Epilogue

Alexa's POV

I shook my head as I walked into our bedroom. I saw Nate on the chair watching the video Jonah and Ivy secretly recorded. I remember it like it was yesterday.

*Flashback*

"Where is heeeee!" I yelled

"Keep breathing Lex like they thought us in lamaze class." Ivy said trying to calm me down. "Hehe whooo hehe whooo... This shit isn't workiiiing. Where the hell is Nate? Did anybody call him?" I needed him this pain was unbearable if felt like someone was cutting me deep from the inside. "He's on his way he's going to met us at the hospital." Jonah said nervously as he drove to what I hope was the hospit--. "Ahhhhh... Oh my god! Please take them out Ivy it hurts so much." I sobbed looking up at Ivy... "Ivy are you recording me?!" I yelled in disbelief while she smirked. "Nate told me to just in case he missed it... Not that he is, because he's on his way." She said while I squeezed the shit out of her hand. "Lex your so lucky we heal fast or I wouldn't be holding your hand right now!" She said through her teeth. "Ugg god hurry up Jonah!" she yelled.

"We're about ten minutes away Mary is got a team ready for you baby girl." I sighed in relief. I started to feel light headed. "Oh no you don't... You stay awake Alexa you're having these babies today! They need their mommy to stay up for this!" Ivy yelled she was right, but I was so tired. I felt the truck come to a screeching halt. "Damn it Jonah could you have stopped a little easier! I almost fell on her... Just remember I'm carrying your child!" Ivy yelled as I groaned are they really picking to argue right now. "Can someone get me out of this truck and into that hospital..." As if on cue a gurney came up to the door. I was place gently on it and rolled away.

My little angels aren't supposed to be here for another two weeks. Guess they wanted out early. "Okay Alexa were heading up to labor and delivery... How far are your contractions?" Mary questioned. "They're about five to three minutes apart." I said as I felt myself being lifted on to another bed. "Okay Alexa I'm going to check to see how many centimeters are you... Depending on how far along I will determine if we'll have time to give you an epidural." She said but all I could think about was just getting the them out and into my arms. Just as I felt her hand slip up between my legs.

"Alexa looks like we're having these pups any minute now... I'll have the nurses ready for the babies then we can start pushing." She said. I started to panic I couldn't do this without Nate.

My wolf started to relax after pacing in my head. Just then in all his glory he walked through the door in a panic and came rushing towards me. "I'm here baby... In here." He said over and over kissing all over me. "Alright let's have some babies!" Mary said walking in with her nurse entourage.

After a couple hours of pushing hearing my first baby cry was the best sound in the world. "It's a girl!" Mary yelled. "One more baby and our family is complete... I love you baby" Nate said as he gave me the energy I needed to push. "It's a boy! Congratulations Greene Family you have a healthy baby girl and boy!" Mary said as the nurse handed our babies to Nate I watched as he held them in his arms. A man holding his children for the first time and the look in his eyes is true love at first sight. He walked over to me with them as he handed me my babies. "They're perfect Alexa... Just you." He said as he choked on his words. "Welcome to the world Cassandra and Caleb." I said as I kissed my beautiful babies on their full head of fuzzy dark hair. My family was complete.

*Present*

"Nate why are you watching the birthing video again?" I questioned as I put the laundry away. He got up and came up behind me and kissed my mark. Makes me shivered every time. "Because I just can't believe they turn sixteen this weekend... Next thing you know they'll be going off to college and we'll have no one in the house to drive us crazy." He said as I turned in his arms I smiled at him. "Oh baby... Their turning sixteen not twenty five. You get like this every time they have a birthday, and what do I tell you?" I asked him as he held me tight. "Enjoy the time we have now." He said with a sigh I kissed his nose. "Didn't you promise Caleb that you would take him test driving today?" I questioned as he groaned.

"Yes I did but, that boy is going to give me a heart attack. When I took him last week... he decided to try and be cool in front of some girls at the park and drove right into the other lane...thankfully there was no oncoming traffic." He huffed I bit my lip to stifle a laugh. "Nate that's why he needs practice." I yelped as he lifted me over his shoulders. Placing on our bed.

"You know I need some practice too..." He said biting gently on my neck. "Why don't you lay back and I'll take you on ride..." He whispered in my ear as I let out a moan. As his hands slowly caressed my body. I was like butter in his hands.

Bang bang bang!

I jumped up from the loud knocking on my door Nate groaned. "Stay quiet maybe he'll go away." He whispered lowly. "I heard you dad!" Caleb yelled on the other side of the door. I laughed into my pillow.

"Maybe I can't wait until they go to college..." He said getting up and opening the door for my baby boy who doesn't look like a baby anymore. He's almost as big as his father I smiled at him as he came and wrapped his arms around me. "Hey mom... So I decided what I want to do for my sixteenth." He said as looked at him waiting to hear his idea. "What's that sweetie?" I questioned as Nate stood next to me waiting to hear what he son's wanted for his birthday.

"I want to throw a big party and invite some of the kids from both packs." He said happily.

