"you're drunk," wendy pushes him off rather harshly, feeling dizziness scuttling within her because of the smell of alcohol and of mostly people that were prancing and dancing around. she hated every sight her attention turns into. if it wasn't the dancing bodies that were grinding on each other, it was the sight of people that were eating each other's faces.
baekhyun interlocks his fingers with her and as much as she hated it and is trying to pull her hand away, she couldn't. she couldn't find an escape when his eyes were only hers and nothing, no one else. she looks away instead, only to feel a sly nudge on her shoulder. she turns to her side to see him handing her a small glass filled with, what seems to be alcohol.
"no, i don't drink," she refused no matter how loud people around them were cheering for her to take a shot.
"do as i say," baekhyun whispers, his lips brushing unto her ear as pulls her by her waist, closer to him.
as for her, if it wasn't because of her sister, she'd be more than willing to give her life up and rather be shot dead than feel so looked down by everyone now. but she kept on pushing herself furthermore than after all of this, she'd be able to see yerim again. and it would finally be the two of them, together, again.
she didn't know what had gotten through her as she grabs the glass and took a shot. but as soon as she consumes the alcohol that felt as if contusing her lungs, her vision became all blurry and everything seems to circle around her. the noises that surrounds her was deafening and laughter echoed. she felt as if falling in deep as she massages her temples and squeeze her eyes shut.

"i- help..." she heaves out one last breath before darkness fully consumes her.
everything feels so heavy. she couldn't breath properly, her eyes felt like closing once more and is persuading her to drift off once more. she felt as if in danger for some reason, she could smell trouble approaching her. she throws her head back, eyebrows furrowing and lips parting as she tightly clenches her fist.
"you're awake?" she looks over to her side, unable to see the person clearly but his voice was familiar. realizing who he was made her furious on the situation she had put herself over even more. she couldn't have drank it, she should have fought him over it. "you drank so much."
she remembered drinking one, only one. but she wouldn't feel this sick if something else hadn't happened or planned. she isn't dumb, she could presume what had happened, but she wasn't sure of it. she wanted to fight and get out of wherever they are, but she doesn't have enough power to do it.
she felt something warm on her thigh and as soon as reality hauls her back, she tried to push his hand away but she was too weak, too weak to fight. she felt as if crumbling into pieces and once more not being worthy of existing in this damn world. she wanted to scream, but nothing came out of her mouth.
"s-st-stop," she stuttered, holding on to a handle. her eyes opened a bit and as soon as she sees streaks of lights and down is the car handle, she felt relieved somehow. she'd rather jump and die, than having herself ruined by this jerk.
"am i obliged to do that?" he chuckles and pulls her back down.
she throws her head back, take one last breath and finally pulled the car handle. she groans in pain, feeling her back hit the road harder than she ever expected. she crumples like a paper, crying in pain as she squeezes her eyes shut, hearing the screeching of wheels and someone shouting. every inch of her body is in pain, and she could only scream. she couldn't ponder on thoughts properly, she couldn't hold on to herself.

she no longer felt like having the chance to get up and fight once again. she felt bad, she was angered of herself, because she might never wake up and come back to yeri like she had always promised her.
but before darkness could fully consume her, she could hear someone's heaving breathing, the loud sirens surrounding the place, and a deep, raspy voice that consoled her quietly;
"everything's going to be okay. hold on, seungwan."

Rise of the First Necromancer
Asrael Nessarat awakes on a sandy dune with a mouthful of sand and nothing but tattered rags in his posession. As the High Magus of the school of Necromancy, he once aspired to prove to the Emperor that magic still held a place in their society. But that day came, passed and inevitably accelerated his kind's downfall. Now; they are hunted, strung up and burned on pyres throughout the Empire by the Emperor's holy Inquisition- an efficient and ruthless army hell-bent on bleeding every last droplet of magic from the lands. With nothing but a mouthful of sand and tattered rags; Asrael is determined to seek the one thing his cold, still heart desires. Vengeance. This story can, at times, get very dark. It is not recommended for the faint of heart. This is not a story of an overtly powerful wizard who can pulverize his enemies from across the world, nor is it in any way, shape or form a joyous tale. We follow Asrael as he and his companions explore and seek to change an unjust world, where kindness and acceptance are exceptions, rather than the rule. If you are looking for a story to inspire hope or joy, this is not it. If you wish to read about likeable, heroic people, turn around. If you wish to see good battle evil, where the cut in between is clear, then this is not for you.

