《Dreamnotfound Fluff》24

"Don't be stubborn! Try it!" George insisted, shoving the spoonful of his newly made mashed potatoes in Dream's face.
"No! The last time you tried cooking you ended up mistaking the sugar for the salt! I'm still recovering, George." Dream turned his face away.
"I promise I didn't mistake the sugar for the salt this time. Come on, I've tried it, it's good. Please?" George made puppy eyes, and Dream made the mistake of looking back at George.
Immediately, Dream melted.
"Fine, just for you." Dream huffed, opening his mouth.
"Aw, I'm honored." George grinned, and put the spoon into Dream's mouth. Dream let the mashed potatoes sit on his tongue for a moment, then reluctantly nodded in approval.
"They're... not bad." Dream relented.
"Yay!" George celebrated, pumping his fists in the air with a ridiculously wide grin on his mouth. The ecstasy was extremely contagious, and Dream found himself smiling as well. "See, I'm not that bad at cooking! I told you, I told you!"
George continued to chant, "I told you," as he danced around the kitchen, and Dream shook his head with an amused smile on his lips. He stood as an idea came to him, and snatched the spoon from George, dipping it into the plate and offering it to George.
George smiled and took the spoonful of mashed potatoes willingly. Immediately, Dream swooped in and kissed George, swiping his tongue over the bits of mashed potatoes still on George's lips.
"Tastes better from you." Dream winked. George blushed and snatched the spoon back, pointing it at Dream in an almost accusatory way.
"You," George announced, "are absolutely disgusting."
"You can't tell me you didn't like that." Dream gave George puppy eyes.
"I did not." George stuck out his tongue.

Dream pouted. "Come on, you did."
"Did not."
"Did so."
"Did not."
"Did so."
"Did not."
"Did not."
"Did so- wait, hold on!"
Dream laughed. "So you did enjoy it. Come on, you could've just admitted to it." He walked forwards and lifted George by the waist, swinging him around bridal style and placing a kiss on George's forehead.
"It's been a long time, and I still can't get used to the fact that you're my boyfriend and I get to kiss you whenever I want." Dream smiled, setting George back down onto the floor.
George blushed. "Not whenever you want."
Dream rolled his eyes. "I'll find a way around whatever excuses you give me. I always find a way."
"Yeah, whatever." George strolled out of the kitchen and Dream chuckled, sitting down and taking another spoonful of George's mashed potatoes.
"Hey, where is my hoodie? You know, the one I like to sleep in." George called from the bedroom.
Dream smirked. "You mean my hoodie? Because I took my hoodie back and put it in the wash. I think the washing is dry by now, check the dryer."
George groaned, and Dream's smirk grew wider. George walked into the kitchen shirtless and Dream was taken aback.
"Woah, George, I didn't know you wanted it that fast." Dream's cheeks were heating up.
George, however, didn't pay attention to Dream's remark and, instead, his eyes were fixated on the spoon in Dream's hand.
"You're eating my cooking?"
"To be honest, you cooking for us is pretty hot. I never thought I'd enjoy the simple thought of you cooking for us, but here we are." Dream rambled to change the subject.
"You, Dream, are eating my cooking, and willingly?"

"Maybe." Dream's tongue flicked out and licked the spoon clean innocently, staring back at George as he dipped the spoon into the mashed potatoes again.
"Hey! Leave me some!"
Dream snatched the bowl away. "Not until you put a shirt on. You're distracting me."
George rolled his eyes. "Twenty-one years old, and you're still as perverted as a teenager. Fine, I'll put something on, but you better not have finished the mashed potatoes by the time I get back."
Dream looked at George innocently. "I can't make any promises." Dream said as he dipped the spoon into the mashed potatoes again and ate it. George sighed, and dashed to the dryer to get his, well, Dream's hoodie.
After a few moments, George reappeared with a familiar hoodie on and plopped onto the kitchen seat next to Dream. George snatched the bowl and spoon away and began eating it, despite Dream's protests.
"Hey! Sharing is caring, George."
"Well I don't care about you."
"Well, I love you too."
George giggled, and simply sunk the spoon into the soft goodness again. Dream rolled his eyes and tackled the bowl from George, careful not to spill any or smudge it on anything. After a few moments, Dream emerged successful from the tussle, grinning triumphantly.
George pulled out the puppy eyes again, and Dream melted, just as expected.
"That look should be illegal." He muttered as he let George have the bowl back.
George didn't say anything, merely stuffing his face with mashed potatoes. Dream suddenly intercepted the spoon and then proceeded to kiss George.
"Like it better?" Dream wiggled his eyebrows and George wiped his mouth, feigning disgust. Dream clutched his heart as though he was in deep pain, and they both ended up giggling like two teenage girls.
The pair quieted down, and they sat in comfortable silence. George ended up leaning his head onto Dream's shoulder, and Dream's arm automatically wrapped around George's shoulders, hugging him tightly. After a few minutes, George spoke up again.
"Dream?"
"Hmm?" Dream focused on stroking George's dark hair.
"I'm tired." George followed up that sentence with a perfectly timed yawn. Dream chuckled.
"Alright." Dream shifted and then picked up George, who nuzzled his head into Dream's chest. Dream walked to the bedroom and gently tucked George underneath the sheets.
"Don't leave." George whimpered, holding onto Dream's hand. Dream looked back, then looked at the slightly messy kitchen, then finally relented, sliding underneath the covers with George.
"I'm here." Dream whispered, and George visibly relaxed, letting out a small sigh and sinking into the mattress. Dream stared at George's face, studying his features. His perfectly arched brows, the small smile lines, the almost unnoticeable stubble on his chin, his soft skin.
"Good night, love."

Conquest Of Mortem
*NOTE* This novel is a war of attrition. To say anything less is a disservice to its demand. While comparable to other such works as Ulysses or Moby Dick, each sentence in Conquest is an enemy to be tackled. Not in the ways of difficulty but in absurd density that wishes nothing more than to destroy what patience you may have. Do not tackle chapters as you would ordinary chapters in an ordinary book. Tackle each chapter as a book unto itself. A foe to be vanquished, a period of life to leave behind. Seek to be master of this work. Seek to overcome. For in its design is the willpower, and the perseverance, and the strength of someone who sought meaning in struggle. As I discovered these in times of ultimate desperation, so I hope for you to discover these things. This novel is a love letter to your trials. May you overcome them. May you master them. May you become conquerer.- SeedSagaA literary epic for logophiles, philosophers, and poets alike. A journey into zeitgeist, the impact of media on culture, and the endurance of morality against an onslaught of hatred. These vague descriptions do little to compact Conquest's density into a bite-size summary. They do however relate the basest themes found within. A plot, if such can be surmised, is strung thinly across multiple perspectives, weaving together these concepts into a seemingly distorted tapestry of indecipherable events. Inspired by early 20th century modernism, Conquest will challenge the reader, and provide critique on the medium upon which all great stories are derived. Further interpretation is up to you now; an explorer among a sea of words. Venture on and discover what lies ahead, in...CONQUEST OF MORTEM
