it's getting worse. now this same guy that raped y/n is stalking her? like ya we knew he kinda was in the beginning but what? and i guess we know the reason. he must be obsessed with y/n. or have some type of attraction towards her. but why would he do something like this? for her attention? i don't know but it's destroying y/n. nobody should ever have to go through something like this. ever.

why? and how? how would anyone know about me and y/n? we aren't even dating yet. like we're a thing but haven't told anyone. i mean like jack and sophia probably know but none of this makes any sense. and it's so hard to see her hurting. it's like something bad happens to her almost everyday and it's so hard to watch.

me, jack, and y/n decided we should go back to class. obviously we were all freaked out but we only have two periods today because half the school is going on an optional field trip and if we didn't want to go we could leave. i don't know why they did that but ya that's not the point. we have to go to the police station after school for y/n's interrogation. she still hasn't brought up the pictures she found in her locker because she's telling them everything that happened by the timeline it happened i guess. we all got up and me and jack walked y/n to class and then walked to our class that we had together.

-skip to after school-

me and jack walked to y/n's math class to get her and then went to sophias english class to get her. we all went to each other's lockers and got what we needed and walked out of school. while we were walking i felt my backpack being pulled and it jerked me back causing y/n, jack, and soph to turn around. "jack what the fuck?" i said. "dude what? i didn't do anything." jack said back to me with a confused look. i turned behind me and saw someone walking the opposite way but also kinda looking back at us a couple times. he had a hood on so i couldn't really tell who he was. it was probably noah or caleb messing with me. "sorry, i just get pulled back by something, it was probably noah or caleb." i said still confused. "ya it probably was, whatever though, let's go." y/n said reaching for my hand to hold it. i smiled at her and took her hand and then walked out of school.

i stopped at starbucks just to get us some coffee since we didn't know how long we would be at the police station. we walked in and officers brown and henry came over to us. "hello y/n, do you still want finn in there with you or do you think you'd be okay by yourself?" henry said. "um is it okay if finn is in there with me? i'm gonna need him with me for the next things i'm gonna have to tell you." she said squeezing my hand. "ya that's fine, come with us." officer brown said. y/n let go of my hand a little and wasn't squeezing so hard anymore. we sat down and she moved her chair as close to me as possible. this is going to be so difficult to listen to.

"so y/n we left of on him um, locking the uh.. the door." officer brown said hesitantly with a soft tone in his voice. he could tell i was vulnerable and scared. i looked at finn and started talking. "ya right. um after he locked the door, he um, he came over to me and pinned me on the bed with his hands so i couldn't move." i said in almost a whisper. i looked at finn and he was looking down. i could tell he was upset for me and he didn't like listening to me talk about what happened to me. "okay y/n, your doing great. me and officer henry are going to leave the rest of the interrogation up to a female officer so you can feel more comfortable. would you want that or are you okay with us?" officer brown said. "um ya i kinda want a female officer." i said. "okay." brown said and they left.

finn turned to me and said "i'm so sorry y/n." "finn why are you sorry? you did nothing wrong." i said confused. "i feel bad because me and jack should've been there with you and sophia. like there was no reason we didn't go. we stayed home and played video games and ate pizza while we could've been there. while i could've been there y/n. for you. i failed at protecting you and i don't know if i'll ever forgive myself for that." he said looking away from me. "love, none of this was your fault. i'm the one that got drunk and me and sophia could've stayed with you guys at home but we went to the stupid party." i said putting both my hands over his. "but i should've been there. i'm supposed to protect you and make sure nothing happens to you." he said. "finn, i know you feel that way but i promise on everything it wasn't your fault. you're amazing and i know you would do anything to help and protect me. don't blame yourself, please." i said putting my head on his shoulder. "i'm so happy to have you in my life y/n." he whispered before putting his head on mine. "me too finn." he lifted his head up and i did the same. we smiled at each other but then got interrupted by the door opening.

"hi, i'm officer ferguson. i'm already pretty caught up on everything so you can continue from where you left of with officers henry and brown." she said sitting down. "okay.. um after he locked the door he came over to me and pinned me on the bed with his hands so i couldn't move. my wrists were hurting really bad. i felt his cold hand on my um.. on my inner thigh." i whispered almost trying to hold back tears. "was he being rough with you?" officer ferguson asked. "no i'm actually he was being really gentle, like he didn't want to hurt me. i was crying and screaming for help but i knew nobody could hear me. the music was so loud and everybody was doing there own things. and i just remember his hand going further and further up. then i felt his hand up by my underwear. i tried kicking but it wasn't doing anything. even though i was drunk i still knew what was going to happen. i kept screaming and crying but nobody came. nobody came." i started crying. this is just so hard to talk about. i feel like i'm reliving it, which i don't want to do. i looked over at finn and i saw a tear fall. i lifted his chin up and made him face me. i wiped his tear off his cheek with my thumb. "it's okay finn. i'm okay." i said trying to stop crying.

i'm sorry i'm putting you through this with me finn.
