《The second granger-Harry Potter》•christmas to remember•

It was now Christmas Day. It was definitely one of the busiest ones at Hogwarts in years, considering all the students stayed for Christmas break because of the Yule ball.
Ophelia had a great night and managed to have a few pictures after the night from all the photographers. She pasted a few photos with her other ones on the wall above her bed in her dorm once she went up to bed. Most of them were of her and Harry, him dressed in his amazing suit and her in her stunning dress and golden bottle necklace.
The night seemed unreal, and yet it seemed impossible that it was already over. Luckily, nobody's mood was killed, most likely because it was now Christmas. Well, nobody except Hermione. Ophelia tried her best to comfort her crying sister the whole night by making jokes and telling her Ron was a complete asshole, but she couldn't help but feel bad for Hermione. That was her night, and Ron ruined it.
Ophelia was going to make sure Hermione had a good Christmas though. Ron wasn't going to ruin another amazing thing.
It was a perfect Christmas, especially because of the weather. The snow was falling very heavily and it seemed quite cold just by the looks of it, but what's Christmas without the snow?
"Ophelia." Harry whispered, climbing into her bed next to her and kissing her forehead. "It's Christmas morning."
Ophelia rolled awake and looked up at Harry. She smiled and looked up at the clock. It seemed to be 9:00 am. Usually Ophelia got up at 6:00am on Christmas, but the ball must've tired her out.
"I like your pictures." Harry laughed, staring at the photo of her and him dancing. He glanced to another one from 3rd year, where Ophelia and Harry were sitting in the great hall and laughing. Those were good times.
"Look how young we were." Ophelia giggled, sitting up and pointing at the picture of the two in their 3rd year. "Can you believe that was only a year ago?"
Harry grinned and looked to Ophelia. They really had come a long way.
"Happy Christmas Harry." Ophelia smiled, leaning back on the wall by her bed.
"Happy Christmas Ophelia." Harry replied, before glancing over to Hermione's bed to see her still sleeping, her eyes puffy, clearly from crying the night before.
Ophelia glanced over aswell as she climbed out of bed; she pulled the presents out from under her bed and placed them on the bed. She pulled up the side of her sweatpants as well, realizing the strap of her underwear was showing. Harry raised his eyebrow and laughed before looking over to Hermione once more.

"Don't wake her up." Ophelia sighed. "She was up all night."
"Why?" Harry asked, oblivious as ever.
"Ron." Ophelia said simply, handing Harry the wrapped box with his gift in it.
"He caused that?" Harry asked in disbelief, taking the gift but still looking at Hermione.
Ophelia nodded as she sorted through the gifts, separating the ones for each friend. She had one for each person. One for Hermione, Harry, Ron, Cedric, Cho and the twins. She also bought an extra thing just in case somebody didn't like their gift.
Harry passed Ophelia her gift before slowly opening his to reveal the small photo album that Ophelia had created of the two of them. It had photos of memories from their first year all the way to the Yule ball.
"Sorry I couldn't think of any great ideas." Ophelia said, looking at the photo album in Harry's lap. "But I also got you a hoodie just in case you didn't like it."
"No it's brilliant." Harry whispered, admiring each of the photos in the book. "Open your gift."
Ophelia grinned and sat down next to Harry, which ended up in him pulling her onto his lap, and began unwrapping her gift. Inside the box was a tiny glass bottle that had a golden coin inside.
"I thought it would be nice if you had one aswell." Harry began, pulling an identical coin out of his pocket. "You can simply flip it over and tap it if you're in danger, and it'll notify me. I just wanna make sure you're safe you know. But I also got you the blanket from hogsmeade that you wanted in case you didn't like it."
Little did Ophelia know that inside the blanket was a box of potions, for you know what.
The two of them sat there for a moment, both blushing. Little did they know, each preferred the thoughtful gift over the one that cost more. Although, Harry knew if Ophelia was in danger he would know, just because they connect so well.
Ophelia looked up from her hand and smiled at Harry before kissing him gently. He kissed back, running his hand down to her hips which were just above his since she was straddling him.
"Happy Christmas to you too." Hermione scoffed, throwing a pillow at the two.
Ophelia laughed and climbed off of Harry; he was blushing, considering she had just caught Ophelia and Harry snogging in an.. interesting.. position. Ophelia ran to Hermiones bed and tackled her sister, causing the room to burst into laughter. This Christmas was going to be great.

