Ryan's P.O.V

I snarled angrily, my hands slamming down on the table as my chair flew back. the dark wood cracked under the pressure.

Just like these weaklings.

"You should have never gone behind my back!", I snarled at the people in front of me.

The Council.

"My Queen, your father insisted.", Elder Tom said.

A low growl came from the very depths of my chest.

"It does not matter Elder Tom! I am reigning Alpha and reigning Queen, not my useless sperm donor! You answer to me and me only! Am I clear?", I growled.

"Yes Alpha Queen.", Elder Tom respresponded..

I stalked out of the room, my canines growing and grazing my bottom lip amd my claws slowly forcing their way out.

I reached my room, throwing the door open and slamming it closed behind me. My breath came out in short puffs.

I growled, punching a hole in the wall.

How dare them?

Who gave them the right to do that?

To trick the Queen? The Alpha?

The Council had sent me to a meeting room in a hotel to meet up with an Alpha, claiming it was pack businness.

It was not pack business.

The bastards had set me up with an Alpha who tried to grope me.

I beat him nearly to death and then left him there with no medical help.

Nor did I tell anybody.

My room was in bits and pieces by the time I was finished. The only thing left together was the intricate mirror that my mom made me.

I smiled fondly, my hand tracing the paintings and carvings on the frame lightly.

I met my own gaze in the mirror.

One amber eye and one white eye. Not the blind type of white.

I had purple hair, natural, and I had tan skin. A stark contrast to both of my parents.

I stood at 6'2, unnaturally tall for a female wolf.

Crying out at the burning sensation in my head, I whimpered in pain.

For some weird reason, I've never been able to hold a mindlink with either of my parents before my mom died.

We tried so many times but the link always dwindled away into nothing within a week.

"He's forced a link on us again Ryan. I don't think we'll be able to survive with his link in our head.", my wolf, Blake, whispered weakly in my head.

"You're going to love this Ryan.", the voice said through the mindlink.

He kept the mindlink open as I tried to close it. My body got weaker the more he forced it to stay open.

This always happened.

Suddenly, the door broke down and warriors flooded in.

They looked to be fighting themselves.

They were under an Alpha Command.

I shoved their hands off of me and crawled backwards. Sometime during the struggle I had fell to the ground.

They all grabbed me as I fought back weakly.

"Stop...", I mumbled, trying my own Alpha Command but finding it wasn't working. I was too weak as he kept the mindlink open.

He was using my weakness against me.

The warriors carried my up onto the stage in front of the whole pack as they grinned evilly at me.

He stood over me as I coughed. The mindlink was still open.

"Hello daughter.", he said, leering down at me.

"Father."
