《Cherry Blossom Lee Jihoon ff》Chapter 11

Jihoon pov
After Jeonghan hyung and Jieun noona went to go talk to Jihyo the atmosphere tensed up. We all became pretty quiet except for the few who spoke up about wondering what would happen. When they came back about 5 minutes later Jieun noona was pulling Jeonghan who had seemed to be crying. "We're leaving" was all she had to say for all 12 of us to rise from our seats and follow her to the exit. She and Jeonghan hyung both are really scary when they get mad. Maybe it's because they don't get mad easily.
When we got home Jieun noona wandered off, probably to our room. I had to go put my jacket and I was right. She was there, face down in Jeonghan hyung's bed. "Noona" I cautiously spoke. She looked up, "what is it?" "Are you...okay?" "Do I look ok Jihoon?" I shook my head. "Wanna... talk about it?" "Sure, I need someone to vent to and right now Hannie is emotional" I sat next to her on Jeonghan hyung's bed and she explained everything. "Wow" was all I could say. I really couldn't put together any words. "Thanks Jihoon, I really needed that, even if it was just you listening and being here. Your presence puts me at ease." My face heated up a bit at her statement. Maybe I do... have feelings for her. We were called for dinner a while later and walked out of the room.
During dinner, I noticed two people continuously stealing glances at each other. The china line of our friend group. Do they like each other? Are they a couple? "Jihoon?" I look at the direction of the voice. "Yeah Seungcheol hyung?" "You good? You were spacing out for a while" "Oh, I'm fine" He nodded and continued eating.

After dinner it was my turn to clean the dishes. "Hannie!" I heard a scream. Jeonghan hyung shot up from the couch and ran to our room like he was running from death itself.
Jeonghan pov
I ran into our room when I heard my sister shout. I busted opened the door. "What happened?" I asked in a panicked and worried tone. She was sitting on the floor crying holding her left arm. I quickly sat next to her and examined her arm. "I-I fell off the top bunk and landed on my arm" She said, trying her best to choke back her tears.
"Aigoo, we should go to the hospital to get an x-ray." She nodded and we both stood up. We both put on a black sweatshirt and walked out of the room.
"Guys, we'll be back in a few hours, Ji hurt her arm pretty bad so we're gonna go get an x-ray for her" I said earning worried expressions from them all. "Hopefully it's not too serious" Joshua said and the rest nodded.
We decided to take a taxi because Ji seemed to be in a lot of pain. We arrived soon after and got her x-ray done.
We were sitting in a small room waiting for the doctor to come back with the results when suddenly the door opened revealing the doctor. "Well, her arm is definitely broken, but luckily it's only below her elbow so she won't have to wear a full arm cast." He said, "a nurse will come help you with the cast in a few moments" he said smiling and made his way out of the room.
"Well, it could have been worse" I started. She chuckled "I guess, yeah" "Do you think you're gonna be ok at school tomorrow? It's already..." I checked my wristwatch "12:54, you could sleep in and come the next day" I suggested. "Hannie, I'll be fine, beside you aren't going to sleep any sooner than I am. Just then a nurse came in and helped apply(?) the cast.

It was 1:45 by the time we got home. We both went into our room exhausted. We both plopped onto our beds before saying goodnight and quickly fell asleep.
Jieun pov
I woke up with pain in my left arm. Oh right, it's broken. I got out of bed and climbed down the ladder, and went into the kitchen. I took a painkiller before starting breakfast.
"Need any help?" a voice asked, I turned to see a sleepy Jihoon with bedhead. I chuckled at the boy in front of me. "Sure, do you mind carrying the food over to the table, I can't really because of my arm" His eyes widened "So was it broken??" He asked quickly walking over to to examine my arm. "Yeah it was, but I only have a forearm cast which is good." He nodded grabbing the plates of food and placing them on the table.
"You know, the boys are gonna wanna sign it. We're all very childish. Rookie mistake getting a white cast. I chuckled, "Then, do you wanna sign in first?" He smiled at me and grabbed a sharpie. "Don't be so clumsy ㅋㅋ heal fast ~ Jihoonie" was what he wrote. I felt a slight shade of pink creep onto my face. "Jihoonie?" I asked he sheepishly smiled and nodded. "He's so cute" I muttered quietly under my breath but apparently he heard. "Y-you t-think I'm cute?" He asked, face flushed. "u-uh, we should go wake up the boys, the food will get cold. " I said quickly exiting the kitchen.

Breakfast felt awkward, well at least for me and Jieun. Did she really mean it? Does that mean that she might like me back? No no no, don't get your hopes up. "Jieun noona before we go to school, let us sign your cast! I see Jihoon already has" Vernon said looking over to me with a slight smirk. She nodded, "He told me you all would want to." She said smiling.
As I was getting my sweatshirt, Seungkwan walked over to me. "Hyung, what's up with you and noona? Vernon already told me what you told him in the park" I knew I couldn't trust him not to tell Seungkwan. They're honestly as close as two could be without dating. "She said something that I don't think she wanted me to hear." Was what I replied, trying to be as vague as possible.

A Tale From Azaad
Desperate and wandering, a young lord stumbles upon unknown knowledge that can help to overturn his peoples’ destiny. But can he rise to bring the prosperity his people need, or fall before it can ever take shape? AN: I hate writing synopses, so I'd recommend reading a few chapters before making a decision. Also, it's tagged as an isekai but those tropes don't appear. Warnings: I mention them, but there are a few chapters that are really gruesome. Furthermore, the innovations and advancements don't come into play until a lot later, though the framework for it all is built up early. Inspirations: South Asian history, Tales of a Reincarnated Lord and some of the histroical and kingdom-building stories on RR are inspirations for this work. If you enjoy politics, clever strategies, nation-building and technological advancement, then this story might interest you. Schedule: New chapter every Saturday at 3PM PST.
