"Mom?" I said into the phone frantically, "Mom!"

I stared at my phone in shock. What the fuck is happening?

"What's wrong, Alex?" Jamie came up to me.

"Something happened to my mom," I whispered trying not to cry, "I was on the phone with her and then the line went dead."

"Maybe her phone died?" Jamie tried to reason. Well yeah maybe it did. She's probably charging it right now to try and call again. I decided that I would wait ten minutes. If she hadn't call by then, something was definitely wrong.

"Something wrong?" Gina came up to us.

"I think something happened to my mom. She was about to tell me something but the line went dead," I explained.

"I told you," Jamie looked away, "her phone might have died." Gina eyed Jamie suspiciously.

"Do you know something we don't?" Gina faced her. Why would she think something like that?

"Why would you ask that?" Jamie glared at her.

"You've been distant for the past couple of days," Gina's eyes narrowed, "then you chalk up a terrifying situation to her mom's phone dying. Why would she put herself in a situation like that if she was away from her daughter?"

What the fuck? How was Gina so observant? I knew she was different but holy fuck. She's been paying attention.

"We shouldn't do this here," jamie said nervously.

"My car," Gina walked off, "Now."

Gina was fucking hot when she was pissed. I followed her and Alex towards the car. Why was I noticing Gina more and more? I mean she's hot but I'm in love with Alex. I guess nothing's wrong with noticing more than one girl. I glanced at her ass moving from side to side. Damn. I have a problem.

"Spill," Alex commanded as we entered the car.

I ran my fingers through my hair, "Apparently my mom leaked the video of your mom at the strip club. She doesn't want me hanging out with you outside of school. She doesn't want our name to be smeared anywhere."

"What the fuck?" Alex glared at me, "Why didn't you say something before Jamie? We're fucking bestfriends!"

"It's complicated Alex," I said harshly, "you know what my family dynamic is like."

"I don't give a fuck Jamie," Alex was livid. "My mom is the only parent I have. Why the fuck did your mom even do that?"

"For a promotion," my eyes dropped, "she tried sleeping with people at work but she couldn't get anything because your mom had so much influence at the top."

Alex got out of the car. I was about to go after her when Gina grabbed my hand.

"Let her cool off," Gina let go.

"She's my bestfriend. I know what to do," I argued.

"I've been with her all week Jamie," Gina looked into my eyes, "this stuff is really stressing her out. This sent her over the edge. Especially considering the fact that you knew what was going on. Her mom could be in danger."

I pouted. She was right. I needed to give Alex a minute to absorb everything. I glanced up at Gina, but her eyes were closed. With her back flat against the seat, I could see her nipples peeking out from underneath her bikini top. My breath hitched and I placed my hand over my pussy as an involuntary reaction. What the fuck am I doing? I removed my hand and cleared my head. Now isn't the time for this.

My eyes were blindfolded. My hands tied to the back of a chair. My feet were tied together. I felt like I was stripped down to my underwear. I didn't know where I was, who took or what the fuck was going on.

"Didn't I tell you to go back home?"

What the fuck was Jamie thinking? Why wouldn't she tell me? I needed a minute to gather my thoughts before seeing her again. I guess Gina kept her in the far aware of that. How did Gina figure it out though? She is very observant so it makes sense. She's probably had her own theories but kept quiet about it. What should I do? I know Jamie was trying to be loyal to her family but this hurt. My mom could be killed. Doesn't she understand this? I don't think she expected it to get this serious though. I thought my mom was completely safe.

I decided to head back to the car to Jamie and Gina. Jamie meant no harm.

"Hey Alex," a guy slurred walking up to me. I had no idea who he was. Maybe he was from school? This didn't even look like a school party anymore. There's so many unfamiliar faces.

"Hi," I walked off but he grabbed my hands and pulled my towards him.

"Are you a dirty bitch like your mother?" He slurred. What the fuck? I broke his hold and slapped him. He was so drunk that he almost fell over.

"Feisty," he came onto me again, "I like that. Bet you know how to suck a good dick." He wrapped his hands around me but I couldn't her out of his grip.

"Get the fuck off her," Gina said sternly to him. I guess she and Jamie came to look for me. Gina looked extremely pissed at this asshole.

"You can join the fun babe," he smirked, "two girls are fucking better than one."

Gina removed his hands from around my waist and pushed him in the pool.

"Let's fucking go," she grabbed my hand and pulled me in the direction of her car. Jamie trailed behind us, her face in shock.

"I told you I hated pool parties," Gina said angrily when we got into the car. Jamie and I burst into laughter. Gina was so fucking hot when she was upset. I held back the urge to kiss her because Jamie was in the backseat.

"I hope he's alright," I chuckled.

"He'll be fine," Gina rolled her eyes, "There's enough people there to save him if he drowns." I laughed.

"Jamie," I grabbed her hands, "I'm sorry. I know you were trying to protect me but also stay loyal to your family." She nodded and gave me a smile.

"It's okay," Jamie said softly, "I know you needed a minute to just absorb everything. How do we start looking for your mom?"

"I'm not sure," I said scared, "she didn't tell me where she was going."

"You didn't ask?" Gina looked at me surprised. She has every right to. I was stupid for not asking her where she was headed.

"No," I replied sadly.

"I think we should head home to get some rest," Gina suggested, "we can't do anything right now. We'll have to try and do some research tomorrow. It doesn't make sense going out at night."

"Jamie, are you coming with us?" I turned to face her.

"Yeah," she said adamantly, "fuck my parents!"

I laughed, "Where are we going?"

"Mc Donald's," Gina smiled.

"I was on my way back," I said desperately. I body ached as though I've been tied up for hours.

"Why did you try to tell your daughter what was happening?" The voice inquired.

"I wasn't -"

"Don't lie," the voice said sternly, "I was hired to kill you. I have decided that you're important and I will not kill you, but you will listen to me. If you fail to listen, there will be consequences. Do you understand?"

I shook my head.

"Answer me!" The voice yelled.

"Yes! I understand!" I panicked.

"So this is what's going to happen," the voice said matter-of-factly, " you will be given a new phone. You will call your daughter and tell her that your phone was destroyed and you got a new one. You will be home very soon and I will contact you then. Understand?"

"Yes, I do," I said quietly.
