《The Untold Truth (Kakashi's Little Brother) *COMPLETED*》Chapter 3: The Chunin Exams (Part 1)

Today was the day of the chunin exams. I wasn't particularly nervous, but it would finally be the day where I had interacted with my team again. Sasuke kept glaring daggers at me, Naruto was of course clueless to the whole thing, and Sakura was acting nervous about the whole exam.
We were making our way to where the first part of the exam was being held. As we were walking, there seemed to be a disturbance in front of us. There was a girl I remember with twin buns on her hair, she tried to get into a room where two familiar people blocked the door.
One of the boys had knocked her down and was about to strike again until a well known bushy eyebrow guy with a green jumpsuit stood in front of the blow and blocked it easily. I watched silently as Sasuke tells off about the genjutsu that was placed since we were on the second floor.
Me feeling a bit irritated about waiting, I left my team behind as they talked to that green monster and his team. I make it to the third floor and there stood Kakashi waiting by the door. He looked at me with a raised eyebrow.
"Where is the rest of the team?" he asked.
"Fighting with the bushy idiot."
Knowing exactly who I was talking about, Kakashi nodded.
"So... anything new with you?"
I sighed. He's trying to make small talk with me... But I can see it, he suspects something is wrong.
"Nothing new really... just the same boring routine."
He grunted in response as we awkwardly stood there. The atmosphere felt a bit tense and I didn't like it at all. It makes me feel all queasy. A few moments later, my team finally showed up. I mentally sighed in relief knowing the tension is going to die down. But I was wrong, as my brother congratulated us, both Sasuke and he had been eyeing me the whole time.
I shifted uncomfortably under their gaze and immediately walked into the classroom, and boy was there a lot of people here. I was soon brought away from their gazes by Naruto greeting those we used to be in class with.
Just then a loud voice, came crashing in.
"Oh Sasuke! I haven't seen you in forever! Did you miss me?"
I looked over to the sound and seen it was Ino.
"Oh Satoshi-kun!~ You're here as well! I missed you!"
Ino then latched onto my arm and snuggled into it making me have a scowl on my face.
"YOU INO-PIG, GET OFF OF SATOSHI-KUN!" Sakura shouted.
"MAKE ME BILLBOARD BROWS!"
Ino and Sakura then began to bicker at one another throwing insults after insults. My left eye twitched a bit due to feeling a bit irritated by the situation. I was going to put an end to all of this nonsense until a guy with silver hair and glasses spoke up.

"You newbies should quiet down. You don't want to get them angry." he said.
I looked at him a bit suspicious by his looks. He wore the Konoha hitai-ate, but I don't recognize him at all. I know basically every here in the village! I even know the people in ROOT! Sure, I know they never gave me their real names, but I know them... I'll just have to keep my eyes on him.
I ignore the silver haired kid and leaned on a wall with my arms crossed. I watched him as he eyed me down. I narrow my eyes at him and scoffed. He smirked at me as he returned his attention to the crowd he was receiving from my team and former classmates.
I listen in on their conversation, but it was hard since I was a good bit away. The only information I got out of it was that he collected information on some cards throughout the years he's been retaking the chunin exams. That made me even more suspicious at his acts. What made me even more interested was that a kid, I had no idea was, had asked the silver haired kid about me.
"Oh, you want to know about Satoshi Hatake?" he asked amused.
By now, everyone I knew practically leaned in waiting for the information to be given.
"Yeah, I think he might be a worthy opponent." the kid with shaggy brown hair.
I walked a bit closer to listen in on the conversation.
"Ah, here we go.. wow! He's been on 1 S-Ranked mission, 10 A-Ranks, 16 B-Ranks, 19 C-Ranks, and 72 D-Ranks." the silver haired kid said with a slight smirk.
Everyone's eyes had widened at the amount of missions I've been on, especially when they heard about the high ranked missions.
"How is that possible?! He's not even a chunin yet! Nor a jonin! How did he even get to get those kinds of missions, higher than his rank?!" the brown hair kid shouted.
I mentally chuckled at his words. I was allowed to go on those missions because they were my brother's missions. I would sneak behind his back, but in the end, I was always caught red handed. But I showed a lot of potential so the Hokage allowed me to go to those kinds of missions. However, the S-Rank mission was how I was able to gain such a privilege. Boy was my brother angry when I snuck along with him that day. Heh, I regret nothing.
"Oh, look here... it says Satoshi has a kekkeigenkai from his mother called th-"
Before the boy could finish, I flashed in front of him and burned the card in my hand.
"What?! No! Kabuto, did you read his kekkeigenkai was before he burned it?!" the brown haired boy shouted.

