Brynns pov

I woke up and went downstairs to help my mom with breakfast Avani came too. Today was Payton's birthday as a surprise my mom decided to rent a super nice boat. We're also going snorkeling. I was so excited we started the day off by making everyone breakfast. Avani set the table while we cooked. After we were done we woke everyone up except payton. It was my idea to wake him up by singing to him. So we all snuck into his room and started singing happy birthday. He jumped up, "woah you guys scared me!" He said out of breath.

"Happy birthday baby bro!" I said while Maia and me jumped on him. "You're finally 17 so grown up." I said fake crying.

"Okay everyone downstairs for breakfast." My mom said. We all made our way down stairs I sat beside Jaden and Riley. For some reason payton and Riley didn't sit together. After breakfast we went into the living room to give payton a couple gifts and tell him his surprise. Jaden gave him his gifts first he got him clothes and all of us tickets to flog gnaw in August. My gift was a mcm backpack which I didn't bring with me. I told him I didn't want to ruin his gift by packing it so I got it shipped to our house for when he gets back to North Carolina. "Okay payton I know how you've been wanting to go out on a boat. So I rented one and were also going snorkeling." My mom said smiling. Payton jumped up in excitement.

"Thanks mom" he said giving her a big hug.

"We're also going cliff jumping." She said. I was nervous but I wasn't going to be a chicken so I decided I would jump. First we all went to get ready. Avani was getting a shower in our room so I snuck into the shower with jaden. Nobody caught us which was good. I knew I was going to be posting a lot today because we were doing fun stuff and it was Payton's birthday. First I posted a picture on snap.

Josh slid up on it I was scared to open the snap but I eventually did.

please stop Jaden is one of you're best friends and we're together I love him and I don't want there to be drama

ok I am sorry brynn but it's hard I thought we had something in the begging. you knew a lot of us liked you and you were giving signs you might like me back. we were texting before tour and we always flirted so it's hard to just see you completely In love with one of my friends. I liked you first I am not giving up on their being an us, but I will give you and Jaden your space but you're beautiful brynn

Brynn: thank you josh I am sorry but Jaden and me are very happy

Some other people slid up like Mattia he just started getting big on tiktok. We are becoming good friends but he always tells me I'm his tiktok crush. I know he's joking around when he says stuff like that because he knows I'm 18 and Jaden is one of his friends.

I started to pick out pictures for Payton's post after I was done getting ready. Jaden was in Anthony's room talking to him. I started to think about payton and all his girl drama. So I went to his room and knocked. "Come in." He said. I walked in and he was in the bathroom getting ready.

"Hey payt I wanted to talk to you." I said holding my hands together nervously.

"Yeah sure what's up?" He asked we both walked over to the bed to sit down.

"How are you and Riley?" I asked.

"Honestly not that good we haven't really been talking much. I think we're going to brake up soon , but I am not ending anything while we are on vacation. I want to have a good time. But I'll admit seeing Avani with Anthony hurts. It makes me realize how much I lost and I know I still love her. I would do anything to get her back. But I know her and Anthony are happy and I don't want to ruin that. I also love riley she is one of my best friends. I don't want to hurt her but I feel like we were better as friends." He said taking a deep breath after telling me all that.

"I understand payt I always wondered why you ended things with Avani. I know you loved her and she loved you. I just think you were scared and I think you're doing the right thing by leaving her and Anthony's relationship alone. You don't need to confuse her even more. It would also hurt riley if you broke up with her and right away confessed your feeling to Avani. That being said I still think you should soon end things with Riley but not while we're on vacation." I said.

"Okay thanks brynn you're right Avani and Riley don't need this I think I just need to take a break from girls after this." He said. I gave him a hug then went to see if Avani was ready. I grabbed all my stuff I needed for the day and met up with Jaden and Anthony in his room. We all stayed in there for a little talking about how tours going to be when we go back and all the drama going on. I got a text from my mom saying we were leaving. We all headed down to the van to go to the boat place.
