In the April Collector's Club newsletter there was a sneak peak of a future Club release. Quickly many people made guesses and when someone compared photos of Hollywood Dun Its mold in Classic/Freedom Series scale, I was so excited! I checked the Breyer website every single day as soon as I woke up and stalked my email or any sign of him until he finally showed up the last week of April. This is the *first* time the Hollywood mold has ever came in a glossy finish! His colorways include glossy flaxen chestnut Splash pinto, pearly glossy Dapple grey, and a glossy sooty buckskin Appy blanket. Supposedly he sold out in about a hour! Luckily I checked the website when I did and here's the model I received...

Originally I got the grey version and took to Facebook to try and find a trade, luckily I was able to find one after receiving mine well after a majority showed up. We shipped same day and I had to wait a few extra days to open him from quarantining at my boyfriends house (my mom got covid - she recovered well after two weeks) and just now got to finally open him! He's stunning and pretty well done. This Run did have lots of issues with over spray on the mane and the Paint specifically had some wonky eyes but I think I have a great one compared to others and super happy with him. I noticed I do have quite a lot red horses from the Collector's Club so whatever the next Club horse I like and I'm able to get isn't red to hopefully ad some color diversity back to my shelves but I'm super happy and in love with everyone I have. I might just have to find Gunner to be a shelf buddy for this handsome boy at some point we will see.

Here's the grey I received straight from Breyer, he was beautiful but of course the pearl unfortunately ruined it for me and I couldn't get over it enough to keep him. Was anyone else able to pick up a Slyder while he was on the website?
