CHAPTER 8

"This is weird..." "It feels like wicked is messing with our heads again." Thomas voiced his thoughts.

"Yeah it is" Minho agreed. "It's kinda like when people went through the changing or what I imagine it would be like."

"Yeah that's what you looked like, like you were going through the changing." Thomas explained.

"But they took the chip out right?!" Minho half-screamed terrified at the thought of wicked controlling them again.

"I'm pretty sure they did,..."

"PRETTY SURE?! WE NEED TO BE POSITIVE BEING PRETTY SURE GOT US NO WHERE IN THE TRAILS SO IT WONT GET US NO WHERE HERE!" Minho ranted at Thomas.

"Okay! Okay! Let's go find Brenda, she was there."

Okay, okay, yeah that's a good idea... No no it's a great idea.. No.."

Thomas interrupted his mumbling "yeah okay let's go."

"Okay...shank" Minho answered.

Thomas smiled a little happy that Minho was going back to his annoying self centered self.

They set off walking, Minho talking to himself and Thomas just looking around.

Everything was green and beautiful, the water fall was made of crystal clear water and was absolutely gorgeous. Minho suddenly said to Thomas "hey sorry for acting like a jerk this past year." "Finding out about Newt really messed me up and I guess I just didn't know how to cope with it, really sorry bro"

"It's fine I guess you know I had a hard time coping too but it must've been harder for you because...well...you know." Thomas responded not wanting to mention the fact that he killed newt and risk setting Minho off again.

"Yeah just because I said sorry doesn't mean that you aren't a shuck face anymore. Your still the SHUCKIEST shucked-faced shuck there ever was." Minho stopped being nice and went back to being himself wanting to keep up the tough guy act.

"Okay Minho okay." Thomas said laughing.

Minho started laughing too and soon they couldn't stop laughing. They had to pause and take a breathing break because they lost all their air laughing.
