"There is NO way I'M getting on top of both of you- Do you guys see how high up that is?!"

"Ennard! Would you stop being a turkey and give me your hand?"

"Yenndo, the proper term would be chicken- And I am not being a chicken!"

"Ennard! It's either the vent, or being dismantled by a crazy Egg-plant Man!"

Yenndo was currently balancing himself on Springtraps shoulders in order to reach the vent duct that was at the top of the wall, but they were still a few feet from reaching it- And Ennard didn't have heights in mind at the moment. Springtrap grunted under Yenndos weight. "Ugh, please, Ennard- You're the lighter one out of the three of us. Ah! And I'm not certain I can keep this up much longer..." The rabbit groaned. Ennard, who had his arms crossed, spared a worried glance to the animatronic and then up to Yenndo. He swallowed the lump that was caught in his throat and then hesitantly reached his hand forward towards Yenndo. Yenndo clasped hands with him and wasted no time in helping Ennard climb onto Springtraps shoulders, and then onto his own, basically dragging him. Ennard wobbled as he kept his balance. His wide blue eyes peered to the ground and then immediately went to the vent, trying his best to focus on prying the grill off of it instead of focusing on how far away the ground was. "Oh, man... Too high, too high..." His metal hands worked and pulled at the old Rusty vent cover until it finally broke loose. Ennard tossed it to the side and then clambered into the large vent shaft, turning to look down at Yenndo and Springtrap below. "Ok... Now what?"

Springtrap ushered to Yenndo. "Help Yenndo up, and then I'll try jumping to see if the two of you can reach my palm. Ennard nodded as he reaching to grab Yenndos hand. He pulled back and helped the endo scale the wall as he rolled into the vent. Yenndo gave a nod of approval. "Thanks." Ennard returned the act with a nod of his own. "Eh, don't mention it." He then peered down at Springtrap. "Alright, rabbit, let's see how high you can jump." Springtrap gave a small eye roll at the reference and then backed up a few yards. Ennard and Yenndo watched as the animatronic knelt for a moment and then made a hard dash towards the wall. The two readied to take the rabbit in hand, but then Springtrap skidded to a halt as he neared the wall. Ennard and Yenndo glanced at each other with confusion. "Springtrap, what's wrong?" Ennard questioned. The heaving rabbit glanced up at the two before he slowly shook his head. "I... I can't do it... It's too high of a jump for me to make in this condition..." He breathed. Ennard furrowed his brows. He glanced over to Yenndo. The endoskeleton peered down at Springtrap and then to Ennard, hoping he would know what to do. The look on Springtraps face didn't please the two of them. His facial expression read, 'Just leave me here, I'll find another way out.' But there was no other way out. William didn't even seem to know that there was a vent in the room, otherwise he wouldn't have thrown them all in there. The rabbit opened his mouth to say something, but Yenndo interrupted him. "Springtrap, we are not leaving you down there! We'll find a way to get you up here." Yenndo glanced to Ennard, and was surprised to see the masked endoskeleton maneuvering his way to the very front of the vent. Yenndo had the most puzzled look on his face when Ennard glanced back at him. "Yenndo, I have an idea. I'm taller than you, so I'll lean down to reach Springtrap, but I'll need you to grab hold of my ankles. Can you hold both of us and pull us back up?" He asked. Yenndo gave a frown at the 'I'm taller than you' bit. He sighed. "I suppose I'm strong enough to... Are you sure you can handle dangling from that height?" He asked with a quirked brow. Ennard stalled at that for a moment, before sighing. "If this is the only way to rescue General Woundwort down there, then yes."

"I heard that, Ennard..."

