I have decided to update my story with my experience with bullying, my story is submission 865 if you want to read that first.

So I took the advice of telling my teacher again, which by then it had gotten worse again and the main bullies actually stopped! I unfortunately still get the odd tease and rumours and lies about me but I'm slowly being able to stand up for myself.

One day I actually came home in tears because of a rumour and I thought my family would be supportive when actually they said not to stand up for myself or it will get worse. So now I don't tell my parents anymore, just my teachers as they are really supportive to me!

Thank you for making this book possible and giving me advice, it has really helped and if you are dealing with similar things just remember not to self harm at all and stay strong!

ADVICE: One day the bullies will be ashamed of their actions, they may not relise they are hurting you deep down so tell a adult you trust which for me was my teacher. Remember to stay strong
