《Our Eternity : Emmett Cullen x Reader》Jacksonville

The next day we went to school, Bella and I, along with our boyfriend's decided to sit among our friends at their lunch table. Seeing as the only Cullen's left in the school were Alice, Jasper, Emmett and Edward.
"Hey." Eric greeted us as we sat down.
"Good, just in time! Check it out." Mike said pointing a pen in our direction. "All right, check it out. Let's see, we got. 'My fellow students.' Right?" He eyed all of us.
"Cute." Jess rolled her eyes.
"Good." Eric nodded along with him.
"Right? 'We are the future. Anything is possible, if you just believe.'" Mike continued. We all chuckled.
"Perfect." Eric continued nodding.
"Nice." Angela said sarcastically.
"You got yourself a speech." Mike tossed the paper he was holding towards Jessica.
"No, this'll be my speech when I want everyone to throw diplomas at my head." Jess crumpled the paper and tossed it at Mike's face. "So, thank you."
"You've got to embrace cliches, Jess." Mike tilted his head and raised his eyebrows at the girl.
"They are the bread and butter of all valedictorians." Eric agreed with Mike.
"Hmm, and that is why you are not valedictorian." Angela giggled.
"Jess, doesn't need cliches." I chimed in smirking at the girl.
"The speech is going to be epic." Bella grinned.
"Epic? It'll change lives." Jess said proudly.
Alice and Jasper both came over joining our table.
"I've decided to throw a party." Alice's voice jingles through the air.
"After all, how many times are we going to graduate high school?" Jasper grinned as he looked between his siblings and Bella and I.
"A party? At your place?" Angela questioned in awe.
"I've never seen your house." Jess blurted shocked.
"No one's ever seen their house." Eric chuckled at both of their amusement.
"Another party, Alice?" Edward groaned quietly.
"It'll be fun." Alice tried to insist.
"Yeah. That's what you said last time." I rolled my eyes and Bella nodded looking at her seriously.
Alice shrunk back in her seat, before her eyes suddenly glazed over. Bella and I quickly took notice.
"Hey, Angela. Do you need some help with those?" Bella asked her trying to take the attention away from Alice.
People already found her strange enough without having to watch her zone out, when she was having a vision. Emmett and Mike took up a conversation and I chatted with Jess about her speech. I glanced over noticing Edward's face, he looked concerned for a brief moment before noticing me looking. His face changed emotionless for a minute, before he smiled softly. I knew, he knew whatever Alice had seen due to his ability to read minds.
That day after school Edward, Bella, Emmett and I carpooled to the police station. We pulled in and climbed out of the car. Emmett and I walked hand in hand behind Edward and Bella. Dad was currently at his desk speaking to a concerned looking couple, so we didn't enter the station to give them their privacy.

"I know, you know what she saw. Tell me." Bella begged again regaining my attention. The car ride over from the school though short, she had begged him to know what Alice's vision was about.
"It was nothing." Edward attempted to assure her but we knew different.
"Edward, you looked... worried." I pointed out and he glanced at me. He laughed slightly and shook his head.
"Because everyone could have noticed how strange Alice is."
Such a lie. I thought to myself.
"I think that ship sailed a long time ago." Bella added with an eye roll.
"I wonder what's wrong in there." Emmett quickly changed the subject. I eyed him suspiciously. He just shrugged and wrapped his arms around my waist. We all looked to Edward for answers. He was the mind reader after all.
"Their son went missing in Seattle over a year ago. Charlie's doing what he can, but..." Edward trailed off and his face gave him away.
"Do you know something about this?" Bella asked curiously. The guy's exchanged a noticeable glance.
"We've been tracking the situation in Seattle for a while. Unexplained disappearances. Killings." Emmett informed us with a rather grim tone. We all look at each other, Emmett and Edward exchanged that worried glance once again.
"If... the situation gets any more conspicuous, the Volturi will step in." Edward told us slowly. Both Bella and I became stiff and looked to each other than back to our boys.
"If they go to Seattle..." Bella said.
"They could come here." I finished her sentence. "They could see we are still human.."
"It won't get that far." Emmett assured us cooly.
"But, we will go to Seattle if we have too." Edward added in reassurance.
The door behind us clicked and out walked Dad and the couple. The pair walked sadly by us and we watched before turning back towards our Father.
"Hey." Bella and I said in unison.
"Hey." He said with a smile as he watched Emmett and Edward beside us.
"You ready for dinner?" I asked, smiling happily at the thought of food.
"Yeah... It is still just us, right?" He said to the pair of us.
"We are just dropping them off." Edward said with a smile. "See you later." He looked at Bella happily.
"Bye, babe." Emmett whispered in my ear, leaving a kiss on my cheek before walking away.
"Oh." Edward turned around as he reached his car. "Bella, (Y/n). My parents wanted to remind you about the airline tickets you got for your birthday." He looked at us with a smile.
"What airline tickets?" Dad looked between us confused.
"A round trip ticket to see Mom in Florida." Bella informed him. I guess, we'd almost forgotten about them. All the pictures and things we found out were actually hidden by Edward in a floor board in Bella's room. So they had gone that far. That included the tickets.

