My mom's ex fiance would touch me like molest me and my mom was a truck driver so she was gone alot and if I would move or try to get up he would put brusies on me or he would make it hurt worse since I was only 10 he would tell me I "didn't know what was happening" when I was full aware of the situation he would come into my room in the middle of the night and lay with me and since I was a pretty good kid back then he would tell me to stand in the corner with my hands locked behind my back (I was pretty confused bc I never did anything wrong) and he would make me touch him sometimes when I finally told my mom she left him

How do I get over this experience I dream about it alot and it hurts? How do I forget about this experience I am 13 now and I have bad dreams about it sometimes my bad dreams get switched around and I get pregant with his baby or something and I want to know how do I make it go away?
