《Ennard X Reader: Tubes and Wires》The Plan

You led the way as Yenndo and Springtrap, once again, struggled to move Ennard to your room. The three of you had made it into Ballora's Gallery by using a few hidden doors instead of using the vents. That was when you stopped them from going any further. Yenndo grunted with strain and exhaustion at your lack of movement. "Y/N, what's the holdup?" The endoskeleton asked through gritted teeth as he struggled to keep Ennard's lower half off the ground. You immediately shushed him, causing him and Springtrap to raise an eyebrow questioningly. "Guys, we can't take him to my room. Ballora will be in her gallery." Springtrap huffed with frustration at your words. He was also struggling to hold Ennard's limp body off the ground. "Y/N, sweetheart, have you any clue how heavy your friend is?" The rabbit groaned tiredly. You then turned and began heading back the way you came. "Ballora will freak out if she sees you, Springtrap, and she's very hygienic. Not to be rude, but you're not the cleanest animatronic. We need to take Ennard to Circus Control instead." You explained. Springtrap and Yenndo exchanged an exhausted glance and then continued to follow you to Circus Control.
You sped walked into the familiar room with a happy smile on your face. You hadn't even noticed that you were a few yards ahead of Springtrap and Yenndo. Your eyes skimmed the room until they landed on a way too familiar female clown. It was Baby. She was currently resetting the vent systems when she was suddenly pulled into a hug by something slightly shorter than her, the suddeness of it causing her to gasp with shock. She looked down and was relieved to see you hugging her side. "...Y/N, w...what are you doing here- Why aren't you with..." Baby had fell silent as she looked up and saw Yenndo walk through the door, as well as another animatronic. She almost screeched with alarm as she saw the two set Ennard's body down beside the entrance door. Baby gently pushed you behind herself and glared at Yenndo. "What are you doing?! Ennard could wake up at any moment, and you brought him here, as well as Y/N! Are you trying to get her killed?" Baby cried. Yenndo opened his mouth to explain, but he just fell to his knees, heaving from exhaustion. Baby ignored the tired endoskeleton and then looked at Springtrap, her glare making the rabbit stiffen with discomfort. Before the angry clown could walk over to Springtrap, you grabbed her hand and held her back. "Baby, wait! He's not a danger to us-" "They've brought Ennard here! He could wake at any moment, and when he does, he'll crave nothing but destruction!" The female clown replied. She turned to walk towards Springtrap once more, but you pulled her back again. "Baby, they took the module out of him!" You said.
Baby paused for a moment and then looked back down at you with a confused expression. "...How?" That was when Springtrap gathered the courage to speak up. "W-well, you see, I just simply...chipped the Power Module from his chest frame where it was attached..." He stuttered. Baby glanced at Springtrap with an uneasy expression. "Who are you?" She asked. "My name's Springtrap. Listen, I'm just here to help all of you..." You could tell that the female clown didn't really approve of Springtrap's presence. Her eyes were half way squinted, as if she was denying the rabbits words. "Baby, he really did remove the module. I was there when he did it, Yenndo helped him." You said. Baby was silent for a moment, then she gave a low sigh and loosened her angry expression. She didn't want to believe Springtrap's words, or not until you had said something. She glanced at you with an assuring smile and then returned her attention to the mechanical rabbit. "...Alright... I apologise for my negative attitude, Springtrap. There's just been so much going on lately..." Springtrap nodded in understanding and walked up to Baby, offering to shake her hand. She hesitantly did so and then introduced herself as you walked out from behind her and over to Yenndo. The endoskeleton was tiredly sitting against the wall. His eyes were closed until he had heard your soft footsteps approach. "Are you ok, Yenndo?" You softly asked. The endoskeleton gave an exhausted nod as a reply. You then bent down and gave him a hug. "Thanks for helping Springtrap with getting that module out of Ennard, and for carrying him here." You quietly said. Yenndo smiled once more and hugged you back. "Aww, c'mon, you know I'd help you with anything!" He replied.

