《Crazy》18: Change

Warning: This chapter may trigger people. There is no violence but the use of words in a harmful way.
"What do you mean?" I can't see why he hasn't let me go. Why he's still doing this.
"I don't need to cause you any more pain than I already have. Your father will suffer the same no matter what." I want to scream at him for doing that to my innocent father.
"You've caused him pain. Can you please let me go now?" Oh yeah, I wasn't giving up on my strategy. I was going to continue being nice to him.
"It's not enough." He spoke through clenched teeth. "I know you'll run to daddy dearest and tell him all about this once I let you go." That shouldn't be a shocker to him. What does he expect me to do! He kidnapped me!
"I won't, I promise."
"Why are you doing this?" He ignores the topic we were on and switches to a new one.
"Doing what?" I wasn't doing anything! He's the one keeping me here.
"Being..." He looked around as he thought of the word.
"Nice."
"Courteous."
We both spoke at the same time.
"I'm being, as you put it, courteous, because you need to see I'm not your enemy here. I've done nothing to you. While on the other hand you've done plenty to me." Whoa, where did this honesty come from?
"I know you're not the enemy. But to get to my "enemy" I have to get to you. What are they teaching you guys in school nowadays. You couldn't think of a better fûcking word?" Well he almost lasted five minutes without cursing at me. That seems like a new record.
"I'm a junior--"

"I'm not fûcking stupid. I know that." I don't speak and he continues. "You're daddy's little girl. The fûcking spoilt brat of my nightmares. Just looking at you makes me want to fûcking vomit." I wanted to say that he couldn't have chosen a more mature word, sarcastically of course. But I was too mad over that whole small rant of his.
"You know what," at that moment I knew I snapped. "You're a fûcking waste of space! Who the hell kidnaps girls for amusement! You watched me lose my freaking mind in here and did nothing! I'm sure you're more than proud of yourself for destroying everything I was." I can barely breathe by the time I'm done.
He smirks at me.
What the actual hell is going on?
"Good, I need you to be like this for our next guest." I knew I should be focused on the fact that he said guest but I couldn't get it out of my head that he said, our.
"W-why?" Now I was actually scared. Not of him but of this guest.
"They'll do worse than me, if you show them you're weak." And he then did his signature move, which was leave.
Was he actually looking out for me? Or for himself?
Who was this guest of his...or of ours?

Lone: The Wanderer [Rewrite]
Nine-to-five. The daily grind. Life. Painful years of school. Working as a slave for some undeserving corporate big-wig. The monotonous life of unemployment. We all experience this in one way or another, and we can all conclude one thing: it's dull. Such a fact rings true even for the fabled Lone Immortus, a powerful nine-tailed Golden Foxkin. However, what would you do if your monotony was suddenly ground to a halt and you were thrown out of your comfort zone along with a young girl forgotten by time? Perhaps you might have done things differently, been more organised, immediately died, gained control of the world in a matter of days, but this is Lone's tale, not yours. Watching two insecure people struggle to survive and find their place in an unfamiliar land just might be enjoyable to witness. Who knows? One thing's for certain: it won't be an easy path for them to tread, and what could possibly be more entertaining than watching people endure hardships and grow? I know of at least eight gods that would answer with, 'Absolutely nothing.' I wonder, after seeing this journey from start to finish, how would you answer? Flesh Forger
Born a bit too late to explore the world, yet far too early to explore space, Graham Lattem is your average 61 year old man - if a little wanderlust filled. That being said, he has a happy home, loving wife, children who check up on him, and a decent retirement fund to live out his golden years modestly. Then it happens. [System Initialization Commencing…] A trick of the light, surely. [Planetary Merger Protocol 331 Enabled] Rumbling can be heard in the distance. Shouts. Cries of anguish. A horrible, ear numbing crashing sound. An earthquake. A hole opens in the middle of his home, and our protagonist falls in as a swirling vortex consumes him. Mountains as far as the eye can see greet Graham as he opens his eyes. Well, and more glowing words: [Welcome To The Macrocosm] [Good Luck] Far away from his family in a world hell-bent on his demise, how will this old, arthritis ridden man survive? Did I mention he has cancer? ===================================================================== Aiming for at least 1 chapter every other day, though there is a very big chance it will more oftentimes than not be more than that! This is my first ever story. One that I’ve been wanting to write for awhile. The system is most definitely inspired by Randidly Ghosthound and The New World, but I promise the story is different! Please point out any mistakes, as I’d love to improve! Also the warnings are just to let me experiment.

Harmless Sweetie (Rewritten)
*UPDATES EVERY MONDAY AND FRIDAY, SOMETIMES MORE IF I DON'T HAVE SCHOOLWORK. **This is tagged as comedy but I have a really stupid and peculiar sense of humor so yeah. "That's an eldritch horror." "No it's not, it's a frog." "Why does it have ten eyes and eight rows of teeth, not just that but why does it just perpetually scream with the voices of the ones whose mind it has eaten." "I'm just not that good at anatomy." *** Clailip Diancia, the tiny boy who dances along the threads of fate woven by a wicked witch. Not knowing of the plans of the witch that once scorched the lands, and unknowing of the abyss that beckons him forth. This harmless sweetie watches the stories of those around him. Ever unconscious of the turning loom of fate, always oblivious of the stories, legends, and tapestries of heroes that revolve around him as he goes, as he dances, and as he prances, leaving myths and rumours wherever he might set foot in. But as he is unaware of those whose fates have intertwined with his, he is also blind to the soul-piercing stares of the Abyss, ever calling to him.
