"You are so amazing Allie. I've loved you for so long." He whispers, brushing his lips against mine.

"Evan.." I whisper, making his hair messy as I spread my fingers through it.

He rubs his hands slowly up and down my sides, moving to my lower back. He flashes me a perfect smile, one that makes my knees week, and leans down eventually pressing his lips to mine.

"Allie." A voice calls from no where. It definitely wasn't Evan; it sounded like a female. A very familiar voice.

I break the kiss and look up, surprised. "Mads?"

I shake my head a little and look into the beautiful, deep brown eyes of my mate. He opens his mouth, as if he was going to say something but doesn't. I tilt my head to the side and gasp, watching everything fade away into a blur before my vision goes black.

"Allison Marie Dawson. Wake your lazy ass up!" A way to loud voice screams, waking me up from a dream I never wanted to wake up from. I open my eyes and see my best friend, Madison dressed in a simple white cocktail dress with a gold strap going over her shoulder.

Today was my 18th birthday and she said she wanted to take me somewhere so I have a good chance at finding my mate. I didn't think she would wake me up at 11:46 pm. Why the hell is she waking me up? She knows I hate when people do that. I enjoyed today just sitting on the couch and eating junk food, now wanting to sleep.

When you turn 18, you have a possibility of finding your mate. Finding your mate means finding someone who will love and care for you for the rest of your life. I've always dreamed of finding my mate, ever since I was little girl. I started planning the perfect princess wedding with a beautiful dress when I was seven. There is only one thing that can go wrong with having a mate who is destined for you. You can end up incredibly heartbroken if your mate rejects you. Imagine having your heart race once you track your mates unique scent, not knowing who it belongs to. You find who the scent belongs to, you lay your eyes on each other and then they can either be happy and talk to you or they can say, "I (his/her name) reject (your name) as my mate." You're finally with the person you're meant to be with- whether you've known them your whole life or you just met them- or you can end up embarrassed, sad and mateless. Once you're rejected, when you turn 20 you have another chance to find a mate.

I sigh laying my head in the pillow and shut my eyes again. For a while I haven't wanted to find my mate yet. I just want to have fun while I'm still young. I know there is a 97% chance that I won't find my mate tonight but Madison is so eager to have me try. In fact, I'm hoping the chance of me not finding my mate is the outcome of tonight. As I shut my eyes Madison decides it would be a good idea to hit the back of my head with a pillow.

"Get up! We need to get an early start if we're gonna find your mate!" She squeals with a big grin planted on her face.

Madison is 18 and still hasn't found her mate. She has told me many times that she still hopes my brother will be her mate even though she knows they're both old enough to find a mate. She hopes that it is a delayed mating thing.

I yawn and look at the digital clock on my night stand,"It's 11:52." Madison crosses her arms and gives me a stern look. I roll my eyes and slowly pull the covers off, dangling my feet off the side of the bed.

"Okay, that's a start." Madison said as she walks over to my chair, grabbing a bag I didn't see earlier. I rub the side of my face as I walk over to my closet. "What are you doing?" She asks, planting one hand with perfect black nails on her hips.

"Oh I don't know. I'm just getting food from my closet." I say with my voice full of sarcasm.

Madison faked an exaggerated laugh and said, "Funny." She pushes me away from the closet and leans her back against the door. She turns to look at me and I stick my tongue out at her.

"Very mature." She says sarcastically as she rolls her eyes. She shoves the duffel bag into my hands and I look at it suspiciously. I slowly pulled back the zipper which revealed a ball of fabric, makeup products, other things and a pair of heels. I pick up the fabric and it is a short, wine red, bodycon dress. The fabric feels really nice, and it is a really beautiful dress.

"Where are we going?" I ask, without taking my eyes off the dress.

"For the last time, I'm not telling you." She says, applying blush to her cheeks and looking in a handheld mirror.

I sigh, walking into the bathroom and close the door behind me. I strip out of my pajamas and carefully put on the red dress. It went mid-thigh, it was skin tight and my breasts were practically hanging out. I slowly walk out of the bathroom seeing Madison on her phone and looking through the bag.

"I'm not wearing this out." I announce, crossing my arms. She looks up at me with a big grin on her face.

"Too bad, you're wearing." She replies, rolling her eyes."But, why don't you want to wear it?"

"Well," I motion to my breasts,"for starters, my boobs practically hang out. And it keeps riding up my thigh."

She waves her hand dismissively, "There are shorter dresses that people will be wearing, and it's perfect for your hourglass figure. Plus, a little cleavage is good, the guys will certainly love it. Don't be such a prude." She says with a wink. I tug at the bottom of my dress and pull it down.

"Okay, fine." I say, grabbing my phone. She sits me on the bed and lays all her products on the sheets. I open my mouth to speak but she cut me off.

"No, I am not telling you. But trust me, you will have the night of your life, babe." She says as she moves her heels to the side.

I sigh in defeat and let Madison do my make up and hair. She straightens my naturally wavy hair and when she's done, she prompts me to put on my heels as she puts on hers. Madison guides me over to my floor length mirror. I stare at my reflection and gasp. She gave me a black, smokey eye look, mascara and a deep red lipstick. I actually look insanely good. The dress accents my body in just the right way, my hair flows perfectly around my features, the heels elongate my legs in a sexy way.

She hands me a small, black leather purse to hold my items; she has the same purse around her arm but silver. I put my phone, some cash and a little bit of makeup in the purse. "Ready?" She asks, opening the door. I sling the purse over my shoulder and nod. We walk out the door, thankfully without my family seeing, got in the car and drove to a...