You then looked towards Baby and Springtrap, checking to see how everything was going. A proud smile crossed your face as you saw a relaxed expression on Baby. She didn't seem so uneasy anymore and was actually listening to what Springtrap had to say. You walked up to them to listen to their conversation, which they didn't seem to mind. "William came for the power modules that he had put in the Funtimes. Before he left, he mentioned something about a machine that required more than two power modules to power it. He left with one module that worked, but the other one was broken." Baby informed. You guessed that they were talking about William and why he had made his unpleasant visit. "Ah, yes. That's why I also came here, not to cause you all harm, but to help you. You see, William wore my suit for many years, and used it to do unspeakable deeds, but I was never able to take him on my own. William has always been a clever man when it came to his creations, hence why all of you look as hi-tech and as fascinating as you do. But some of his inventions are horrid and pure evil, thanks to the applied power of a simple module such as the one I removed from Ennard. I hate to say this, but I fear William is planning something horrible for the fate of the city that rests above your establishment, Circus Baby." Springtrap warned. Baby was a little surprised to hear this. She remembers the ownership that William had over her and her friends, but she faintly remembers the city that used to marvel under their stage lights that used to shine every night. And she missed them. "What do you suppose he's working on?" Baby asked. "I believe some type of hybrid. The last I saw of it, the thing was hideous! He needed four modules to power it, due to it being a combination of four other animatronics. William was wrong when he said he needed three, unless he was just trying to confuse you all to gain more time to make the other modules. But either way, he still lacks two power modules for it." Springtrap explained. You were flabbergasted by all of this news. William was planning to destroy the city? There was a horrid, hybrid thingy being built by the guy who wants to destroy the city? AND NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT?!
"Um, can someone please tell me why no one is doing anything about this?" You abruptly interrupted, sounding more annoyed than panicked. Springtrap and Baby looked at you blankly. Springtrap then spoke up. "Right, straight to the point then. While Yenndo and I were removing the power module from Ennard, I noticed something fascinating about him; his endoskeleton is different from that of a normal animatronic." Springtrap said. You glanced over at Ennard's sleeping form and then back at Springtrap, your face covered with confusion. Baby's expression wasn't much different than yours. "What's your point?" She questioned. "The only way a hybrid can be destroyed... Is by another hybrid." Springtrap explained. An unpleasant expression formed on your face. "Wait, so you're saying that we should just throw Ennard into the death ring with this hybrid that William is creating? The poor guy just had a power module removed from him, not to mention the fact that you had to hit him in the face with a crowbar to knock him out long enough to even remove the module!" You scoffed with disbelief. Springtrap frowned at your downing words. Before you could say more, Baby shushed you. "Y/N, this is the only way to bring down William. If we don't do this, then the whole city will be destroyed, countless lives will be lost, young and elderly..." Baby explained with a calm expression. You hesitated to accept her words, but you had to. A heavy sigh passed your lips as you nodded in understanding. Springtrap smiled with hope at your enthusiasm. "Y/N, my dear, I'm not putting Ennard up against William's creation alone, I'm going to be with him. I'll be honored to have my revenge on that twisted man anyways." Springtrap assured. You looked at the rabbit and then gave a thankful smile.

Yenndo was halfway asleep against the wall. He was daydreaming of himself running through a beautiful forest. Suddenly, in his dream, a small bush got caught between his feet, causing him to stumble and fall, he swore it had said his name. That was when he woke up. The endoskeleton glanced over to you, Baby and Springtrap. The three of you had walked into Circus Gallery to examine the large hole that had appeared before William had made his unwanted visit. Yenndo shrugged and then drifted back to sleep, soon falling back into a dream. This time, he was dreaming about being up in the clouds. He floated through the fluffy, white sky, soon coming in contact with a strange looking being. It was a small fairy. Yenndo stared at the tiny person with confusion as it began to call his name and fly around him. It giggled and then pulled a wand out from behind its back, the object seeming too large for the tiny, mythical creature to hold. But it did, and when it did, it rudely brought the wand down on top of Yenndo's head, causing him to flinch in his sleep and then wake up. The endoskeleton glanced around and then rubbed his head as if he had been hit there in real life. "Geez...what a weird dream..."
"Yenndo!"
