.
Emmett and two tacuna tribe members from the island, walked up to the house the next morning.
"(Y/n), these are our housekeepers, Gustavo and Kaure. This is my wife, (Y/n)." Emmett introduced us and then introduced me to them in Spanish.
"Excuse me." Gustavo excused himself nervously. The woman watched us carefully and then followed behind the man.
"Well, I guess we just leave them to it." Emmett laughed wrapping his arms around my waist. We both knew what they would see when they walked into the bedroom making us laugh.
"So what was that all about? They seemed very... Nervous." I pointed out as we took a seat on the comfortable couch cuddling up close.
"She's afraid for you." Emmett shook his head with a smile.
"Why?"
"Because I have you hear all alone." He smirked and got closer to me stroking his hand along my thigh.
"You mean she knows about you?" I asked surprised.
"She suspects. She's native Ticuna. They have legends about blood-drinking demons who prey on beautiful women." He leaned in and began kissing me. We smiled into the kiss getting a little to close for the woman appearing in the doorway.
She spoke something in Spanish startling us both, breaking us apart quickly.
"Hey." Gustavo said as he carried away the very broken headboard, the woman quickly leaving the room with him. Making both of us start to chuckle.
That night I fell asleep in the newly cleaned room, cuddled up with a blanket. I had some what of a headache, and I knew I needed to sleep it off. When I awoke the next morning, I was still laying alone in the bed. I was starving so I got up and walked to the kitchen to find there was a note on the counter.
I've gone to the mainland to hunt, be back before you wake. -Emmett.
"You're late." I chuckled quietly and went to the fridge to see what I could make myself. I took quick notice of the wrapped raw chicken and pulled it out to cook it.
I grabbed a frying pan and started it up, tossed some oil in and then the chicken. The smell that wafted around in the air was mouth watering. But I was still so hungry. As the chicken cooked I enjoyed a yogurt, then some fruit, then I began to eat peanut butter with a spoon. I plated the chicken and peeled it apart with my hands, eating three whole pieces very quickly. On the last piece I peeled away some of the chicken from the bone to see a little bit of a left over blood vessel. The site made my stomach churn. I knew it wasn't just nausea, and I was for sure going to be sick.

I booked it through the house and to the bathroom, barely making it to the toilet in time before spilling my guts out of my mouth. I threw up several times, before suddenly hearing someone behind me.
"(Y/n)?" Emmett asked through the door.
"Hey, don't come in here." I flushed the toilet and then sat on top of it with my head in my hands. "You don't need to see this."
Emmett walked in anyways and kneeled down in front of me.
"In sickness and in health remember?" He smiled softly.
"It must have been the chicken. Maybe I didn't cook it well enough... Could you grab my bag?" I pointed to the one on the bathroom sink. Emmett grabbed it and handed it to me. I opened it and looked inside for maybe some medicine I could take. Instead I was greeted with the site of tampons, I had yet to use while we'd been here. I furrowed my eyebrows, staring into the bag.
That can't be possible... can it?
"What is it?" Emmett asked curiously.
"How many days has it been since the wedding?" I walked to the sink and washed my hands, still thinking over the completely impossible possibility that was running through my mind.
"Fourteen. Why?" I turned my head back to look at him. I stared at him, unable to speak. "You wanna tell me what's going on?" Emmett looked at me with more concern, seeing the look pasted across my face.
"I-I'm Late..." I looked to my fingers and counted. "My period's late. It's never late." I mumbled and walked over towards the full length mirror in the bathroom.
Emmett stared at me wide eyed. Face filled with concern. I lifted my shirt and looked at my stomach. I laid my hands on my once previous flat belly that now was slightly protruded.
That's not possible. It's only been 14 days...
"That's impossible." I whispered. "This isn't possible right? Can this happen?" I turned to look at Emmett who was completely frozen. Staring at me. Unmoving. I moved to walk towards him when something moved inside my stomach."Whoa!" I exclaimed grabbing my belly gently.
Emmett's phone began to ring in that moment from his pocket. I stared at him waiting for him to answer it but he didn't move. It kept ringing, so I dug though his pocket myself and grabbed the phone to see Alice's name on the caller ID.
"Alice."
"(Y/n)? Are you alright?"
"I'm not exactly 100% sure."
"Why? What's wrong? I just..."
"You just what? Alice, what did you see?" I asked her quickly.
"Here's Carlisle..."Alice said, her voice disappearing from the phone. "(Y/n), what's going on?"