Yenndo gave Ennard a nod and then proceeded to grip his ankles as he lowered him out of the vent. Ennard could've stalled at the height he was looking at, but Springtraps silver eyes were his main focus. He stopped. "Yenndo?" He called. The endoskeleton gave a grunt. "Gah- Geez, Ennard! How much does an endoskeleton need to weigh? If I lower you anymore, I think I'm gonna drop you! Hurry up and grab ahold of Springtrap, please!" Yenndo strained. Without hesitation, Ennard reached down towards Springtrap. The rabbit reached upwards, but he was still out of reach. "Springtrap, you're gonna have to run and jump- I still can't reach you." Springtrap gave a worried frown. He sighed. "Ennard...I-" "Springtrap, we are not leaving you! C'mon, I know you can do it." Ennard ushered. The rabbit gazed up at him. Ennard could still see the doubt in his silver eyes. "Springtrap, if you can slam-punch that wolf into the ground, then I know you can do something as simple as this... You have to try." Ennard spoke, reaching his hand out once more. Above Ennard, Springtrap could see Yenndos golden eyes peering down at him. Underneath the strained facial expression, he could see the worry in the endos orbs- And he knew that the two were serious. They really didn't want to leave him behind. Springtrap gazed at the two for a moment before giving a sigh. He lowered his head and then slowly retreated into the dark. Ennard laid motionless for a minute before furrowing his brows in worry. "Springtrap...?" His voice was low, but he didn't get an answer back. Suddenly, the sound of metal repeatedly hitting concrete could be heard- And Ennard was barely fast enough to throw his hand out as Springtrap came sprinting towards him. The rabbit let out a strained growl as he launched himself off of the ground and them threw his hands towards Ennard, which the endo was quick enough to grasp onto. Yenndo grunted at the weight of the two before he reared backwards and hoisted them upwards and into the vent. The two clambered back, all three of them heaving. "Oh, man! You two are heavier than you look..." Yenndo groaned. Ennard laid himself against the side of the vent as they all caught their breath for a few moments. "Woah... Was not expecting you to make a leap like that... Ha... I guess that's why they call you SpringTrap..." Ennard mused. Springtrap gave a weak smile in return. "Well, not exactly, haha... But thank you, both of you..." He replied. Yenndo glanced backwards into the dark vent shaft that laid ahead. "Well, now that we're all in the same boat- Or, vent here... What do we do now? Where do you suppose this vent leads to, Springtrap?" The endo questioned. The rabbit lended his attention to the other male and then cleared his throat. "I'm not certain, but my guess would be that it leads through the rest of this establishment. We shouldn't be too surprised if we pass by Williams work room on our way- If the vent shaft doesn't end there, that is. I'm sure there's a small chance it might lead outside some way or another. If that's the case, then we'll escape there and return to Circus Baby and the others. Hopefully we'll run into Y/N on our way back to the pizzaria. I just hope she doesn't try rescuing us on her own..." Springtrap spoke. Ennard sighed at the mentioning of your name. It hurt him that you were dragged into all of this, and he definitely hoped you retreated like Yenndo had said, too. He wouldn't know what to do if William somehow got his crooked hands on you... "I agree. This vent has to lead somewhere. We'll find an exit and then sneak out. William won't even know we disappeared. We'll find our way back to the pizzaria and let the others know what's going on, and then we'll go from there." Ennard agreed.

Yenndo lead the trio as the three made their way through the large vent shaft. They had been crawling along as quietly as possible for the past hour, and they had no clue where they currently were. "Guys, I can't see any light ahead. What if this vent just cuts of at a tiny duct that we can't fit through?" Yenndo spoke. Springtrap hummed. "Now, now, Yenndo. Let's not speak any negative thoughts. We'll find an exit sooner or later. We just have to keep crawling for the time being." He gently replied. Yenndo sighed at that. He didn't really like being stuck crawling through a random vent, but it was way better than waiting for William to strip them of their parts... The endo glanced back to Ennard, who was in the middle of him and Springtrap. "How're you holding up back there, Ennard?" The said endo peered around Yenndos rump to grump at him. "Doing fine, Yenndo- Even though the view isn't the best..." Ennard said, quietly grumbling the last part. Yenndo didn't hear it, but a muffled laugh could be heard behind from Springtrap. The rabbit raised his voice to ask a question. "Did the two of you happen to see what William was working on? It must be very incomplete if he needs both of your and Yenndos parts." Ennard tilted his head to acknowledge the rabbits question. "Well... No, not exactly. He only mentioned needing me for parts, and Yenndo was 'spare parts' for his use. I can't imagine what he's working on, but without us, he won't be able to finish it." "Yeah. But, whatever it is, he seemed too determined to let it be put on hold. From what I'm guessing, his creation could be another animatronic. There's no doubt that he's gonna continue his wicked deeds- He said so himself." Yenndo interrupted. Springtrap furrowed his brows at the two's words. It was true- William was set on continuing what he liked the most. And Springtrap had already been used to do a good bit of the mans deeds... He couldn't watch it happen again...