Yenndo flinched with shock as he heard someone quietly shout his name. He frantically looked around the room. "Oh, no! It's that little fairy!" Yenndo quietly sobbed. That was when someone tapped his arm. Yenndo turned and was relieved to see Ennard sitting beside him. The robotic clown was staring at the endoskeleton with pure confusion. "Oh, sweet relief, it's just you, Ennard. How are you feeling?" Yenndo politely asked with a smile. Ennard was still confused. "What fair- Ugh, nevermind that! Where's Y/N, and who is that rabbit? And what's he doing here?" Ennard asked. Yenndo glanced into the Circus Gallery room. The three of you were still busy talking. "She's in Circus Gallery with Baby, and the rabbit's name is Springtrap. He's here to help us." Yenndo replied. Ennard sqinted his eyes with disapproval. "Help us? We don't need any help. William's gone." He said. Yenndo rolled his eyes and then looked back at Ennard. "You do know that he was the one who removed the power module from you, right? If you weren't too triggered to notice." Yenndo said, mumbling the last part. This must be what Springtrap was talking about; the alarmed state. "And how do you know about Springtrap anyway, you were knocked out?" Yenndo questioned with a suspicious look. Ennard smiled sneakily, somewhat like the Grinch would do if he was placed in Santa's toy factory.
"Oh, I was awake longer than what you think." Ennard slyly purred. Yenndo rolled his eyes and sighed with annoyance, soon realising something. "And what'd you do with your mask?" The endoskeleton asked. Ennard fell silent and then felt his face. "...Huh... Well, I must've dropped it. That's a shame. I guess I'll have to walk around nuuuude~" Ennard cackled. Yenndo scoffed with disbelief. "Oh, get a grip, Ennard! Geez..." He then stood up, causing Ennard to slide sideways and fall onto the floor, for he was leaning on the endoskeleton. Yenndo rolled his eyes and then walked into Circus Control. You turned to look at him, soon noticing that Ennard was now awake. Before you could run out to see him, Yenndo had stopped you from doing so. You could see agitation in the endoskeleton's golden eyes. "Y/N, you really don't want to go out there right now, trust me..." He grumbled. You raised an eyebrow and then looked past him at Ennard. You soon realised what he meant. Ennard was laying on the floor, his half eyed gaze was focused on a little crack in the tiling, watching intently to see if it would move.
"Umm... Is he ok?" You asked. Yenndo lazily shrugged before leaning against the wall and yawning. "I honestly have no clue what's gotten into him..." He replied. The endoskeleton's voice caught the attention of Baby and Springtrap, causing them to look his way. That was when they saw Ennard, only this time, he was having a staring contest with one of the celebrate posters that hung on the wall. Springtrap didn't think anything of it, or not until Baby had said something. "I-is he suppose to be acting like that?" She worridly questioned. Springtrap was taken back by Baby's words. He looked at her with a raised brow. "You're saying that this isn't how he acts?" Baby shook her head, which made Springtrap rub his temple. "Hmm... The module must've over rode his system... How does he normally act?" You scoffed and then spoke up. "Not like that! He's usually a mellow guy; he's calm, serious, and definitely not that goofy." You informed. Springtrap sighed once more and then stepped out of the control module, you, Baby and Yenndo following him. Ennard broke his concentration on the poster and then noticed the tall rabbit approaching him. Ennard grumbled and then sprang to his feet, nearly coming chest to chest with the rabbit. Springtrap slightly widened his eyes with surprise at the endoskeleton's aggressive gesture. The two locked eyes for a moment, then Springtrap cautiously took a step back and spoke up. "No need to be aggressive, Ennard. I'm of no harm to you nor your friends." The rabbit calmly assured.
Baby had ushered you and Yenndo back into Circus Gallery with her, causing the two of you to question her actions. "I think they need to talk in private for a moment." Baby explained as she closed the door behind herself. You averted your attention from her and looked through the glass at Ennard and Springtrap. You couldn't hear them, but you could surely see them. And Ennard was not happy. "Baby, what if they end up fighting?" You nervously asked. Before Baby could say anything, Yenndo spoke, and Baby was glad that he did because she didn't have a correct answer. "Ennard won't attack unless Springtrap does. This must be Ennard in his alarmed state." The endoskeleton explained. You gave a little nod and then returned your attention to the two in Circus Control. Springtrap had been studying Ennard's appearance while talking to him, about what, was unknown. But it seemed to have calmed him down enough to where Springtrap could reach under and press something underneath Ennard's collar frame. The rabbit then looked at the glass window and ushered for the three of you to come out, which you did gladly.
