《Wot you sayin'?》Go Down In Flames

It was time to do our showdance for the millionth time it seems, but this time in the O2. Before we got into position, Joe gave me a look that was similar to the one he had on our first show. Uh oh, I thought, getting nervous for my safety. That dance didn't go well. Back to this dance though, Joe held me up, strumming me like a guitar.
Yes, Joe. Keeping in time with me.
It always made me laugh when, before he starts doing anything he automatically claps his hand as if he's saying to him 'let's do it!' Actually, he probably does.
The worm was Joe's move, not mine, but I did something similar at the same time as him.
GO ON O2!!! I thought holding my arms up.
Pride swelled in my heart for him. He was doing so well. Body contact was good and his hand wasn't too far across my back, so he didn't restrict my movement.
"Go on, Joe!" Why are you hyping him up more, Dianne?! He's hyped up enough already.
"Oi!"
He gave me such a weak push and then I did some spins whilst he ran to the boys. Then I pointed at him and got back into position to angle myself right so that he could leapfrog over me.
I could feel his hands clasp around my legs after my handstand, but instead of going forward, I felt myself going backwards. It was like the world was going in slo-mo as I went.
I could vaguely hear a scream and seeing the look of panic on Joe's face, I realised it was me. Carry on, my eyes said, hoping he'd get the message. I sighed in relief when he carried me up and continued our dance.
The adrenaline kept going through me, dulling the pain I was bound to be in later. But both of us were determined to get to the end of this dance.

I tried arching my back but my body was having none of that.
Poor thing looked so guilty when he got up whatever that thing was and held up the fake guitar.
Johannes shot me a look asking me if I was alright. I nodded at him just as I felt some pain hit me in my back and neck. I'm gonna have to apply some arnica there. Joe will have to help with that.

The Reaper's Legion
Earth: An advanced inhabitable world in the ideal colonizable range. Moderate temperatures and consistent weather patterns make this planet an incredible resource, along with a wealth of animals and wildlife beyond most worlds. Inhabited by the sentient species designated “Humans,” Earth would likely have joined the galactic community of its own accord. Levels of technology in local populace indicate a sharp trend towards interstellar travel, but still needs to make the last push to acquire reasonable interstellar technologies. Up until quite recently, Earth has not been a fully classified planet and was largely unknown. Due to biotic activity in the quadrant, however, attention has been drawn to Earth and many other possibly habitable planets in the regions, primarily for quarantine and control tactics. Matthew Todd was not a particularly unique human being before the meteors struck the earth. Average athletics, above average intelligence, but somewhat gifted in marksmanship, the post-apocalyptic earth has been a trial by fire for him and many others. Creatures that resemble bastardized wolves roam the land in packs numbering in the thousands. With entire cities decimated, those that remain are left with the harsh reality that they may be witnessing the end of humanity. And yet, there is a chance. Humanity knows they are not alone in the universe - the wolves are case enough for that - but what they do not know is that they are not alone in their plight. They are not without aid. Obelisks descend from the sky, giving the people a means to fight back. With tools ranging from guns to advanced mechanical apparatus and more bizarre tools, the people must cull the Biotics. Or, be consumed by the ever growing and mutating threat. Join Matthew in the fight to exterminate the Biotic threat, and to ensure the survival of human kind!
