I ran quickly outside. The cold wind hit my face while I was running. Passing by the many roses I had finally found Subaru standing there.
"Subaru!!!"
I jumped on him. He catches me with ease and then hugs me tightly. He then places me down slowly and gently. I pout at him, "Piggyback ride please." He only shakes his head, "tch no" with a serious face. I only sigh, "b-but I said please." He shakes his head again and turns his head facing the garden of roses where a tower lays ahead. He looked down, ignoring the tower, and started to tend to the roses.
I took a whiff of the beautiful roses. "It sucks. I hate how fast the roses die." I make up something to keep Subaru from being sad just by looking at the tower our mother used to be in. I sigh while shaking my head. "You're exaggerating, roses don't die fast, not unless you don't water them. You idiot." He says playfully before turning around and flicking my forehead. "Oww"
I kept walking with Subaru through the rose garden but I couldn't help but have a bad feeling this entire time. I fight the urge to tell Subaru and instead ignore the bad feeling I'm getting. I grab a hold of Subaru's hand, giving it a tight squeeze.
Why did I have to ignore the bad feeling I was getting? I should have known better than to ignore it.
From a far distance, I could hear a couple of bushes moving around. A strong scent hit my nose immediately. The smell of a mutt or should I say a wolf. "Hey, you can smell that right," I say to Subaru wanting to make sure I smelt right. He only nods, "Why the hell would a couple of mutts be heading towards our mansion!"
Suddenly more wolves started to come into our view of the line. They didn't move, they looked as if they were waiting for someone's command. As on cue, a woman with short hair and a long modern dress comes out in front of the wolves.
"Well well if it isn't the Sakamaki children. I have to ask where the hell is Karlheinz. No, you know what I'll kill all of Karlheinz's children maybe that'll teach him a lesson."
She didn't even let us speak at all; she was rather blunt about saying her thoughts. I hear Subaru mumble under his breath, "Bitch" multiple wolves started to run towards us. "Hey Subaru, I think we need to teleport inside. It'll be easier to inform the others" I say urgently, he only nods to me before we teleport inside the house.
I ran quickly, going inside of Reiji's room.
"Reiji we're being surrounded by wolves and there is this woman who wants to kill us!" I say quickly with panic. He was sitting down with his book in hand. "There's what?" He spoke with a loud voice before looking out the window. Without even saying a single word to me we headed to the living room.

Everyone was already there. I stood next to Subaru grabbing a hold of his hand. He tightens his hold onto my hand.
"Why is there a woman out there trying to kill us exactly?" Reiji broke the silence. Wolves suddenly broke into the mansion attacking everyone. We couldn't answer Reiji in time due to the wolves already attacking us. "Someone call Karl Heinz!" Reiki yells out. All of a sudden I hear ringing, I face the directions the ringing is coming from which is coming from Shu. He puts his phone over my ear quickly.
"Hello?"
The familiar voice that I remembered. Karlheinz. Shu and Subaru were protecting me from any wolves that came near.
I bit my tongue, "Hey father we need you here urgently. Someone's trying to kill us and let me tell you she's a madwoman."
"Victoria? Wait a woman is trying to kill all of you. Tell your brothers that they can get rid of her easily." I shook my head and took a few steps back due to a wolf almost biting me. "It's not just her there are thousands of wolves that keep on attackin-"
The women who, I and Subaru saw outside came inside of the mansion. "Where is Karlheinz!!" She was breathing heavily so that I could hear her across the room. She instantly saw me on the phone. She started to mumble under her breath. Her face was filled with anger while her eyes were filled with a want of revenge.
Soon Shu's phone was no longer in my hands as if it was never there, to begin with. It couldn't be... It instantly hit me she was a witch. But what could have my worst father in the world done? Ah, let me guess he probably pissed her off or something.
"I'll curse you and your damn family Karlheinz !!"
She smiles widely but it soon died slowly and went into a frown.
"Oh yes your right since they weren't involved with what you did I'll send them somewhere where you'll never find them!" A wicked laughter came out of her. She throws the phone down on the ground as Ayato tries attacking her when she is distracted. Sadly he had failed in attacking her and she ended up making him disappear.
Yui screams Ayato's name with a frightened look on her face. Without us being able to make any move everything suddenly went blank. I felt completely dizzy and lost.

What felt like a long time all of a sudden my vision started to clear up more.
Looking around my surroundings I began to panic when I didn't see Subaru nearby. My eyes scan through the trees looking and searching for him. "S-S-Subaru!" I couldn't smell his scent anywhere, he was nowhere.
I felt anxious and the feeling of being alone was creeping up on me.

