an enemy rogue around one of my rogues.
I snarled and took off. I slammed into the enemy's side and sent him flying into a tree, his head biting it.
I worked quickly, assisting any of my rogues who needed help.
5 minutes passed and all that laid on the ground was the enemies.
I shifted as everyone else did. "From now on, everyone is getting a gun. We are all going to be carrying some sort of handgun so when we go out into public, we'll be protected.", I growled.
Nods of agreement could be seen and I sighed.
"Alright. I need 2 people to collect the bodies and burn them. The rest of you, get back to work please."
They all left to do something as I went to release the rest of my rogue pack.
I knocked six times with a three second pause in between.
Edith opened up the door, a gun in my face.
I grabbed the gun from her and smiled.
"I thought that it might've been someone imitating you. Sorry.", she whispered.
I just brushed it off and helped her out, everyone else following.
"What else is down there?", I asked.
Edith made a gesture to the hole. "Take a look Ryan.", she said.
I jumped down and turned on a light that was hanging.
Perfect.
All on the walls were guns hanging. Ranging from your simple handgun to a fucking rocket launcher.
A rocket launcher!
What type of pack needs that?!
But it did help.
I crawled out, closing the hatch.
"We finish up the gym by tomorrow and then we start training a week from now. Everyone will have to start lifting weights to build muscle and everyone needs to start jogging to build up endurance and agility.", I said.
Everyone nodded before walking out.
Thank the Moon Goddess I didn't lose anybody.

And considering even Death itself didn't stop him, he pities whoever gets in his way. ================== Tags: Naruto, Reincarnation, OC, eventual multi-cross. ================== Author's (Brief) Note: Back by popular demand. This was my first significant fanfic (and fic in general). I wasn't happy with the writing as time went on, and took it down, but years later am still getting requests to put it back up so I guess some people liked it. Newly re-released as I finish some minor editing, there are about 100,000 words (~360 RRL pages) already written, so releases should be fast until I catch up with the backlog. That said, it may languish in hiatus at that point if the interest isn't high enough to merit continuing, so if you're the type to only read finished stories (or ones where the author promises to do so), I am very specifically not promising that. On the other hand, if enough people read, like, review, comment, rate, etc. then it will get added to my writing schedule. Generally, the character is based on a “how badass could someone who hasn't done ridiculously crazy shit be? Or, how does someone with the potential, in another setting, with a lot of luck, to be a badass act and develop as a modern, productive member of society? And then how would they deal with the Naruto-verse?” Please, please do not judge my writing by this. Unless you really like it, in which case fine, do, but recognize my other writing is likely better (unless it’s that one MTG/ASoIaF/SW fic I did over on SB as a speed-writing experiment, which is also pretty terrible).