The boy named Kabuto shifted his glasses as he replied. "Sadly, no, but I bet it's powerful."
Everyone had turned to me giving me suspicious looks, but I couldn't care less, all I care about is that sliver haired swine! I gave him a hard glare and he was giving a sly smirk towards me so only I would see it. He knew what I had before even reading that stupid card of his, I just know it! Just how many people were freaking researching me?!
He then continued with his petty cards and this time it was my turn to smirk. A sound ninja had thrown a kunai at the four eyed bastard. I would have laughed if Ibiki hadn't showed up. He sure shouted at those sound ninjas because it made even flinch a little.
We all took a number of where we would be seated and I was right next to Sasuke and some random ninja. I looked over to Naruto and he looked like he was freaking out over there. But he should know a thing or two about the chunin exams. This part of actually the easiest part of the whole test. He really should have studied more.
Ibiki shouted for us to begin and I looked with my eyes. Sasuke looked deep in thought and it looked like he figured it out because he activated his Sharingan.
'Heh, smart as always... he's such an Uchiha.'
I then looked down at the guy a step lower than me on the right. He was writing on his paper like crazy and finished. I then activated my kekkeigenkai that allows everything around me appear in slow-motion, however, for me, it allows me to react and speed up my movement so my opponent has zero chance of actually hurting me, especially since it lets me see what's in front of me from a mile away.
My kekkeigenkai is called Hoku-me, meaning Hawk eyes. My eyes turn into a glowing teal color with a weird pattern . Anyways, once I had activated them, everything around me slowed down immensely.
I then stood up and walked down to grab the paper and copied everything down and gave the paper back to that kid. I sat back down in my seat and deactivated my eyes.
I looked over at Sasuke once more and he was still writing. Once he was done, he looked over at me and noticed I wasn't writing a thing. He then looked down at my paper and his eyes widened a bit.
"How did you finish so fast? I didn't even see you move a muscle."
"You were probably too distracted to see me even pick up a pencil, baka." I said bluntly.
His eye twitched a bit as he turned his gaze away from me and stare blankly ahead of him. Sasuke doesn't know about my kekkeigenkai nor my older brother, I never told them about it because I don't trust anyone knowing my power. The chance of getting this kekkeigenkai is rare, there is only a 5% chance of getting it within the clan my mother was in.
After an hour had passed, the test ended and quite a few teams had been taken out. Hn, such amateurs... the tenth question was given and I already knew it was a trick question.
Naruto seems displeased with Ibiki's last question and stood up. He gave a little speech and it seemed to give the other shinobi's some motivation to stay. I was pretty impressed, but the more shinobi's in the exam, the better I can act like a prick. Well, I can say this whole exam is going to be full of surprises.
After the test, I had quickly left the scene and went into my sacred place. It was in the forest and it was pretty much secluded. I sat down, leaning on a nearby tree and just did nothing. I didn't feel like reading and I had no thoughts to recollect since I see no more point in rethinking about the situation.
My mind was blank, and I can feel I have no more light in my eyes. They fell... dull. My muscles were limp and I stared blankly at the grassy landscape.
It was peaceful yet sad... but I don't shed a tear. No... not yet.. I won't let my tears fall so no more weaknesses, no feelings, and no more bonds. Erase everything and pretend you've been in the shadows all your life.
This is how I must live my life now... and I mustn't complain. How can you complain when you chose to live a life of a shinobi? Heh, and here I thought being a shinobi would be easy. I thought wrong...
That day where I had sat there doing nothing, I was slowly breaking... Of course for my age, it was a hard thing to do. I remember the story Itachi told me of why he did what he did. Seeing how his life was and how mine corresponded, they were totally different.
Geez, and I thought I had the tough life. But none of this really matters... the past, I'm showing you all, there is no point... well, not in my eyes at least. But I will say this, the thing I wished the most for my past self, was to leave with a proper goodbye.

