An 11 year old girl with blonde hair, black shirt underneath her lavender colored skirt wearing a raincoat chasing a paper boat. This girl's name is Lily loud, the youngest Loud child of the Loud House. She remembers her older brother and she misses him.
She was chasing her paper boat, made by her older sister, Lisa Loud. She was STILL chasing her boat but she loses it because the boat drops into a sewer.
Lily: NOOOOOO!!!!
Pennywise/ Lincoln: Boo
Lily: GAH!
Lily Who are you?
Pennywise/ Lincoln: Me Pennywise The Dancing Clown!
Lily: I'm Lily Loud
Pennywise bites Lilly's arm as soon as Lily said Loud
