He was sick of it, sick of just following some bunch of steps just to get what he wanted. He's intelligent, an intellectual! Surely, he can just conjure up ways to be the perfect boyfriend that would make you happy. Yet luck wasn't really by his side.
'Shit, what to do?!' He thought as the two of you walked side by side, him walking you home. There was silence, it was comfortable, for you atleast. Yet to him, he just wanted to say something to break the quietness lingering around the air.
He still was mad at himself though, he stayed up late last night and asked help from his mother to confess, yet he was too much of a fucking coward to execute his already thought of plans.
"Hey, Katsuki?" You called for him, and he turned his head to look at you. "Why do you like me?" You asked as the two of you neared your home. He thought of it, and finally had the answer.
"I don't know. I don't truly have a reason," he said, and you hummed, your hands in your pockets as you urged him to go on. "I just think that loving without a fuckin' reason is the greatest love, ya'kno? I mean, if that reason were to disappear, then that means I'd have no reasons to like you then. But with just this, I can fuckin' like, love you for an eternity and shit, you get what I mean," he mumbled the last part, realizing that he was kind of rambling. Not a very Bakugou-like thing.
"I get it, I get it," you chuckled before finally stopping, already arriving at your destination. "So, see you tomorrow?" You said to him with a grin on your face, and he could only just wonder, are you a fucking deity?

"Yeah, yeah, just go now, tsk." He grumbled, his slouched form and his hands placed inside his pockets as he started to walk away. Yet stopped once he heard you yell his name. "What?!" He shrieked after turning around.
"No more WikiHow, alright?"
"As if I want to obey some shitty website's orders?!"
You could say that Bakugo felt full from eating all his words, for his thumb hovered right over the link of the website that frequently appears on the search page.

[The Story] What this story is: A LitRPG, portal-like, slow-moving story with a protagonist who has to balance crafting and 'magic' to survive. The books have a pre-thought-out plot and finish. Also, the world is harsh, and things don't always go the MC's way. What it is not: A drama, romance, grimdark, although these elements might appear. I've had some feedback that the intro seems to set up a very rough life for the MC. There is a reason for this, and I hope you give it a try beyond the first few chapters. Do note, this is not an unreasonably harsh novel.

During young age he got into an accident, which allowed him to learn the fact that he belongs to a rare group of people.. People diagnosed with lung cancer, which he, however survived. Can't say he's lucky, as his life went downhill from that point... Our story happens years later, when his fate decides to make a loop and throw him in the same kind of accident. He gets hit by a truck. Surviving the crash, suffering just a few scratches, he is ultimately "lucky" to find himself out of the hospital in no time.. however every bit of good luck always brings him terrible luck afterwards. This time pushing him maybe a bit too far.. How far? Making him vanish without a trace and find himself in the middle of an unknown forrest. Doesn't sound bad? He can consider himself lucky? Just wait and see...It can always get worse.. always.. .... Congratulations, you've made it through the intro and into the author note! If you by any chance missed the tags and didn't read the warning, please do that now. I really recommend you to. Before you jump to reading, and unintentionally scar yourself, do mind that the story is about a dark, unforgiving world, a world in which you have more opportunities to die a horrible death, than take a piss. Hero doesn't have great luck, he has dumb persistance, he doesn't go through any trial with a breeze, he pays the price of blood, flesh and tears to live..and will be paying for every mistake.. No one outright explains anything to him, just as us for the most part - he is not sure what the hell is going on.. Some real survival tactics are used as a base of the descriptions, they are as important to the world and character as any other element.. Mind that the story starts really slow, but as the stone starts rolling downhill - the pace gets faster.. Every tag for this novel has a reason to be there, so if you don't see the particular element there, don't panic.. it's either well camoufalged, subtle or simply not encountered as of yet.