"Harry!" Ophelia giggled, blocking snowballs that Harry was throwing at her from across the sky.
The two were flying around on their firebolts, having a snowball fight, like children usually would.
Ophelia hopped off the broom and rolled into the snow just as Harry spiked her with a snowball. She caught the broom and pulled her wand from her side.
Ophelia waved her wand, sending several chunks of snow at Harry, who was still flying through the air. He quickly dove down and landed next to Ophelia, rolling next to her in the snow.
"Your flying has improved." Harry grinned, complimenting Ophelia.
"Thanks Harry." Ophelia said. "You know we never got to slow dance at the Yule ball."
"I guess you're right." Harry shrugged. "But you still never told me you could samba."
Ophelia laughed and looked at Harry. Her hair and eyelashes were covered in snow, aswell as Harry's soft sweatshirt and sweatpants that she was wearing.
"Guess I forgot to mention it." Ophelia replied. "But you're the one who never told me you were a natural dancer."
"I guess I was just having fun because I was with you." Harry replied honestly. "But most of all, you're the one who didn't tell me you were going to wear a dress."
"Because it was last minute and a surprise." Ophelia laughed. "Did you at least like it?"
"You looked stunning." Harry replied truthfully.
Ophelia blushed a bright rose pink as she stared down at her firebolt. She stared at the bottle that was engraved into it, once again realizing it was the same as her necklace. Harry never really explained to her what it meant. She knew it had to mean something though, since it was from Harry. He was the only one who understood her; he was the only person who knew when she needed a hug and when she needed help with something. Harry Potter knew Ophelia better than anybody.
"Harry." Ophelia said suddenly.
"Yes love?" Harry asked, gripping Ophelia's hand in his as they both laid in the snow.
"Doesn't this whole triwizard tournament thing scare you? You didn't even put your name in." Ophelia asked. "How do you stay so together all the time?"
Ophelia rolled to her side to face Harry. He rolled to his side aswell, placing one of his hands on her waist.
"I don't." Harry replied honestly. "Sometimes it seems like the world might cave in."
"Then how do you keep going?" Ophelia questioned.
Harry rubbed his thumb along Ophelia's waist.
"I just look at you." Harry whispered, tucking a strand of hair behind Ophelia's ear.
Ophelia smiled as she stared into Harry's gorgeous green eyes. He was perfect for her, and she was perfect for him.
Harry could tell he was reaching a softer side of Ophelia that nobody, not even Hermione, could reach. She cared for Harry more than anybody, and he was now seeing how much she really cared for her loved ones. He was greatful that she was finally starting to get comfortable and open up.
"Thank you." Ophelia breathed.
"For?"
"Well, everything. You know, I felt like nobody before I got to know you." Ophelia began, sitting up and wrapping her arms around her legs. Harry sat up and wrapped his arm around her waist as she spoke. "Hermione was perfect, best witch of our age you know? And I just play quidditch and soccer. Yeah I'm smart but.."
She trailed off for a moment.
"I was just Hermione Grangers little sister." Ophelia finished, looking to her side at Harry.
Harry rubbed Ophelia's back for a moment, admiring her delicate features and the look of her soft lips; the gentle snowflakes that laid so perfectly on her eyelashes. She looked fragile right now, which was something she never looked, yet she still looked beautiful.
Ophelia was bottling up much more than that, but even just opening up to Harry with that meant a lot to him.
"I'm sorry that was stupid." Ophelia scoffed, looking away from Harry and tucking her hands into her sleeves.
Harry bit his lower lip and inches closer to Ophelia.
"No it's alright to feel like that." Harry comforted, wrapping his arm to the front of Ophelia and placing his finger below her chin before moving it gently so her face was facing him. "I lo-like you for who you are. You're Ophelia Topaz Granger, not Hermione's little sister."
"Promise?" Ophelia asked, slightly taking notice of Harry's pause a moment ago.
"Promise."
Ophelia stood up, pulling Harry up with her.
"How about we go decorate cookies hey?" Ophelia smiled once more.
Harry nodded, and off they went. Another Christmas spent well. Except this one, the bottle was not quite broken.

Join him and his comrades as they accomplish the first of the Good Necromancers legendary tasks. ***** So, quick update for those who pay attention to this section. I'm finally coming out of finals for this semester, and I plan on getting the whole already posted section revised. It's taken me a while to change the necessary things, as I had to start all the way over, but I've at least got the rough drafts for all the revised chapters. These should be going up within the next week or so, still have to go to work, but I am here, I haven't forgotten or dropped the story. Just trying to make this the best work that I can produce. P.S. I will be releasing additional stories. They are all going to be in the Good Necromancer world, however the others will give you an idea on how humans in other locations survived and have thrived.
