°Gajeels POV°
Everyone in the van were quiet. Nobody knew what to say, good luck...? I feel this heavy weight on my shoulders. If I don't do this right, jet may figure out something and realize this is a rescue mission. Than I thought about the walkie talkies, what if they cut out? What if someone loses it. Wait,
"Erza!" I snapped my head up to look at her.
"What if they have walkie talkies and tell Jet that were are in his mansion?"
"That's not something we have to worry about." Erza said calmly "we are on the Fairy Tail network." What?
"...fairy tail.... Network?" I asked confused.
"I guess since your not in the game you wouldn't know, most gangs buy small network stations for a personal walkie talkie connection without someone maybe over hearing. We own a network." Erza informed.
"Wasn't Jet in Fairy Tail? Wouldn't he know which channel to go on?" I asked, he could easily just join and know everything.
"You're a smart one. But, we have Warren, he is in his own van, he has all the walkie talkie serial numbers, if an unknown serial number shows up, he can disconnected it from the network, but if too many Join, he can Connect to everyone, tell them the code word. Than we all move to cell phones,"
"Why didn't we just use cellphones in the first place?" I asked. Simplistically is best.
"It's harder for Warren to disconnect them or even detect them."
"Oh..."
Once again a silence engulfed the van. I waited patiently for what was soon to come.
I was nervous to use the Walkie Talkies because the end of Crocus was almost 12 miles from Jets Manor. But Erza insured me that they would work. Than soon after, the van was parked.
"We're here..?" I asked
"We are about a quarter mile from Jets manor, we are dropping off the rescue team for operation Lost Levy." Erza spoke to me. Everyone else in the van had been quiet. The rescue team had all piled out of the van. I need to speak to Lily before we leave. I stood up and opened the back door of the van.

"Where are you going...?" Lucy asked, I didn't say anything, I continued to walk to the rescue teams van. I pulled Lily aside,
"You don't have to tell me again. I want levy back too ya know." Lily complained.
"No, I want you to get her back, but." I went quiet. "Just don't, get yourself killed." I started to mumble.
"Wow she's changed you." Lily smiled at me.
"Hmm!!?" I asked worried.
"You're caring, compassionate, and you worry about others now, you've never said anything like that to me before." Lily explain.
"You always knew I cared if you died." I said kinda guilty.
"Levy changed you. Except it. She changed you for the better. And all she had to do was be around you." Lily smiled deeply. He opened his arms.
I groaned,
"Come oooon. Hug it out." Lily pushed. I didn't say a word and took his hug. I pat his back. When we pulled apart the atmosphere was a bit happier.
"See?" Lily acted like a was the hugger-type person.
"Still. Just, don't die." I said looking at him with utmost seriousness.
"It'll take more than a few bullets to take me out." Lily joked. I knew we had to go.
"Alright dude. Go save my woman." I said than we both cringed.
"Don't say it like that-" Lily started
"Yeah I saw it when I said it." I shook my head as I walked away. Chuckling at my fail.
°Lilys POV°
Gajeel really does love this little shorty. They would kill me if I said this. But their babies are going to be fucking adorable.
I loaded up and fixed my suit. All you have to do is come home with Levy. All you have to do is stay alive and save Levy. All you have to do is make Gajeel happy. It all seemed so simple, yet so difficult at the same time.
"Alright. Levy is in your hands." Erza walked up to me and smiled. "I have faith Levy will be home." She added.