A metal table was sat in a room. On it laid tools and blueprints scattered here and there. The boney hands of William Afton skimmed across the tables surface, placing more tools here and there for his further use. The man hummed as he studied each blueprint he had laid out. Across the room, a pair of electric blue eyes watched his every move.

Freddy.

The large brown bear silently watched as the man studied and continued his work. His ears twitched at the song that William was humming, one that the bear was painfully too familiar with. The Toreador March. Freddy's eyes closed as he tried drowning out the song. Hearing William hum it in that crooked voice of his- That same crooked voice that lured so many kids astray... It was eating at his wires... He couldn't stand it, but there was nothing he could do. William had told him to keep watch, and there was nothing he could do to oppose, but obey. Freddy let out a low, pained growl and then leaned away, desperate to place his attention on something- Anything other than the sound of William humming that song... William had heard the bears growl and tilted his head to look over at him, noticing the animatronics discomfort. He cracked a teasing grin and sat down the blueprint he currently held. The man turned on his heel and gazed at his guarding animatronic for a small moment. And then he slowly made his way over the the large brown bear that was looming at the door. The bears blue eyes turned to glare at the man as he made his approach, still humming the song. William came to a stop right in front of the animatronic and gave a gentle laugh. "Something seems to be bothering you, Freddy... Am I wrong? Hmhm~" William drawled. Freddy only looked away once more. That made William laugh. "Oh, I see... That little song of yours- You aren't fond of me singing it, are you?" Freddy looked at the man and growled. The bear loathed being so close to him, he couldn't stand it. But that was the command that was given. He had no choice but to obey. William spat. "Don't look at me like that! You may realize that you're being controlled, but the others don't. Their minds are already locked onto the Power Modules I've inserted into them. So fight the force all you want, Freddy... In due time, you too will be completely mind-wiped of everything you remember..." Freddy's eyes slowly widened at Williams words. "...Every memory you have of the Diner- Gone. All of those sweet reminisces of you being on stage next to the others, singing and entertaining sweet little children- Gone. Even the faint remembrance of you becoming a nightmare, just like Fredbear... Gone..." William growled. For a moment he had locked eyes with Freddy, but then a grin found it's way across his pale purple face, and his hand had raised to hover in front of Freddy's muzzle. The bear fought hard to pull away- Oh, how he wanted to lash out and maw the twisted man for doing what he's done to him and his friends... And to SpringBonnie... The poor rabbit...

But he couldn't. And William knew it.

Freddy made a defeated groan and then reluctantly lowered his head into the mans cold touch. Not that he wanted to. William ran his hand across Freddys muzzle with feign-affection and let out a low chuckle. "Hmhmhmmm~ Good boy... Now, go and check on our captives. Make sure Ennard's done what I need him to do..." William dragged his boney hand from Freddys muzzle and then turned to resume his work. Freddys blue gaze lingered on the man as he walked off and returned to his doings at the table. With a deep rumble of dismay, Freddy turned to leave.

'I have to obey...'

"And that was the last time I attempted cooking a cake that big. I tell ya, it took days to wash that chery fillin' out of my fur! And SpringBonnie- Haha! The poor guy had it all in his gears! I'd never seen him so upset!" Fredbear laughed. He was telling you a story of when he and Springtrap- SpringBonnie- Had attempted to make this huge cake for a Halloween party, but then the top layer had fell off of the base of the cake and landed on the two. The story was hilarious, and the way you imagined it made it even better. You wiped joyous tears from your eyes. "Goodness! That's quite a story, Fredbear. It's good that the two of you got cleaned up after." "Oh, yes ma'am, absolutely- I'm pretty sure we were both smelling like birthday cake for a few weeks after that though... Ha, but the kids didn't seem to mind it." He finished.

