"are you sure you want to just walk home, i'm sure with those wings you could fly home three times as fast." Luca bowed his head politely to the swan monster, knowing how much energy just the short flight would take compared to walking. "i'll be alright.. thank you for your concern." He spoke in a mundane tone, his expression never lifting from his neutral look. After mutual goodbyes, he began his trek towards the woods by his apartment home, silently wondering what food was waiting for him back home from his landlady. Following the winding path to the otherside of town, the quiet night filled him with peaceful feeling while mist danced around his legs softly. Curling around his waving tail while he felt the ends of his wing feathers brush against the soil of the path, his smell being overwhelmed by the scent of pine wood. His sense of direction being calmed when he passed the familiar cliffside along the way home, the night proving to change the way things looked verses how it looked during daylight. The leaves rustling in the gentle breeze while spotting one of the waypoint torches, he was half way there and if he could smile, he would. Though the quiet peace was starting to be replaced by a heavy weight in luca's gut, unsure of the possible danger as he played unaware to it. Letting his wings sprawl out, the path was large enough for him to take off with no issue of bumping trees. It only took him one unnatural sound to make luca to become airborne, the heavy breath of a large creature slipping with a deep growl. Taking no chances as he bolted from the scene, his six wings carried him through the clouds while he paid close attention to the world below. Bursting through the clouds, luca was struck across his chest while the delicate feathers of his left wing had been sliced. Loosing control as he spun downward, the wind fighting against his wings to not let him straighten out before he flattened them against each other. Twisting back to face the ground below while his wings caught the air heavily, sending him back into flight. Hissing in pain from his wound, he looked back to see his attacker hot on his trail with two wings of their own while they had size against luca. Dipping into the mountains, trying to out maneuver seemed pointless when he heard them slip by the obstacles by watching luca. Looking for a place to hide, the silence from his pursuer made him uneasy and causing him to glance around. They dissapeared, did he loose them or had they given up? He kept searching the world around him before he noticed his own shadow seemed to be getting bigger. Quickly casting his gaze up, his attacker had gone up to be out of lucas detection so they could dive down upon him. Approaching at rapid speeds, luca failed to gain any speed to get away due to the pain of flapping his injured wing. The wind being knocked from him as they collided heavily onto luca's shoulders, the two of them spinning before luca felt another strong blow to his spine and skull. Falling to the ground with struggled breaths, unable to see clearly while his chest heaved to let air back into luca's lungs. His coordination off balance as he weakly flailed his wings, he could hear his attacker land with a cackle. Picking up luca within their large hands, one set against his hip while the other slid up his poncho and stroked his ribs. "what a cute little songbird~ are you going to sing for me~?" Unable to respond, luca kicked the soil to lift himself away from the persons body and gasp painfully. They laughed at his poor attempt while their clawed hands invaded his body, dipping into his harems to rub his pelvis and drag his magic out. Luca couldn't feel his magic buzz, the blow to his skull cutting off his focus and control. This seemed to frustrate his attacker as their heavy breaths growled. "Come on, work with me little seraphim." They impatiently pulled luca's hips back, making him sit on top of the attackers heat as they groaned lightly to his struggle. Luca felt his soul pound with panic, begging for any mercy to get away from this being before they did the unimaginable. Their arms trapping his wings against their sides, growling excitedly while their claws ran across his pelvis. The hand under his poncho reaching for his soul to get it excited enough to force luca's magic to summon itself. Luca's breaths quickened as he struggled weakly, still unable to breath properly or see to the point his mind was beginning to fade out. The call of his name made the attacker freeze, looking forward with an angry snarl while pulling his arms away to just hold his sides. Luca felt himself slip into unconsciousness as the attacker took in a large inhale of luca's scent, snarling lowly as they spoke. "i'll come back for you, little songbird..."

When luca awoke, he sat up with a deep gasp while patting himself down. His body tingling in violation but for the most part being free of what that person was planning to do. Flinching as his small landlord set a hand on his shoulder. "luca dear, your safe now." He let out a breath of relief, laying back against the bed with a quiet hiss. "you know you really shouldn't be flying at night you poor thing, you took a pretty nasty crash." Crash? He was quiet as she explained they found him after he crashed through the trees and hit the cliffside. The injury on his chest being caused from taking out one of the tops of the pines. He shook his head, he knows what really happened out there and that his attacker staged it from the very beginning. Gritting his teeth while his landlord set a wet rag on top of his skull. He didn't know how to explain what really happened out there, it all happened to quick and he never seen his attacker clearly. "why don't you rest dear while i go make you some gumbo." Nodding softly, luca let his eyelids droop. He was safe in his home, in town and in the city. whatever his attacker was wouldn't get him in the open public. He was okay now..

Outside his window, the large draco skeleton glared in frustration. Taking another long inhale of luca's scent from between the cracks in the window. "you'll be mine little song bird, i'll get you soon enough." They're sharp tooth grin glistened with anticipation, slinking away from the home.
