THE GIRL AND THE BOY

She was broken and lost,

In the world where she was cheated.

She wouldn't walk away at any cost,

But, he betrayed her though she literally pleaded.

She was sad and depressed for long,

But then she met a friend who would be there,

To make her feel nice and strong,

And would be unlike people who did not care.

The friend liked her a lot,

He wanted her to be happy again.

He was the only one she had got,

He was the one who could feel her pain.

They came closer and closer by time,

And loved each other's company.

To him, she was so prime,

He was afraid to fall in love with her and make it all messy.

He thought she wasn't ready,

To deal with other things.

He thought she was going through things which were deadly,

And didn't want to create any love strings.

So, he drifted away from her without a sign,

He was there but didn't talk to her.

She was hurt but pretended she was fine,

And didn't know that she was still near and dear.

He thought it would be easy,

To get over her and be okay.

But, he soon realised he couldn't keep anymore busy,

The truth was what he should say.

He went to her and told him what he felt,

To his suprise she felt the same,

They both were happy without any guilt,

They both were crazy about each other and couldn't be tamed. :)