"I don't know." I turned to look at Emmett still stiffer than normal. "I'm a little worried. Can vampires go into shock?"
"Has Emmett been harmed?"
"No." I breathed out. "I know that it's impossible, but I think that I'm pregnant." Another movement happened in my belly. "Whoa... Carlisle, I swear, something just moved inside me."
Emmett quickly took the phone from my hands.
"Is this even possible?" He asked quickly. I followed behind him as he walked out of the bathroom.
"I don't know."
"What's he saying?" I asked curiously.
"The sooner (Y/n)'s here, the sooner we can find out what it is. I need you to get to the mainland at once."
"Yeah, yeah. I will." Emmett nodded furiously. He hung up the phone with a terrified look on his face.
"Well?" I asked.
Emmett quickly sped around the house packing up all our belongings within a minute.
"Damn it." He mumbled zipping the last bag as there was a knock at the door. "Kaure's probably making sure you're still alive." He said before walking away to answer the door.
I stood there, thinking about nothing other than the fact that I have a life, an actual little life growing inside me. A piece of me and a piece of the man I love. My hand unconsciously went to my belly. When I realized what I did I walked back over to the mirror. I looked at myself and my belly. Shock was the first thing that had crossed my mind, but now I was overwhelmed with happiness. Something I never thought I could have, was happening to me. I wanted this baby. I could feel the smile growing on my lips. Excitedly thinking about, everything but the danger's I could face.
Emmett and Kaure were arguing as they came up the hallway and into the bedroom. She paused seeing me holding my belly.
"What did you do with her?" She asked in Spanish.
"What do you know about this?"
"I know that you are a demon!" She shouted at him. "You killed this little girl!" Her attention turned back to me. I looked between them curiously.
"What?" I asked curious on what she was saying. I knew very little Spanish. I walked closer and Emmett walked to me.
"Her people have legends. She might have seen this before..." He turned back to her and spoke again. "Please, Tell me how to help her." He begged.
"You only do bad!" She gritted her teeth.
"I am begging you. I will do anything. I love her. Please... Tell me how she can survive this."
Kaure looked at him curiously then to me. She slowly approached and nodded to my belly asking permission which I granted. She held a hand over my belly lightly touching it and closing her eyes. She opened them and looked back up at me with a serious expression stating only one word.
"Death." Then she walked out. I knew that word. It was one I wasn't expecting.
"Don't worry. I am not going to let it hurt you." Emmett spoke seeing my expression, only reading it the wrong way. "Carlisle will get that thing out." He said bitterly, grabbing our cases and walking out.
"Thing?" I whispered to myself, hurt by his words.
Emmett quickly rushed us to the mainlands. I tried not to be sick on the boat ride. To occupy myself, I tried to talk to Emmett about it but he quickly shut down any other idea other than destroying the living being inside me. In order to not argue any further we both just ignored each other.
From the boat, to the car ride, to the private plane. Over the course of the almost two years we've known each other, we have almost never argued. This was a whole new playing field for both of us. And a serious one at that. I knew I had two people in my life I could count on to understand my decision. I would give my life for this baby. My baby, and I wouldn't let a single person touch a hair on their little head.
Emmett told me to wait in the car while they loaded our luggage. As soon as he got out of the car I took out my cell phone.
"Hey, (Y/n)."
"Rosalie..." I said desperately.
"What's wrong?"
"I'm going to need your help. We are on our way home."
"Of course, what do you need?"
"I'm positive that I'm pregnant. I know that's impossible. But Emmett doesn't want this. I do. I need you Rose."
"You've got me." She said simply. I sighed in relief.
I thanked her and hung up, quickly calling my newly changed sister.
"Bells..."
"Is it true?"
"Yes, we are on our way home now. I need you, Bella. Please. This shouldn't be possible, but here we are. We can't let them hurt my baby."
"I'll see you when you get home. I'll help you in anyway I can, okay? Just hang tight and I will see you soon."
"I don't want to make you uncomfortable though. I'm still human... obviously..." I worried slightly.
"I'll be fine. Apparently I have great restraint when it comes to humans." Bella chuckled. "I love you see you soon, (Y/n/n)."
"I love you too. Thank you."

Azarinth Healer
A new world with nearly unlimited possibilities. A status, classes, magic and monsters. Sounds good? Well, for Ilea it didn't come quite as expected as for some other protagonists, nor was there a king or god to welcome her. The grand quest? Well, she might figure that out someday but for now, a new world with new food is prize enough. Her fists at the ready, she's prepared to punch and get punched, however long it takes and however many limbs she might have to regrow. A story I've started writing now quite a while ago. Transported to another world, somewhat standard fantasy setting with my beginner attempts to make it dark but funny. There are Litrpg elements here but I do hope it's not too heavy and annoying. The fights should be interesting and aren't just numbers vs numbers. Contrary to the title the protagonist will be quite an offensive fighter. Ilea Spears is your average sarcastic kick-boxing fast food worker and soon to be student. She will be transported to another world rather conventionally and will be confronted with survival in the wild. Give it a shot and let me know what you think. My experience is incredibly lacking. If you find yourself hating it early on, do convey your anger in a detailed comment or review :) I want to get better but without any feedback it's simply quite difficult. Quick heads up: Around chapter 120 there are a bunch of longer PoV changes that I discontinued again shortly after. The Arc around chapters 150-200 is darker than the rest and the themes shift quite a bit. Just know that it goes back to what you've come to know after that section. Thank you for reading. Quick update June 2019: Many complaints regarding the formatting, specifically spacing in conversations and of course the usage of the present tense in the first 36 chapters have been addressed. I'm of course learning by the day but compared to how it was before it should be an improvement at least. Chapters usually around 3k words Cover art by Kevin Catalan