Ennard saw you and instantly lit up with joy. He happily walked over to you and pulled you into a hug as if the two of you had been separated for an eternity. You were puzzled at his sudden demeanor change; he now acted as if he was back to normal. "You're...ok now?" You asked. Ennard released you from the hug and glanced down at you, a confused look on his face. "Well, yeah? The module's out of me, isn't it?" Ennard replied, doing a double check on his chest. You giggled and then stopped him from feeling his chest. "No, not that, silly! You were acting different a minute ago, like you were acting a lot goofyier than usual." You chuckled. Ennard was confused about your words. He didn't remember acting goofy or anything, he just remembers waking up in front of Springtrap, while somehow knowing the rabbit's name.
Yenndo and Baby were confused about Ennard's sudden demeanor change as well. That was when Springtrap spoke up. "There's no need to worry, everyone. I only reset Ennard's system- and don't fret, it didn't corrupt his memory... Well... It erased most of his 'alarmed states' memory. I've forgotten that hybrids have a reset button somewhere in their endoskeletons." The rabbit explained. Yenndo gladly took a mental note at the rabbit's knowledgeable words, for he was always eager to learn more about mechanics and could possibly use that new knowledge in the future.
"Alright, now we need to discuss more important matters," Springtrap began, gaining every ones attention. "Like I said before, William is planning to bring chaos to the city that rests above this place. We'll need a plan to stop him. Any ideas?" The rabbit asked. You immediately spoke up. "Can't we just alert the cops about this?" Everyone looked at you with blank expressions. Springtrap gave a small smile at your effort to help, but he couldn't except it. "That seems like the right thing to do, but it wouldn't work. If the police saw us animatronics walking around, they'd believe we are the threat, even if told otherwise. And William has been on file to had died many years ago. This small city feared him and his creations, so his death was celebrated, if anything. Claiming that he is still alive would be a free ticket to the crazy house." Springtrap said. You were more amazed than disappointed. Your idea wasn't the best, but you were puzzled that William was supposed to be dead. Yenndo then implied his idea. "What if we lured him back here and took him on?" Baby, you, and Ennard glared at the endoskeleton. "Yenndo, that's crazy-" "Yeah, I only saw that psycho once, and I never want to see him again!" "And I don't want to be shot with another power module- my chest is still aching from when it was removed!" The three of you cried. Yenndo just shrugged innocently.
"Everyone, these are just ideas, there's no need to be rude to one another, please." Springtrap calmly said, regaining everyones attention. The rabbit sighed and continued speaking. "I have a plan that might work. I was just seeing if any of you had ideas that you'd like to share beforehand." With everyone silent, Springtrap cleared his throat and continued with his speech. "The large hole in the Circus Gallery's ceiling is the way William snuck in. In his past times, he would use it as a secret entrance to spy on his employees that worked here, but he boarded it up soon after. Now, he has used it once more, but I wouldn't recommend doing the same. It could be dangerous. I am sure all of you are aware of the large elevater located at the front of this establishment?" The rabbit informed. Baby gave a disappointed expression. "Well, yes. But it's broken. It's the way Y/N got here, but it hasn't worked since then." Baby said. Springtrap frowned and then looked around at the four standing in front of him, soon resting his gaze on Yenndo. The endoskeleton blinked questioningly. "Yenndo, you know quite a bit about tinkering with broken things, right?" The rabbit stated. Yenndo smiled nervously and shrugged. "W-well, a little. I'm not as great as Lolbit is, though..." He stuttered. Springtrap gave a nod of approval. "That'll be perfect. Now, I need you to retrieve Lolbit. Tell him the two of you are needed, but don't mention what is going on. I will do the explaining. We don't need to panic the others." Springtrap explained. Yenndo saluted as if he was in the army and then turned to retrieve Lolbit from the breaker room. Springtrap then returned his attention to you, Baby, and Ennard. "If Yenndo and Lolbit can fix the elevator, then we'll be able to push this plan into action."
