Being a tenth grader now I have been through bullying throughout almost my entire school life up untill ninth grade. It was always a dumb reason like because my skin was too light or because I am Muslim. I remember being pushed down the steps a lot in elementary and middle school. Or being jumped my first high school year. Ninth grade was my worst grade. Seniors always tried to sexually harass me. One time two senior girls sexually harassed me and beat me up after school. I remember walking home everyday without my big brother shaking and scared to death. I didnt tell anyone not even my best friends who were older an could of help prevented it. Imagine having to go to school everyday as staying in class all day long , skipping out on lunch and not going to the bathroom because you knew a bunch of seniors would be waiting to kill you? And I hate it how people always say "you look so happy all the time" when really I feel like shit. When it was only 2 months left of school I told my best friend/sister and after that the bullying stopped. Now we don't go to the same school anymore and the seniors are long gone but sometimes I get scared and wish she was by my side but I have a great supportive group that is by my side and I know things will be okay now