"Whoa! There buddy that's like a hundred or more teenagers running around..." Nate said shaking his head. "It's not dad it's going to be a uncle Jonah's club." Nate's eyes nearly fell out of his head. "Absolutely NOT!... Your going to be sixteen not twenty one... Does Jonah know about this party?" Nate asked as Caleb put his head down. I could tell my boy was looking forward to this. I looked at him he only turned sixteen once and will soon to phase into his wolf... Ugh Nate was going to kill me, but I'll handle his father.

"That's fine Caleb I just want a couple things from you I want a list of the people your inviting so we know who's supposed to be at your party and who isn't and you have to check with your sister to see if she wants to invite some of her friends as well."

"Alexa!" Nate growled. There it was he was furious. I ignored his huffing, and looked at Caleb.

"Mom Cassie doesn't hang with anyone but herself..." Caleb said jokingly.

"I don't find that funny Caleb she's your sister!... Oh and it will be chaperoned... That's just too many kids to be unsupervised." I said as his eyes bulged out of his head. "Mom!... Not chaperoned that's so embarrassing... We're teenagers not toddlers! Please can't you just... I don't know ask maybe uncle Aiden to keep an eye out?" He begged I look at Nate who was shaking his head behind Caleb signaling me to say no I looked away from him.

"We'll see, let me talk to your uncles first." I said as he smiled pulling me in a bone crushing hug. "Thank you mom...dad... You guys are awesome!" He said as he ran out the door I'm sure to send out a text to everyone he knows.

"Alexa... What are you doing? I can't believe you agreed for him to have a party at a nightclub!" He asked in disbelief. "Nate we can talk to Jonah make sure he'll have the club open just for his party no outsiders just who's on his list, and we can have Aiden watch them on the security cameras. Plus Jonah's staff will be there and definitely no alcohol." I said as I sat on his lap as he sighed.

"Look on the bright side he totally forgot about you taking him driving." I said kissing his lips as he chuckled against my lips then kiss me back. We started where we left off... Until there was a light knock on my door.

"Mom... Dad can I come in?" Cassie asked on the other side of the door. Nate put his head between my breast and squeezed one on each of them of the side of his face. "I miss use too." He mumbled. I couldn't help but laugh. He got up again fixing himself as I button my shirt in place. Nate opened the door. His smile couldn't get any wider that was daddy's little girl... I pity the guy that ends up her mate. Nate is going to eat him alive.

"Hey angel, what's going on?" Nate asked wrapping one arm around her shoulders. "Nothing daddy I just wanted to ask you guys about something very important." She said as she sat on the sofa and Nate sat beside me on the bed. She was a slipping image of me and Nate long wavy brown hair grey eyes like her dad... She was beautiful although as much as you tell her she doesn't see it. She's opposite of Caleb she's quite, loves school, loves to read and her favorite thing to do is photography. Once got ahold of my camera at the age of seven and I couldn't stop her... from that point one she's been clicking away at everything that catches her eye...she has a bookshelf of photos since then.

"What's on your mind Cassie?" Nate asked first. You can tell he was a little on edge. She smiled and held a pamphlet in her hand. "I want to go to Paris for a summer internship for photography!" She said excitedly I stared at her like she had two heads. Nate stood frozen in place. She looked at both of us as if our expressions weren't enough of an answer. Nate cleared his throat. "Cassie... Sweetheart I just don't know if that's a good idea..." Nate said softly I looked at Cassie as her eyes turned glassy as tears formed.

"Why?!" She yelled as got up from the sofa. "You let Caleb have a party. He gets anything he ask for... I don't ask much from you guys... I'm so over advance in school there's no more classes to take in the summer I don't have many friends just my cousins... What am I supposed to do this summer?" She cried I watched as Nate flinch and jaw muscle tightened.

"Honey, it's not that we don't want you to go it's just that's in a whole another country. Plus once you turn sixteen your wolf will come out ready to phase what if you phase over there who will be there if that happen?... You have to think about this Cassie." I said to her as she sobbed. Nate pulled her in his arms mumbling in her ear. As she calmed herself.

"What about dancing you can help Aunt Valerie at her dance studio this summer you like to dance!" I said hoping to give her something to go on. She pulled away from her dad. "Mom... I dance in my house not in front of people plus dancing isn't my thing photography is!" She huffed and ran out the room. Nate stood in turmoil as his baby girl left his arms with her hopes shattered.

"She's going to hate us..." Nate whispered and I sighed wrapping my arms around his waist. "Give her time to cool off then go talk to her Nate." He nodded kissing my head. "Teenagers" he muttered.

Later that day we got ready for our monthly dinner we agreed to have every month. We were driving to Adam and Christine's this month. Her and Adam have two girls Lillian who's sixteen and little Aubrey who's thirteen. Hannah and Nick had their son Cameron (Cam) who's sixteen and their little girl Harmony who's eleven. Marcus and Gemma have three two boys Jace and Jeremy the twins, who are sixteen and little Gisselle who's ten. Valerie and Michael had Connor who was sixteen and Violet who was fifteen. Jonah and Ivy have four Ethan who's sixteen, Kimbella who's fifteen, Arielle who's fourteen and little Ian who's thirteen. Then my sister Dahlia and Mason who have three Brandon who's sixteen, Kaylee who's fifteen, Dylan who's thirteen. Matt didn't find his mate. He was content on living like a bachelor. Last but not least Aiden who has a baby girl named Amelia who is a year old. Unfortunately Aiden's mate passed on during the birth of Amelia thankfully his little bundle of joy kept him going. Our circle had grown pretty big. We don't see each other often so it's like a big family reunion.

