Toni's P.O.V.

Never in my many years of being with Jandro did I ever think we'd unite over something.

Today we emerge from court after throwing a girl who risked his freedom behind bars.

I headed for my car, and just as I was to unlock it, he caught up with me. "Hey," I nodded at him. "I know that just because we united over this, doesn't mean everything is crystal clean now. I don't deserve forgiveness that easily. You already have done me a huge favor. You put your friendships with your teammates for me, and I really don't know what to say."

I shrugged. "Don't say anything then."

"You can talk to me if anything's bothering you,"

"I just put a girl I thought I loved behind bars. My team captain and the staff most probably can't stand my guts. I think it'd be easier to talk about what's not bothering me."

He studied me, "What's not bothering you then?"

I paused for a moment, "Nothing," I unlocked my car.

"It's bad timing isn't it?"

I smiled, "You're quite slow for such lawyer."

He shook his head. "I'll pass by you later."

"Like I have a choice," he muttered.

Iker and Sergio couldn't stand my guts. The rest of the guys were avoiding me. Isco just lessened how much he'd talk to me around the guys.

The atmosphere was cold and bitter. The magazines and press were exploding with the news. She managed to leak and tell the press that Jandro and I shared a mother, which only made some Spaniards hate me more.

I lay down on my couch and pressed a pillow to my face. For no reason, I had the news on and it was bursting with articles about me, my brother and our ex.

I heard a knock on the door and groaned, half expecting it to be someone from the press. I looked from the peep hole and saw a blond head moving around. I opened the door and welcomed my half-brother in.

He walked in and scanned the place, "I like your place. I don't like this, though." He pointed at the screen and searched for the remote to turn it off.

I rolled my eyes, "What do you want?"

He looked at me. "I'm just here to check up on you."

"I'm fine, couldn't be better. Perfect. You happy now? Yeah, goodbye." I blurted.

He smiled before taking a seat on the couch and patted the space next to him. "You have no one to talk to and you're about to burst. Talk to me."

"No."

"Toni."

"Fine, I'm fed up with everyone and everything and I want to leave Spain. Yeah? Goodbye now."

He shook his head before getting up and switching the t.v off to my PlayStation. "You need a distraction," he paused before scanning me. "And food," he reached for his phone before ordering a ton of food.

And for the first time in 22 years, Jandro and I were getting along.
