Some of you may or may not know that this story was originally posted on quotev. On quotev, there is a heart system where it gets added to your library and you can go back to the book and get notified and stuff. I did heart specials for this story that I realized I never posted. This is SO humiliating-. I'll start off with this one. I did this a LONGGGG time ago, just a warning ;)
PS. this story is NOT discontinued, as some of you have voiced your concerns about. I am currently working on a chapter, so please be patient with me. Thanks again! (Although I do have the urge to go back and have a whole edit of this book cause I wrote this a while ago)
Credit to Mochii on quotev for giving me the idea of writing about them in the future. And I present to you, my lovely, hilarious, (I love your comments!) wattpad readers, my 400 heart special! I hope you enjoy.
It was a Sunday, and there you were clenching onto the edges of your sweater, as your eyes remained fixated on your boyfriends' sweating form. The game was down to the wire and his team was at the set point. You were nothing less than anxious. With a quick, simple movement, he ran towards the net, bringing his left hand down onto the ball that was set to him, as the ball collided with the ground, the ball making a loud 'thump'. The room went silent, before it erupted into cheers. The other team looked utterly defeated but you were overflowed with joy. Wakatoshi was simply standing there, as the team celebrated around him.
"Woahh your boyfriend's awesome, (Name)~" Satori playfully teased from beside you.
"I know," You smirked in response. To be honest you were terrified that he would've lost. Your e/c eyes met with his olive colored ones, and his lips pulled up into a small, tight smile. A rare sight, a blush erupting onto your face.
"Hmm, seems like he still manages to give you butterflies," Satori playfully bantered.
"Shut up," You groaned.
He only laughed in response as everyone in the crowd began to disperse once the game had finally ended with their 'thank yous' from both sides. You waited with Satori for Wakatoshi outside of the gym, and your eyes lightened up when they fell on his muscular form.
"Good job!" You cried out, practically jumping at him as you wrapped your arms around him. His arms slowly made their way around your back, as they rested there.
"Thank you," He said with a simple sigh as you pulled away from the hug, his fingers intertwining with yours.
"Let's go home," You smiled cheekily, and he nodded in response. Going up on your tip toes, you pressed your soft lips against his, and he returned the favor, gently, yet passionately pressing himself against your shorter frame.
"Okay, I'm gonna go," Satori chortled, before spinning around and walking away, leisurely throwing his hand up high in the air, "Good job Wakatoshi, see you guys later~"
You slowly pulled away from the kiss, a bright blush on your face while he had his normal blank expression. He took your hand in his as he began to walk towards your shared apartment. When you both finally arrived home, he immediately fell asleep, and you followed after, not before watching a few movies.

"And I have a class in literally 10 minutes," You giggled, Wakatoshi's face pulling into a small frown as you finally arrived on the campus of your college.
"Okay," He sighed, bidding you a short farewell. Taking a deep breath, you spun around as you went to your class.
Once you had finally arrived, you took a seat, taking your phone out. Luckily for you, this professor wasn't too strict about phones, and didn't mind if you were on them as long as you weren't disrupting the people around you. Taking out your laptop and beginning to set up, your phone buzzed, as you quickly picked it up, glancing at the contact name.
Wakatoshi
(Name) did you bring your laptop charger?
(Name):
Yeah, why?
Wakatoshi
I forgot mine.
(Name):
You can just use mine ;)
Wakatoshi
Okay. Thank you.
(Name):
Also can you change my contact name?
Wakatoshi
Why?
(Name):
Because (Name) is so bland! Change it to something cute :(
Wakatoshi
something cute?
(Name):
Yeah, can you change it pleaseee?
Wakatoshi
Okay.
Wakatoshi changed (Name)'s contact name to something cute
something cute:
That's not what I meant!
Wakatoshi
What did you mean?
With a small laugh, you put your phone down, and lazily slumped down in your chair, listening to the professor drone on about something you were learning about- to be honest this was one of the classes that you paid the least attention in, but you still managed to do decently.
After what seemed like hours of endless talking, your class had finally ended, as you quickly packed up, and rushed out the door before it got too crowded. You managed to find your way through the crowd and eventually made it to the library, immediately spotting Wakatoshi's defined form, you trotted towards him.
"How was class?" He questioned, eyes remaining on the pages in front of him.
"It was good," You replied with a small shrug.
"Good," Was all he said before his brows furrowed, fingers angrily typing at his computer.
"Are you doing an assignment?" You almost laughed as he quickly typed at the keyboard.
"I have 30 minutes to finish it," He replied in a nonchalant tone.
"Really? Unlucky," You snickered, before attending to your own work, your eyes scanning the computer screen before you, writing down some notes. When you looked over at Wakatoshi, his brows furrowed as he took a sip of his tea he had probably bought earlier, his eyes fixated on the problem before him, before they quickly diverted towards the time he had left.
"Let me help," You declared, leaning over to look at the questions. He had about 10 questions left, and 5 of them seemed difficult, as in they would take some time.
"Thank you," His voice was emotionless, but you could tell he was being genuine with his words.
"Okay, let's get this started," You grumbled, grabbing your notebook and flipping to a new page, beginning to write down about 5 of the problems. You wouldn't say that math was your strongest suit, but you weren't horrible. You clicked your pen, eyes centered on the questions that you were completely lost on.