Saint's Supporter
Dumped into a world by myself, set up with a class that requires others to excel with just over a week to prepare for a fight with a literal god. This is just another betrayal to add to the list. I won't stop until I find the person who put me in this situation, along with my friend who I dragged into this mess. Transferring to another world and gaining special powers is a dream for some, but if they were dropped into my shoes... they'd probably give up. But I won't. This story has the following elements: Male MC Light RPG mechanics (no in-story stat tables) Non-standard class for the MC Moderate violence A mix of solo fights and group battles with a balance of tactics, skill and ability usage If you're looking for the below, you may be disappointed: Instantly overpowered MC (no prior skills in combat, every bit of growth is earned) Female MC (duh) Explicit sex (may be referenced, but no NSFW chapters) Health bars (damage taken and given reflects reality) Harem Gore and ultra-violence **This story is a First Draft, changes may take place during the process. Three chapters per week at minimum.** **So, this is set up as a GameLit transported to a new world story initially, but it focuses on how such a system would work in real life. There are levels, abilities and mana pools, but damage and health are realistic and combat is fast and frantic. I think that is an interesting mix. If you have any questions, just ask in the comments. I'm always happy to discuss anything in relation to the story.**

8 131Cosmic Bulldozing Team
"Welcome to the Cosmic Bulldozing Team! CBT for short... references to any other acronyms are purely coincidental." Breve has one exceptional gift: an inborn potential for Resurrection magic. The cost? Every other healing spell she casts is absolutely paltry in comparison to the rest of her race, making her family outcasts within her society. That potential alone, however, classes Breve as a Rank A Healer. By what metric? Well, by the crazy elf lady who’s about to destroy her planet. Wait, what? Here's the low-down: her planet has been targeted by the Cosmic Bulldozing Team, which, as their name suggests, operates in the apparently lucrative business of destroying planets. This comes with the unfortunate side-effect of also murdering everyone who lives there. And Breve would’ve been killed, too, if she hasn’t unintentionally passed their audition for a new healer. Unwillingly saved by the people who just annihilated everything Breve ever knew and loved, she’s dragged into a massive spaceship before, without a moment’s reprieve, being assigned missions to sally forth and commit the same atrocities on other planets. And with Breve's home lying in a pile of celestial bedrock, it seems that cooperating is the only option. And she will cooperate, or so help her, they'll send her back whence she came: into the void of space, where the smashed rubble of her planet now drifts along. "Buckle in, rookie: you've got some planetary destruction ahead of you." (Updates every 2 days.)

I was just like everyone else. At least, I thought so. Everyone grew up in a mansion with servants, trained to be a debutante, had a traveling archeologist for a father, and gave it all up to do whatever the hell they wanted. Right? Well that’s what I did. I was happy. As happy as a single twenty four year old girl can be living in an apartment selling shit online to pay the bills. Not actual shit, that's gross. No, I bought stuff from garage sales, thrift stores, and junk shops, and resold it in my online store. I was pretty good at finding stuff to peddle to my customers. I made rent every month and didn’t have to strip. I’m a bit too chunky to swing around a pole anyway. Life was great! Until two sexy men broke into my apartment and woke me up from the most erotic dream my sexually depraved mind could come up with. One was between my legs, the other was... Oh well, it was a dream and I didn’t even get to finish it. Those bastards! Now I’m supposed to believe my dead father wasn’t an archeologist, but some kind of paranormal agent working for a secret organization called The Guard. My ability to find items for my customers is just a perk inherited from him. And I’m supposed to use my inherited powers to save the world. All while these hunks of man flesh guard me from other paranormals out to get whatever the hell they think I have. A certain body part is dripping with excitement, literally. But my mind is saying “Hell No!”

But he might just have to get involved when he gets a chance to gain an ally for the town. The Diplomat and his apprentice need to secure a foothold for the Knull, one of the three great mage clans. A task easier said than done as he and his apprentice are forced to work around the other factions and the towns own odd residents. And the Werewolf finds herself pressured from all sides. Her mother’s strict will and constant tests, her own monstrous instincts, and now she and her pack need to secure a foothold, or leave important votes in the hands of others. Also, this bad boy is the sequel to Two And A Half Deadmen, though you can read it without having read Two And A Half Deadmen