"Well... that was generous." Dad said slowly and looked at the boys with raised eyebrows.
"They expire soon. You might want to use them this weekend." Emmett grinned and pointed out.
"I don't think we can just drop everything and go?" I looked at Bella and she nodded agreeing. We look back at the guys and they really looked determined.
"It might be your last chance to see her before you graduate." Edward said giving Bella a knowing look.
"Well, might not be a bad idea." Dad cut in a little too happy. "Get out of town for a couple days. Get some.. distance..."
"Yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing Mom." Bella agreed.
"It really would be nice... As long as you use the companion ticket, Emmett?" I looked at him hopefully.
"Yeah, Edward you too?" Her eyes pleaded with him.
"Wait. You both have two tickets?... Super." Dad said sarcastically. Obviously only thinking their was a ticket for each of us.
We had dinner with Dad and then that weekend we flew off to sunny Jacksonville Florida to see our mother. The boys agreed to go with us. Of course, we had figured out a way for them to make it to mom's without them sparkling in the sun. They just couldn't go outside after we got there. Bella and I talked about it and we had decided going was a good thing. We wanted to make sure her life was full and satisfying.
"Aren't you going to miss this? Can't you just feel the vitamin D soaking up in your pores?" Mom sighed happily as the three of us sat out side soaking up the sun on her back porch. She had a beautiful view of the water, which glistened in the beaming sunlight. I sat in my chair with a large straw hat to cover my (Y/h/c) head.
"Yeah, I am gonna miss this." Bella said softly with a hint of sadness in her words.
"Yeah." I mumbled quietly. I was never much of a sun lover. Bella and I were both fair skinned. But me? I burned way to easily.
"You know, colleges in Florida are a lot sunnier." Mom chided as she watched both of our reactions. Bella shifted awkwardly and I just rolled my eyes. "I'm just saying, if you go to the University of Alaska, I'm never going to see either of you."
"They have a really great Mechanic's program, Mom." I told her. That was what I had told her I planned on doing after high school, mechanical engineering. Seeing as I had always been good as fixing things, ever since I was little. And after fixing up the bike's my interest in it grew.
"And they have a great science program." Bella added.
"You mean Edward and Emmett program." Mom playfully looked at us both, narrowing her eyes.
Bella and I both glanced inside to see Edward and Emmett at the kitchen table. They were talking, but we could also tell they were listening in on our conversation. Emmett winked at me as soon as he saw my glance. I smiled and shook my head.
"The way they watch you, it's like they are willing to leap in front of you and take a bullet or something."
"Is that a bad thing?" Bella questioned her.
"It's an intense thing. You're different with him. He moves, you move. Like magnets." She said to Bella. "And you, you seem happier than I've ever seen you, but it's very similar, your attached at the hip." She explained to me.
"I don't know, we're just..." My sister attempted to offer up an explanation.
"In love. I get it. I just want to make sure you're both making the right choices for you guys. You know cause you're the ones who have to live with them." Mom explained.
"We know, Mom." I smiled softly to her.
"Alright, enough with the heavy." She pulled herself up out of her chair and walked away grabbing two gift boxes.
"Mom..." Bella groaned with a small smile creeping up the corners of her mouth.
"Con-graduation." She told us both, giving us our gifts. We opened them up and the three of us began laughing seeing what was inside.
"Is this all our old trip tee-shirts?" I laughed taking the blanket out of the box.
"Mhm!" Mom replies happily.
"Get out! That's awesome." Bella cheered happily taking her's out as well.
"I saved them all. I thought they make a good quilt, keep you warm up in Alaska. Remember this one? Ensenada." She pointed out.
"The snake pit!" Bella laughed.
"But this one is my favorite, here." Mom moved around the blanket pointing to a blue square. "The three headed lobster from Maine."
"That was my favorite. Mom, this is seriously amazing." I moved the blanket out of the way and hugged her tightly.
"Aw, honey I'm glad you like it. I just figured you know, when you guy's get older, have kids, we can add too it." She told me pulling away.
The bright happy smile on her face is almost soul crushing, given thats not something either of us will ever be able to have. Bella was never keen on the idea of kids, but me. It was a dream once upon a time... Bella got up and hugged our mother tightly.
"I'm really glad you both like it. Just thought you should have a little piece of me up there in Alaska."
"I love you." Bella and I told her in unison.