Mushoku Tensei: That one forgotten Mob
Life is filled with the unexpected. Today is another normal day in life, as I passed the time with my friends to bully the cursed superd child feared in the village to show our might to her. A water ball suddenly hit us. The kid from the knight's office was unleashing his spell to attack us, the bully. Never would I expect that simple water ball to create a trigger for memories to fill my brain. I was 5 at that time, and the memories were jumbled. I don't know whether it’s mine or another's. I just know that this is not a memory of a single person. And, from that memory, I know that I’m actually a mob... I’m one of Sylphiette’s bullies. You won’t know me since I am not named in any of the works, whether they were manga, novels, or even anime. Heck, I only say one word and I'm dead in the next part. an actual mob, where I don’t even appear in either the opening or the ending of the anime. The thing happened so suddenly. I don’t know whether I am reincarnated, transmigrated, or just receiving some memories from someone in the real world. The deadline is 5 years from now, the day the Metastasis incident happened. Can I be another prodigy in the Mushoku Tensei world, or will I still be another slightly better mob? Disclaimer! *I’m not a native, so please do tell me if you find any grammar mistakes or better word choices. *!!! A lone immortal is chased from heaven when heaven's court changes hands. Evading his enemies, he flees into one of the few places even gods will never enter, a rip in the fabric of space and time. with his body destroyed, his soul persists through the whole endeavor only to be reborn as..... something a little different.... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi everyone! As a first time writer, I'd love some constructive criticism as well as general comments about my work as a whole. This story is something I've been kind of thinking about for the better part of a few months and I actually got anxious enough to attempt to put it in writing. Releases may be sporadic as I'm currently in school, and chapter lengths will vary depending on how much I feel i need to write to get my point across. The tags are temporary and may change. I plan on using a cultivation/mana system as this will be somewhat of a crossover

The Fate of The Summoned (being ReWritten)
The Fate of The Summoned In the world of Aethion things are vastly different than on Earth. There is Magic and Monsters, as well as Demons and Dragons. Throughout the history of the world there have been many wars, both between all the various nations and kingdoms and between those nations and kingdoms and the Demonic forces lead by a Demon King or Lord. There are times that the Demons gain so much more power than the other nations, or that the others are embroiled in a war against each other and the lone nation is targeted by the demons. It was during these occasions that the various Gods and Goddesses started giving two things to the races. The First of these things were the Blessings, magical blessings given to the worth for chosen things. The Second of these things were the Summoning rituals, magic rituals that could summon beings from somewhere else, that would be Chosen, by the gods. These beings have almost always come from our world, Earth. It has been centuries since this practice began and the countries of the world have almost always flourished for a time after a Chosen or group of them were Summoned. All of the countries treat the Summoned well, almost like kings or princes in their own right. Well, not all countries, there are some that have treated them almost like slaves, though those countries don’t usually last long. There is one though, that has lasted, for a long time due to their connection to their Patron Deity, the Goddess of Light. They only accept certain types of Summoned and they dote on certain members of the country more than others. Several years ago they performed a summoning, as they were being plagued by overflow from the dungeons. Now they, like the other countries of Aethion, have performed the ritual to fight against the current Demon King, who is said to possess a Blessing. This is a story about Fate, and those that fight against it and those who accept it. In this story the main character(s) do not fight their fate, like those in my other story, rather they embrace it and let it shape them, though that does not mean they are total slaves to it. While there will be similarities to most other Hero sumoning novels, i hope the Mcs abilities and such will make it unique.
