Years had passed since then. Adam looked at his darling lover as he bustled around the garden that surrounded their small house that was in a small village in a far away small country.

Once it was all done, everyone had decided to go their own ways. Everyone had been eager to leave the walls that they had been entrapped on for a length of a few lives. It had taken Beau and Adam a few years to find this place but the first time they had seen this house they had fallen in love with it. The garden was full of flowers with a rose or two dotting the field. Now that the flower had no particular hold over his life they seemed to be quite lovely and held a bit of memories.

It was a quaint town with lot of warmth from the towns men and a lot for acceptance. No one had raised their eyes at two men living together.

Age had not wilted Beau's appearance but rather maturity had brought out a charm that hadn't there before. It might be cliche to say that he fell in love with Beau more every single day but it was true. He was hopelessly enamoured with Beau.

"Like what you are looking at?" Beau came to him with a soft smile and gave him a small peck on his lips. Not having enough, Adam pulled him down to ravish him further. Good thing that the small house has a rather large garden. Laughing at his husband, Beau got up.

" I'm hungry." He pouted at Adam.

Giving him a sigh and a kiss for the pout, Adam got up and mischievously lifted Beau up and on his shoulders smacking him as he carried him into the house.

"Hey!" Beau shouted in surprise at the sudden change and then laughed.

The happiness seeped through the house echoing the gardens and away. When people passed by the house they saw the most beautiful flowers and asked the townsmen who lived there and they merely got smiles in return.

Beau had at last learned to let go of his hatred towards his father and his stepmother and sisters . True he hadn't been the best father but he seemed to understand his mother's words as time went on. There was so much more to life than that. While they didn't meet, they was no enemies either.

On the other hand Martha has decided to roam the world and live her life to the fullest. While she didn't accept Ivan she could't hate him either, knowing that he had been controlled by his mother. That however was enough was Ivan. He with Martha's permission has decided to follow her and guard her as she went her way. Beau would miss her but he knew that this was her way of healing from all the things that life had thrown to her.

Life is hard and tough. At times its easy to give up. But when you stand strong and brave through, you start to realise how far you have come and how much you have grown. Giving up had never been an option. You afterall have only one life to live.
