Toni's P.O.V

I exhaled and shook my head, "What do you mean it's my baby?"

"I wasn't on protection pills and the condom split," she rubbed her forehead.

I felt my anger spark up, "You did that on purpose,"

"Can I explain?"

I spat, "Your freedom being put on the line, doesn't mean you have to bring me down with it as well. You could've at least told me, fuck."

"I'm convicted with suicide legislation," she blurted.

"Bull shit," I spat.

She nodded, still crying, "I was getting hate mail and I replied to one on private telling her to kill herself,"

"Fucking hell you didn't,"

Continuing, "The next day I read an article about teenage suicide and," she paused before breaking down. "Jandro must've read about it and he must've been on the case to investigate. We were in Brazil at the time and he approached me. Then he told me he'd give this piece of information away if I didn't agree to leaving you and be with him. If I worked on his terms then he'd get his people to wipe out all the information."

"You believed him,"

"He deleted all right in front of my eyes,"

"You could've turned your back on him," I spat.

"He threatened your life, this guy is a dirty scum who's capable of a lot,"

It then hit me, "You tricked me into getting you pregnant because you didn't want to get into jail. You used,"

"Toni, please, I couldn't forgive myself since then. I cried myself to sleep every day since then. I need you, and I know you can help me."

"It's all about favors,"

She seemed hurt, "That's not what I meant!"

My eyes widened and I felt my heart race when I looked down at her. My throat tightened, "Val,"

She shook her head and continued crying. "Forg-"

"Valentina you're bleeding," I blurted.

She looked up at me then down at her white pants which were now stained with blood. She looked down at the sight and fainted.

There was nothing for me to do but call the ambulance, panic, then attempt CPR on her.

Once at the hospital, Iker was summoned since he was her emergency contact and as soon as he saw me, he attacked me. "What the fuck did you do to her, you little bitch?"

I pushed him off, "Iker, I didn't do shit, she came to talk it out with me, I'd never hurt her or a piece of myself resting in her," I calmly replied. "I know we haven't been on best terms but I'd never go that far."

He ran his fingers through his hair and teared up, "Why is this happening?"

A doctor approached, "Valentina Sierra Casillas' relatives?"

"Boyfriend and brother," I nodded before receiving an odd look from Iker.

"Toni Kroos, you're the father according to the papers," He nodded. I felt a sudden droop in my chest as I realized I was going to be a father. "Valentina is in perfect condition, we managed to raise her blood pressure once again."

"The fetus?" I found myself asking.

He looked down at his hands, "We did everything we could, but anyway she was going to be born with deformities,"

"Gracias doctor," Iker sighed. He turned and looked at me before rubbing my back, "I'm really sorry things turned out this way. But maybe this was for the better, you and her weren't on best terms and I didn't want the baby growing up in such atmosphere."

A weight was slightly lifted off my chest because of his words, "So what if the baby was going to be deformed? I'd love it eternally and Valentina and I could've managed it."

"Now you're speaking?" He shook his head, but he wasn't criticizing.

After Iker went in to check up on her, I went in and sat on her bed. "I'm sorry,"

"We're going to get revenge," I stated.

"What?"

I repeated, "We're not going to let him get away with it. I'm going to research the case and we're going to get back at him."

She teared up, "Toni, that's too much. I know I just lost a baby that wasn't even there for correct purposes, but I loved it too much. I can't risk losing you too."

"You technically already did, but I'm sticking to my word."

She wiped her tears and nodded, "I have nothing left, yeah?"

I shrugged, unable to coat the truth. "I'm still willing to help. I'm ready, I want you to be set so that we can go."