Soon I started to hear running, the full moon was the only thing that was out at night. I became completely still but all of a sudden a creature started to charge at me. The creature had light brown fur with three fingers along with a fox-like face. It looked like something I have never seen before in my life.
It clawed at me but I ended up grabbing its large hand from attacking me. "I would very much appreciate it if we didn't have to fight." It tries to pull away and instead attacks with its other hand, " Heh if you don't want to fight you'll need to stop me" I sigh deeply not in the mood for battling anyone at all anymore. Right now all that matters was finding my brother. I teleported right behind it, grabbing both its hands before it started attacking me again. This strange creature spoke with a deep voice "You're rather strong for someone so young. Your very talented." My eyes widened, I've never been told I was talented I then slowly released my hold on it.
From a distance away I hear running again but this time five people came running along with another creature that looked a lot like the other. Two of the males were staring at me confused, one being a male with blonde hair and grey eyes while the other male had black hair with brown eyes.
While the third male looked around my age, he had greenish-black hair with brown eyes along with a green outfit. Not to mention the three had certain things they were holding. The blondie holds a wooden weapon of some sort, the black-haired male holds a suitcase, and the boy around my age had a fishing rope.
The boy around my age then spoke with excitement in his voice, "Hey are you here for the Hunter exam too."
The Hunter exam what is that? Is it for people who want to hunt things? Should... I just play along. "Um yeah, I'm here for the Hunter exam. I'm Victoria Sakamaki" I tried not to sound too confused although my face might over much show it's confusion. The boy then responded, "I'm Gon Freecss! And this is Kurapika and Leorio" Gon points a finger when he says their name.
I nod at him before looking at both Kurapika and Leorio. I giggle in my head Leorio and Ore-Sama that stupid name of what Ayato calls
himself. They're both Oreos, now that's funny.
The two creatures along with the two people that stood in front of them started to explain. They started to explain what we all did well on. Then they reached me, "Victoria, your speed and strength are none that I have seen for a young kid. You are worthy of taking the Hunter exam you pass." I passed what does that mean yet it sounded as though I only passed part of it and yet I didn't really listen to half of what he said.
Gon fist bumps Kurapika along with Leorio and then he fist bumps me with a huge smile on his face. Such a big smile and yet such a warm smile filled with kindness. I smiled back and made sure to not show my teeth to them.
"We will now take you to the exam site."
The three of them grabbed ahold of the creatures. When one of the creatures tried to pick up Leorio it started to struggle. I sigh it's a good thing that the full moon is out tonight.
Me flying shouldn't be too weird right I mean there are these creatures something a human would be afraid of. I released my hold on the creature, "Wait Victoria won't you need to fly to be able to get to the exam." Kurapika says. "It's fine I can fly on full moons. After all, Leoreo is way too heavy." I giggled when I finished talking with a smirk. "Hey! What did you call me? It's Leorio. Respect your elders!" I waved my hand back and forth, ignoring what he said. He started arguing with me while I only ignored him which made both Gon and Kurapika laugh.
Once the creatures or beasts started to fly up I then started to fly upright beside them. "Cool!" Gon says with excitement when he sees me.
"Isn't it great that we all passed?" I nodded at Gon agreeing with him. Heck, I don't even know what the Hunter exam is. "It's too early to celebrate. We've merely earned the right to take the real exam." Kurapika says. Wait this wasn't the real exam and I thinking it was.
" What's wrong with celebrating a little? We're making progress." LeOreo says. Now that I
think about it, LeOreos ' name has a Big O in it. "Honestly, you people really should think." I giggle a little when Kurapika says that. Humans have always been so foolish.
I block out whatever they say next. I should be focusing on looking for Subaru. And yet here I am in a place that I don't even know where to look. For now, I'll go along on this journey with Gon, and just maybe I'll find Subaru when this is all over.
Welp, it's time to begin my new journey in this new dimension.

If I can deliver on all that is another question, but I will give it my best. As a further note, I am not using any of the usual strict realms and extreme power differences. It’s more about gathering and refining qi. Whoever uses his chances, sneak attacks, intuitions, and skills in a better way wins. However, having more or better qi will help, but I am not at a point where I have written a lot of that, so I might promise too much. Thanks for reading so far and checking my synopsis out, now you might give the story a try. Have fun. The picture is from JCK5D (Pixabay)