About 20 minutes passed of silence before he spoke. "Alright. I'm done," He exhaled, a breath he didn't even know he was holding as he glanced over at you.

You handed him your notebook, to which he gratefully took the notebook from your hands, skimming through your work, quickly selecting the answer you had written down for each multiple choice question. With a content, inward smile, he handed in the assignment.
"Hopefully I didn't mess up any of the questions," You frowned, slumping into your chair.
"Thanks for the help (Name)."
"You're welcome," You beamed.
Hours passed, as you both came and left for your own classes. One of the only good things about Mondays was that this semester, you had the last class of the day together. You quickly jotted down a note as you sat in the library, waiting for Wakatoshi to arrive so you could go to class together.
"Are you ready?" You heard his deep voice speak as you closed your notebook, and stuffed your computer into your bag, slugging it over your shoulder as you walked next to him.
"It's finally almost the end of the day." You whined in complaint.
"I want to go home," He grumbled.
"I do too," You agreed, before arriving in front of your class. There was a decent amount of people who attended this class, but probably because a lot of people skipped. Walking towards the back of the class you took a seat, once again taking out your laptop out of routine. Wakatoshi waited patiently for the class to begin as his notes were sprawled out in front of him, his eyes dragging along the grand white board at the front of the class.
~
"I'm back," Wakatoshi called throughout the apartment as you greeted him with a small hug.
"How was practice?"
"It was okay."
You snorted in response as he made his way towards the bathroom, the shower turning on as you sat down in front of the tv, eyes scanning the various tv shows that you loved to watch. You finally decided on f/s (favorite show) as your eyes remained glued on the screen before you. After what only seemed like a short few minutes (that was in reality one whole episode), Wakatoshi walked out of the bathroom, as he took the seat next to you, eyes narrowing as he tried to process what was happening on the screen.
"What do you want for dinner?" You asked, glancing over at the taller male.
"I don't mind anything," He replied.
"Want hayashi rice?" You questioned, and he quickly nodded, standing up and following you to the kitchen as he took a seat at the table. He watched as you quickly grabbed the ingredients to make his favorite dish.
"Do you remember high school?" You inquired.
"What about it?"
"Remember how Satori always tried to get us together in our third year?" You laughed as you reminisced the memories of the past.
"It started with the storage room," He pointed out.
"Yeah," You scoffed, cutting up the mushrooms and onions, "I remember it was like the worst feeling whenever he tried."
Wakatoshi gently laughed at your response, before he relaxed against the chair, shutting his eyes close as he rested his hands over his eyes.
"Are you okay?"
"I'm tired," He simply shrugged.
"You should go get some rest," You demanded, cutting up the beef into smaller pieces, "I can just cook and I'll leave it in the microwave."
"It's okay," He stated, walking up behind you as he rested his head on your shoulder, wrapping his arms around your waist. He relaxed his face into the crook of your neck as an exhausted sigh parted from his lips.
"Are you sure you're fine?" You asked, half joking half serious. You immediately took notice of how he was being oddly affectionate.
He only hummed in response, as he pressed his body closer to yours. The only sound in the room was the consistent sound of the knife pressing against the cutting board as you cut up some more ingredients. Wakatoshi's breathing was steady as his warm breath gently hit your soft skin. He shut his eyes close, and his grip on you tightened. You remained still, your arms gently brushing against his as you slowly wiggled out of his grasp, starting on making the hayashi rice.
"Give me a bit, and I'll be done soon," You reassured.
"But you're surely tired-"
"But I didn't go play a sport after school," You reminded. His lips parted to speak, but you were quick to interrupt him. "Just go rest, please?"
He reluctantly agreed, before he walked down the hallway, probably resting on the couch as he left you alone to finish the meal.
~
You leisurely ran a hand through your h/c hair once you finished plating. About half an hour passed before you slowly walked towards the living room, two plates filled with food and utensils in hand as you handed Wakatoshi his plate. He was clearly struggling to stay awake as he took the plate, almost immediately beginning to eat. You followed, and you noticed how Wakatoshi was yet to pick a movie as you took a seat next to him.
With a content stomach, you relaxed against the taller male, resting your head against his shoulder as he was reclined against the couch. His eyes were fluttering to stay awake, and the sight forced a smile onto your face.
"Come on," You mused with a gentle grin, "You're going to fall asleep on the couch."
He uttered a small hum in response as he dragged himself towards your room, quickly getting ready for bed as you followed him. There was silence as you both got ready- Wakatoshi too tired to speak, and you realized that as you both got into the bed. He rested his head against the pillow, staring at the ceiling as you awkwardly shuffled next to him. With little reluctance, you laid your head against him, his arm making it's way around your shoulders as he shifted to face you. Even while you were laying down next to each other, the taller male's form towered over yours as you slowly pressed yourself against him, stuffing your face against his collarbone. His other arm made its way around to your back as your legs intertwined, mildly brushing against each other as Wakatoshi's eyes shut close. Your arms slowly made their way around his muscular build. Although you were the one who usually initiated any sort of affection, you surely didn't mind when he did.