The two of you had decided to take a small break. Fredbear had found a log to sit on while you had sat beside him on it. He told you a few stories about when he was on stage. They were all so nice, and by the way he told them, he was definitely still the same animatronic now that he was then. It pained you that the accident with Williams child had happened... It put him out of commission, him and SpringBonnie. And he knew it wasn't his fault. Fredbears ruby gaze stared blankly at the dirt beneath the two of you, and that was when his smile slowly faded. You could tell that there was a genuine longing in those red orbs. Possibly a longing to be back on stage, given that he was just telling you about his 'diner-days'. You reached your hand out to tap a finger on his, causing him to perk up and then glance down at you. You registered a small smile at his attention. "I'm guessing you must really miss being on stage, don't you?" You gently asked. Fredbear just gave a weak smile at that and then nodded. "...I do... I miss entertaining the customers that came into the diner... And I miss the others... I miss SpringBonnie..." The bears gentle tone pulled at your heartstrings. You could tell that he was aching to be with his friends again. But most of all, to be with his long lost stage partner once more, and you couldn't imagine how lonely he'd been all of those years without him- Even with Freddy and the others around... You raised a hand up towards Fredbear's muzzle. His eyes widened a bit until he realized what you were doing. He leaned his head down towards you, and allowed you to run your hand over the top of his muzzle. You couldn't help but smile as the bear made a strange whirring sound and then closed his eyes, grinning ear to ear. He was soft. And he was enjoying your affection- Which was something he was more than probably used to, being a former animatronic mascot and what not. "We're gonna get them back, Fredbear. All of them. Even SpringBonnie. You'll see him again... Don't worry..." You assured. Fredbear opened his eyes and then gave a small smile. "Thank you, Miss Y/N..." He replied. You laughed at his mannerisms and then let your hand fall from his muzzle. "You can just call me Y/N, silly. No need for the 'Miss', but I appreciate your manners. And... I was wondering... Where did these clothes come from? They're a perfect fit for me- And I know you didn't just pull them out of a magic hat." You laughed. The 'magic hat' bit was a reference to Fredbear not having his hat, but you doubted it was magic. Fredbear guffawed and them patted his head. "If only, haha! But, those clothes belong to a young lady named Charlie Emily. Her father is the owner of the house you stumbled into. But Charlie's been gone for a while- At college. I believe she was studying for a mechanical degree of some kind? I can't quite remember..." He answered. The bear glanced down at you and noticed the wide-eyed expression of confusion your face currently held. "Oh, uh... Charlie... She's the daughter of Henry Emily- T-the gentleman I was telling you about earlier? He was the owner of the Diner years ago, like I'd mentioned... I uh... I haven't seen him for a long time... He and William designed SpringBonnie and my springlock mechanisms." He explained. You noticed the bears voice had trailed off after he said Williams name. His brows furrowed as he glanced away. "Well..." Fredbear stood to his feet, which you had to catch your balance as the log you two were sitting on rolled some. Fredbear turned to look at you. "I reckon it's time to get rollin'. Williams plans don't stay on paper very long." Fredbear ducked to allow you onto his shoulders once more, which you took gladly. You held onto the bears ears as he pulled his front half upwards and then turned to continue along the trail.

From the looks of scenery, it didn't seem to be much longer until the two of you reached the junkyard.

Freddy stood motionless in the doorway of the storage room. His electric blue gaze peered into the darkness that laid beyond the simple light that hung from the ceiling. He was stunned.

'They're gone...'

Freddy fully stepped into the room and slowly stalked around, taking so many double-takes that his head began to hurt.

'They're gone... All three of them... Gone...'

The large bear starred back at the door. There was no way they had opened the bolt-lock- There's no way to open it unless someone from the outside does.

'Wait...'

Freddy paused and thought.

'That girl... Did she come back and let them out...? ...No... I would've smelled her at the door... Then how did-'

Freddy's thoughts fell silent. His nose had caught onto a scent. And it was... Familiar... His black nose took a deep inhale and the bear went still. The smell of metal was strong, and he instantly knew that the scent was from Yenndo and Ennard- The two that William needed. But another smell lingered, one that was making him stall...

'...SpringBonnie...'