I walked down the hall the first door I stop at is Caleb's I knock lightly.

"Come in"

"Sweetie are you ready to go your dad want to head out in fifteen minutes?" I asked. As I walked in his room which was a mess. "Caleb this room is ridiculous! How is that all your clothes are all around your laundry basket but not in it? What's going to happen when you meet your mate? You think she's going to want a mate that isn't clean?" I narrowed my eyes at him. He just shrugged his shoulders.

"Mom relax... First off when I find my mate she's going to see this face and hot bod and forget everything around her. Once I'm done with her, she can clean up my mess..." He said with a smirk my jaw hit the floor I could not believe what my precious baby boy was just said to me.

"Caleb Alexander Greene you are never to talk or treat your mate like she's some hussy from around the way! When we come home you are to clean this room the way it's supposed to be or you can't forget about your little party! Do you understand me?" I said in a harsh tone. He put his head down looking at his shoes.

"Yes... Mom I'm sorry I didn't mean it..." He mumbled.

"Caleb." I said as I cupped his face. "I'm sorry I yelled at you, but you need to know that having a mate is wonderful thing not everyone is a fortunate to find theirs so if and when you do. Treat her right." I said giving him a kiss on the head. "Now hurry up we're already late." I said walking out the door across the hall to see Cassie.

Her door was slightly ajar I could see her dancing to the music playing in her room. She definitely got that gene from me she was really good, but like she said that's not her passion. I opened her door a little more so that I could get her attention. When she finally saw me her smile dropped from her face. I guess she's still upset about earlier.

"I'm ready, if that's what you came to ask..." She said taking her iPhone off her speaker dock. I wasn't going to bring it up again so I nodded as I watched her pack up her camera. "Alright sweetie we'll be downstairs." I said walking out of her room. I hate that she so upset about this... There's just to much that can happen and she'd be to far away. What if something did happen? Nate he would lose it completely I shuttered at the thought.

"Come on Greene family I said fifteen minutes not fifty." Nate yelled we're always late everywhere we go he should be used to this by now. Once we all settled in the truck we headed off to Crescent Falls. The car ride was quite I looked at Nate who kept looking through his rear view mirror at Cassie he was hurting seeing her so upset. I placed my hand on his and gave a light squeeze.

We finally made it to Christine's I was glad because I couldn't take the silent treatment from my kids it was killing Nate and I. It was a nice sunny day Christine decided on a BBQ which was perfect the kids were all outside. The boys already playing football I couldn't believe how grown our boys have gotten. Caleb and Cameron were the biggest out of all the boys well I guess that happens when your fathers an Alpha.

I watched as Cassie stepped out the car and looked over at the boys and turned a light shade of pink. Then she rolled her eyes I didn't catch at who though.

"Lex!" I turned to see my sister with Amelia in her arms I smiled. "Lia! It's been to long my sister." I said as we hugged each other. "Hey baby girl" I said to my niece as she smiled she looks just like Aiden. "So how are things over here in the falls?" I questioned as we walked. "Things are good the kids are getting so big Brandon has girls knocking at the door every five minutes." She said shaking her head I laughed because I knew exactly what she meant.

"Don't laugh Lex you wouldn't believe what happened last week. I'm coming home from a weekend get away with Mase and I walked in my house to find a girl in lingerie on my kitchen counter I wanted to strangle Brandon as he came happily downstairs in a pair of boxers!" She said still in disbelief I almost choke on the air outta him. "What did you do?" I asked.

"I couldn't even deal I sent the girl home and had Mason deal with him." She said. "Girl if it was me I would have called that girls parents to come get her." I said as we made it to the backyard were everyone was. I hugged everyone as we sat down and mingled.

"How are things with Silver Moon Lex?" Christine asked.

"Things are great we're looking to expand. I talked with Nate and I told him there are a lot of rogues that didn't voluntarily leave their packs. Take me for instance I was rogue because I didn't have parents my pack refused me and my sister." I said looking at Dahlia with a smile. "Me too I was bullied in my pack, so I left, and became rogue and Johan he was kicked out of his because of his sexuality that's why he was rogue." Val said I nodded in agreement.

"So I'm helping wolves like us letting them know they're not alone in this since Nate became Alpha our pack have doubled in size it crazy, but the new members they are wonderful." I said looking around the table as my friends look at me with admiration.

"I think what you guys are doing is great." Hannah said I smiled at her we've grown close believe it or not since both are boys will be Alpha's one day we have much in common. Nick and I have no problems since we parted ways deep down I'll always care for him as he does me. He was happy with his family and I with mine. Yes occasionally I think what would my life have been like if I found Nick and he didn't have Hannah... But my happily ever after I wouldn't change it for the world.