Yin-Yang
Mages in North America seem to have it all – typically from well-off families, and able to manipulate their environment in ways most of the world would never believe. They don’t even have to bother with the mundane details of life like housework, thanks to their sensitives, who also make a useful source for extra magical energy. After all, sensitives have no use for it themselves, and if mages weren’t meant to make use of it, then the sensitives would obviously have some way to prevent that. That a mage can transform a sensitive physically, with no restrictions beyond overall mass and basic biological viability, whereas magic tends not to work directly on any other living thing, is only further proof. And look at the way they live on their own, barely a step above animals. It’s better for them to belong to a mage. Sensitives in North America live on the edge of society and survival – typically so paranoid they avoid hospitals and anything else that could lead to being tracked, many of them with little or no education and no legal identity or existence. Mages exist, and mages want sensitives for some reason, but no one ever comes back to explain what that reason is. Waiting every day for the hunters to notice them doesn’t lead to much motivation or hope for the future. And once they’re captured, they’re the property of someone with a terrifying amount of power over them. Anything is better than capture. Mages are born to be the masters, and sensitives are born victims. Or are they? Jax’s life is turned upside-down when he’s caught by the hunters and sold to a mage. Andreas is still mourning for his previous sensitive, though, unconsciously creating a difficult standard for Jax to live up to, all the more so while still struggling to come to terms with this new reality as Andreas’ sensitive. A runaway sensitive isn’t what Van expects at the mental health centre. Is this a hunter trap, set for him and the rest of the Donovan family by the hunters? The hunters would, after all, love to see them cross the line openly and finally do something they can be charged with. Either way, Miranda’s genuinely in trouble, and he can’t just abandon her to it. Snatching a sensitive out from under the hunters and hiding her is odd behaviour for a mage – but then, Catherine is an odd mage, living in disgrace in the old servants’ quarters of her grandmother’s house, responsible for cooking and housework. Lila owes Catherine her freedom; is there a way to help Catherine achieve her own, and at what price? Tension is building between traditionally-minded mages and those advocating change, and something has to break. *** Yin-Yang includes a small amount of profanity and no graphic sex or on-screen physical violence. However, sex and gender roles and relationships within the mage/sensitive subculture are non-traditional in mainstream North American terms. The key criterion in a primary relationship is not relative sex or gender, but the pairing of mage and sensitive; given the transformation of sensitives by their mages, physical sex is non-absolute for a sensitive, and gender identity can vary as in anyone else. *** *** The way mages treat sensitives is extremely varied and, in some cases is outright abusive. The struggle against that is pretty much the point of the book. It is NOT grimdark or misery-porn! However, if you will be triggered by this, please, don't read Yin-Yang! *** Complete stand-alone novel, 153K words! Also available on Scribble Hub and as a free ebook.

Gods of Arkanoth
The hunter has been betrayed, left alone in the streets of a lugubrious district. Only one goal appears in his eyes: to avenge himself. In his quest to avenge himself, he'll encounter an enigmatic scientist who seems to hide his true nature, a savior pretending to be a God, and the terrible truth of those words, bringing him against something he'd never thought he'd have to affront. This is the odyssey of the hunter, in a quest to put a long overdue end to a war between two worlds. // What to expect:The beginning will surely be intriguing, most of what's happeing won't be directly explained, although there will be some hints about their true roles, but do not worry about some subjects never leaving that misty fog that is unanswered questions! The novel is divided in two parts, the first focusing on uncovering the well-hidden secrets the city of Arkanoth hides, be it concerning its making or its inhabitants. As for the second part, it will be an expedition into the unknown, we could, in a way, say the true start of the journey our three heroes will undertake! I won't say anything more about the second part or else I might tell you an important detail without realizing... As for magic, because yes, there is magic! Although you might not see the shadow of a spell in the first chapters, it will appear in later chapters and will be one of the main subjects of volume 2. There are three heroes, yes, but they will not appear directly. While the first two protagonists appear in quite the beginning, the third will take his time, taking some stroll in the Districts of Arkanoth while we focus on the story of the hunter. But that does not lessen his importance in the story a bit, trust me. What about these three heroes, you say? Well, they all have their own issues, from their character to their torments, and as the story progresses they will have to come clean with their past (character development is to be expected) and will find their reason for fighting, braving all odds. I draw my inspiration from mythology, more precisely Aztec mythology. I want to stay true to a certain extent about it and all the relations between the gods and their role, however I will still change some things to my liking, so do not expect for all of the mythology to be respected to the letter. Finally! I have to say English is a foreign langage for me, so I might not choose the best words or straight-up miswrite something, if it bothers your experience, just tell me in the comments and I'll look into it! It is also my first time writing a book, so some parts might seem sloppy, but I hope I will be able to improve throughout this journey so as to give the most enjoyable reading experience to you. // Who might enjoy this story: Firstly, if you like deep lore and stories in which past plays a big role, you will like how everything unravels to show the hidden truths of the world. However if you do not appreciate not instantly understanding what's happening or who - or even what - this person might be, then you might not appreciate the story. There will be disturbing and gore descriptions, so if you're sensitive, don't like reading about someone being beheaded and such, you should probably pass this one. There is strong langage, although I won't abuse it, I won't be lying saying no insults will appear. Finally, the heroes will not always win, they will sometime lose battles, be it important ones or unimportant, and they will, most of the time, not come out unscathed from those. // Time Schedule : once every two sundays at 7:pm Ps : feel free to tell me if something is bad, or feel wrong with the book, it really helps me. I've written till' chapter 4 (in my mother tongue, so I'll still have to translate), however I'll make some minor and major changes, thus it will take some time to post them. Schedule will probably not change after releasing chapter 4, so don't worry, it won't take even longer to post a chapter than it already is. Enjoy the ride :)
