The day I die, will not be like the movies
It won't be on a rainy afternoon
Or in the gloomy morning
It won't be a tragic accident
And it won't be a natural cause
The day I die, I don't want to be mourned
I don't want people to be worried about what happens to me next
I don't want to watch others fall down my path
And I certainly don't want others to die because of me
But even as I wish for these things I know how it will end
A seemingly sister losing another
A brother thrown into grief
Two distraught parents, forever wondering what could have caused this
The day I die, their world will turn upside down
The day I die, will end with a broken family and a broken home
The day I die, will be my fault
