《《 Model Horse Collection 2018-21 》》♧ Day 1 of Breyerfest 2021 ♧

Breyerfest for me officially started 6:50am PST and once the official Breyerfest pages were launched I was terrified of the dreaded "refresh, cry, repeat" fiasco happening all over again because the first few minutes it was incredibly (more like 20 minutes) to add each item into the cart then trying to add the next horse in fear everything would sell out within seconds again. As of 2:03pm my time none of the Store Special models have sold out and back orders started yet, except for the surprise of being able to back order not only matte Josie, Rheverence+, and Apollo... you can also pre-order glossy versions of them!

It took *a lot* of self control not to order all of these guys in gloss, in fact it's taking a lot of self control to not share with you now everything I bought because I want it to be a surprise until it gets here! They're all so stunning in matte and glossy versions so I'm very excited to see how they look in person. The hardest part is now just forgetting what I ordered so it doesn't seem too long when they start to ship!

One thing I regretted not doing for Breyerfest last year was not watching the livestreems, today other than shopping, that's all I did! My favorite parts were the archive tours and showing the test or rare models in the archive room, so here's a few screenshots of my favorites!

I was totally amazed seeing all the different test and sample horses in the archive room, seeing quite a handful I'd do some pretty shady stuff to own one lol One of my favorites is the semi rearing Mustang being held in the last photo being described as a "buckskin going grey!" 😍

At the end of the livestreem they announced the winners of the Friday raffle model - a silver black splash Icelandic, which I unfortunately did not win, just as expected haha.

I also entered for the Sunday raffle, glossy silver bay Roxy, so fingers crossed I have better luck in that drawing!

After that, I've been attempting to starting up my own model horse Instagram @mosh_pit_stables. I have no idea how it'll go but I figured why not, haha. I've had Destiny keep me company during the day and now both of us are exhausted if you can't tell 🤣

●○●○●○ NEW SM SCUPLTS FOR CLUBS SPOILERS ○●○●○●

If you don't want spoilers for the new molds for the Premier Club and Stablemates Club, this is the end for this update!

Once the major excitement of the day was over, Breyer revealed the Premier Club Stablemate for this year who is.... a mini me Fireheart! I'm not crazy about seeing his mold so I'm not feeling crazy about his Stablemate scaled model either but he does look quite handsome and beautiful. He will be coming in the same colorway as the Traditional scaled model.

A few days prior to Breyerfest, an email went out to the Stablemates Club members giving another sneak peek at the new mold for the year who is infact - Sharif by Brigitte Eberl. I'm still bummed about yet another Arabian Stablemate since we have so many, I just really hope it's not bay and/or pearly. A glossy black rabicano would look amazing on the mold and would really stand out against the other Arabians, especially in the Stablemates Club from previous years.
