Toni's P.O.V

I stepped into her office with a smile.

She looked up from her computer and sighed, "Leave,"

"Eh, sweet cheeks I'm just here to make peace." I smiled, placing a pair of white baby shoes on the desk ever so slowly.

"What the fuck is this?" She spat.

I clicked my tongue, "For someone who is soon going to be a mother, you should be able to recognize these." A smile crept on my face.

Her face was blood red, "What part of -"

"Cut the bullshit," I waved my hand dismissively before plopping on the couch. "Your baby daddy told me you two love birds were expecting." I grabbed an apple from the bowl by me and bit into it.

"I told him not to," she muttered.

"And he told me not to come to you for you and the baby's sake, I'm guessing you have a thing for bad guys." I took another bite.

"If he said that, then why did you come to me?" She said through gritted teeth.

"Because he won't find out from me, and you won't tell him. I mean, you are pretty good at hiding things and going behind people's backs. I can approve." I raised my hand.

She sucked her cheek in, "What do you want?"

"The full story,"

"Or else?" She raised her eyebrows.

"Ah, from the two months we were together, you actually learned something, didn't you? I mean, we didn't technically date before the World Cup, we would just often hang out by the beach when you were in Germany for an exchange but-"

"Cut to it." She demanded.

"Or else I'm going to tell good ol' San Iker." I smiled.

"You can't do that!" She protested.

I pulled out my phone and dialed his number without pressing send, "What are you going to do? Run to daddy? Oh wait," I faked trailing off.

"Do it, he won't believe a single word you say," She smiled.

"Did dating a lawyer not teach you not to say things that may be held against you?" I sneered.

"Look who's being petty because he didn't get to be a lawyer," She was still smiling.

I eyed her, "Try me," I pressed call and put him on speaker.

"Toni hombre!" He answered.

"Hola, Iker, I hope you're doing well. I just have some news to deliver to you." I was looking directly at Val, who was smiling confidently.

"Yeah? Is everything okay?"

"You know Alejandro Rivera, yeah? The lawyer?" I asked, dodging his question.

"The lawyer who was found innocent after bribing one witness and drugging another during one of the biggest criminal cases? What about him?" He began worrying, and I was still staring at her cocky smile.

I looked at Valentina for a final answer. 'Do it, I dare you,' she mouthed.

"He's been with your sister, which is the reason we broke up, and now she's pregnant. Which is also why she's been missing work lately." Her smile was starting to switch.

There was a moment of silence, "You're out of your fucking mind, Toni, that's impossible." He replied in a shaky voice. "Why would she be involved with such a dirty guy?"

"She wouldn't tell me, so I thought I'd come to you. I'm in her office right now, and she's right in front of me, and if you still don't believe me, Isco was there when Alejandro confessed, so you can ask him, unless he got drugged." Her smile was growing weak.

"Why would she do this to us?" He whispered.

"I don't know, but I just thought you should be informed before things became chaotic. I'm going to give you some time Iker, I'm really sorry she never informed anyone." I hung up.

She was starting to shake. "You are heartless!"

"You are the last fucking person to ever say that you selfish shit. I gave you several chances to come out with what he's blackmailing you with, or whatever the fuck this is, but you refused it. And now look at what you've done!" I screamed until my throat hurt.

Tears were now spilling down her face. "You don't get it!"

"You didn't even try me to say that. You're playing like a bitch, and now I don't give a shit. Revenge is a dish served cold, and you just treated one cold plate." I spat.

"I never wanted to do this to you -"

"But guess fucking what? You fucking did!" I screamed until I felt my vocal chords screech.

"Toni!"

"Fuck off!" I threw the apple at the window behind her so hard, it shattered around her.
