look, ur my best friend and i love u to death, obviously. but sometimes being a best friend means telling someone what they're doing wrong.. i know u probably don't want to hear this bs since i'm sure everyone has pmed u about how they had to be a good friend to john. i know this isn't about john (or at least why your rejecting him) i know that it's bc ur scared of getting ur heart broken and i understand that. i know how it feels when ur scared of someone leaving u, so much so that u block them out. ig that's why we've been so distant these past months.. u found annie and i was left behind. don't feel guilty bc i know u love me, whether u want to admit that rn or not. i know how it feels to be scared to trust. if u truly don't want to be with him please don't lead him on like that.

But as they abandoned their humanity at times, they quickly regained it. It was not that they became human again. They always were. So what happened when the monster devoid of humanity appeared? Well, the “heroes” sought to slay it at all costs either way, lest it would be the end of their stories. A portal/isekai fantasy that I wanted to deconstruct some elements within. Expect a whole ton of references and dialogue because I’ll deliberately write it more like a light novel. The last thing to consider is that Japanese names in my novel will come with kanji/hiragana characters within parentheses. The same goes for any other derived from non-Latin writing systems.