"Thank you, I'll do everything in my power to get Gajeels wife back." I nodded. Erza wiggled her eyes brows, "so, is Gajeel all big and scary like they play him out to be?" Erza asked.
"Well, he used to, but he was very childish at the same time. But ever since Levy came around. It's like he is some teenage hopeless romantic." I chuckled. Erza smirked.
"Maybe he's not so bad." She smiled,
"Yeah." I returned the smile snuck a glance at the romantic. He just could sit still!
"Anyway. We have to get going, you're the leader. Act like it." Erza demeanor changed completely.
"Yeah ma'am. Your team is in good hands." I reassured.
"I hope so." Erza gave me a good luck nod and walked over to the van Gajeel was in. I looked back at my team. We had a pretty good set of skills. Elfmen, pure brute strength, Evergreen complimented Elfmens fighting style, Gray worked with anything cold, Ex-Military, people say he climbed Mount Everest without a tent and extra blanket. From the folder I was given it says Juvia was qualified to be a Navy Seal if she was male. Supposedly it says she's could swim across an ocean or deal with any type of water situation. I wasn't really given a Folder on Cana, because Gajeel just kind of, suggested her into the group. So I don't know her skills, but Gajeel said it's compatible to mine. So I expect great things from her. I called my team over while the vans were pulling out.
"Okay guys. Levy getting home is pretty much our job entirely. Even if the rest of the job goes perfectly. If we don't get her. It's all over." I told them the brutal truth.
"Why was the job given to Juvia..?" Juvia asked timidly.
"Because you're worthy," I stated.
"But why not Natsu and Erza?" Evergreen asked.
"Because it's most likely that the most will happened around Jet. I doubt Jet would come alone, he knows Gajeel will over power him in a One on One."
"Oh..." Juvia looked down.
"Juvia put your chin up! If we didn't think you were worthy than you wouldn't be here right now! Okay!?" Gray shook her. Juvia looked up at me with hopeful eyes. I nodded at her,
"Juvia is happy you believe in her." Juvia sniffles. Gray pulled her into a hug.
"Alright! Let's start operation Lost Levy. Part. Recon."
°Gajeels POV°
My Walkie Talkie was the only one currently on. We only turned on one until we reached our destination. The walkie talkie made that fuzzy sounding noise.
Than everyone looked at the walkie talkie.
"Operation Double L, Recon team headed to destination." I heard Lilys voice through the staticky connection.
"Here." I handed it to Erza. I didn't know how to respond.
"Confirm when you reach your destination." Erza spoke seriously.
"Roger." Te walkie taklie went back to quiet.
"Why do you guys talk like we are in an action movie?" I asked, Erza looked at me,
"Cause it's fun!" Erza chuckled. I shook my head, these people are so weird....
Levy I'm sooooo close. I pinky swear. I'll never leave you, I won't let you go again.

Era Of The Kobold
Era of the Kobold Returning July Third! Hi there! Thought I forgot about this series, didn't you? In all seriousness, I am sorry for not posting in such a long time. I've been really busy with other things, mainly my education. However, once July hits and I get the time needed to write, I'll be continuing EotK where we left off. It'll be the regular one chapter a week at least, though I'll try to post more frequently for that month. Hopefully you all have been doing well! I'll see you in July. Synopsis: All he wanted was to spend his life gaming. Samuel was an absolute nerd when it came to video games, RPGs especially. He'd play them all day, rarely leaving his house, or even his room for that matter. His peaceful days were sadly ended before he even finished college, however. Despite his expectations, he finds himself reincarnated in a new world as a Kobold. He must now live a hard life as a weak creature that tends to die young and is seen as a monster. How will he manage in this new life and what will he do with it? The rate of publishing will slow down, as I focus on my education.

Rage: Crisis / Consequence / ???
Its been ten years since Seth was given his powers, ten years since his town was driven mad by that very same power, and ten years since its source was shunted into his head. A species of energy beings, a people filled with regret for what their entrance onto this world caused. Regret for the deaths that town perpetuated, the devastation they brought, the blow they served to the once proud heroes of this world. Heroes Seth now hopes to join, hopes to heal and atone to for what transpired. But their wounds run deep, their ire sharp, and their acceptance thin. And to top it all off... Seth's power is run far deeper than he knows, and sees his world in a light all its own. This series is my first foray into authoring, with two parts out of at best four if the readership stands. But part three will still book end nicely otherwise. And I'm not stopping till then. It is action heavy with varied and ramping up fight scenes through out. (Book 1 is heavy / Book 2 a little lighter) It is bloody in places, mildly gory in others, and heavily gory in simulated places. Nothing truly horrifying, I think, but be warned. It has trauma. PTSD is a major part of the story, but I will never trust that I got it completely right, so your mileage may vary on how believable or impactful it is. Lastly it has language. Swearing ebbs and flows as the story progresses and attitudes harden or soften. Sometimes bleeding through into the narration... somehow.
