~Y/N POV~
"WHO THE FUCK IS THAT?" I screeched as a tall boy with dark grey hair slammed the ball onto the court.
"Y/N! Watch your language!" Daichi yelled as I continued to look at the strange boy.
"That's Miya Osamu. Don't you remember? Ukai told us about him last night," Suga sighed as I thought back.
"OHHHHH he's the dye jobs twin, right?" I asked eagerly and receiving a disapproving nod from Suga.
"Yes. They're supposed to be the best twins in high school volleyball this year," he sighed, looking at the pair.
"Okay, I know I should be taking this seriously but he reminds me so much of Johzenji's captain!" I cackled, pointing too the twin with yellow hair since frankly, I can't tell them apart.
"I remember that guy! He pissed me off," Nishi grumbled, crossing his arms.
"Yea! Remember how annoying their cheering section was?" I giggled, bending over and placing my hands on my knees.
"Yea! But they weren't nearly as bad as that guy from Wakunan!" Nishi continued.
"I forgot about him! He was so annoying I wanted to punch him where the sun doesn't sh-"
"WOULD YOU TWO SHUT UP?"
"Hey! The first match is in the middle of their last set!" Yachi called as she came running back into the sub arena where the boys were warming up.
"Woaaaah!" I heard Hinata gasp, and I turned around to see the team getting changed into their reverse uniforms.
"Cool! The reverse uniforms are so pret- hey! Where'd the world go?" I asked, waving my arms around as someone covered my eyes.
"I don't want you too look at all the guys with their shirts off!" Nishi demanded as I grabbed his hands and turned around.
"I can look at you though, right?" I asked sweetly, peaking over his hands too see him already dressed in his reverse uniform.
Let me tell you... MANS LOOKS FINE. (does draco malfoy ooOoouuuUuuuHhhhh)
"OH MY GOD NISHI YOU LOOK SO HOT!" I gasped, stepping back to admire him as he posed.
"Woah! Even in the regular uniform Noya looks like the star!" Hinata gasped, his eyes going starry eyed as Nishi's ego continued too be filled.
"I am the star! I thought this was obvious!" he cheered smugly, pointing one thumb at himself as I smiled and applauded him.
"Heh, Kageyama! Orange isn't your colour," Hinata giggled, and I turned to see the raven haired boy glaring.
"Shut up you human tangerine," he shot back angrily.
"What did you say too my ginger?" I asked, crossing my arms and glaring up at him.
"Well...these are different but I guess we can't do much," Tadashi sighed as Nishi laughed and held me back as I grabbed at Kageyama.
"Somehow you seem more annoying then usual. And you, you're not even wearing a uniform and you tick me off," Tsukkishima sighed, glaring at Hinata and I.
"Uh, you're the last person who should say that," Tanaka snickered, sticking his tongue out as Hinata and I muttered MANY insults under our breath.
"Stupid dinosaur. Doesn't he realize how pale he looks in that thing? I mean really would it kill him too say hi to the sun once and a while?" I grumbled.

"Oh yea, earlier I saw a bunch of girls holding signs for Miya Atsumu. What is he, a pop star?" Suga asked, interrupting my hushed harassment of the salty kind.
"He kind of is. He's got a different type of popularity. He has the impressive skills and plays to be recognized as one of the best," Ukai thought out loud as he placed a hand on his chin.
"Ew, he's like the king guy...uhm... flattykawa! Yea!" I cheered, receiving many weird looks. "What? The guy's built like a door."
"She's right, he does resemble a draw bridge," Tanaka snickered, giving me a high five.
"I can't believe none of you noticed that," I giggled, leaning on Nishi's shoulder for support.
"I can't believe you did," Suga sighed, shaking his head.
"Now that we've established what type of wood Oikawa resembles...let's head out!" Ukai exclaimed as Tanaka and I toppled over from laughter.
-
"NO NO NO I CAN'T DO THIS SHIT WITH THE DRUMS AGAIN!" I exclaimed, shaking my head as the Inarizaki BAND started playing.
Bitch what the fu- fudge. Fudge. Think happy thoughts. About Fudge. Yes. Fudge is good. Fudge is happy.
"I agree, I really can't deal with their cheering section," Ukai sighed as he crossed his arms and looked up at the massive crowd.
"Those horns are so cool!" Hinata cheered as I flicked his head.
"Hinata! They are the e n e m y!" I exclaimed, slowing my speech so he would understand.
"They're still coo-"
"MIYA ATSUMU!"
"ARAN!"
"MIYA OSAMU!"
Many cheers of these boys fan girls could be heard from the stands, interrupting Hinata. I turned around too see a group of boys wearing black jerseys making their way into the court.
"HEYYY, IT'S THE SMOKER GUY!" I exclaimed, pointing across the court as Nishi, Tanaka, Hinata and Suga burst out laughing.
"Y/N! What did I say about that?" Suga asked through giggles.
"Uhm...what...what did you say?" I snickered, desperately trying to think back.
"She wasnt listening," Nishi giggled as he grabbed my hand and skipped onto the court.
We watched intently as the Inarizaki team warmed up their spiking. At one point the twin guys even did this cool switcheroo thing where the grandpa hair one set instead for dye job. Lowkey impressed.
After that it was Karasuno's turn too warm up, and per usual, Hinata gained a lot of attention with his and Kageyama's weirdo quick attack.
"Good luck Nishi! Kick dye jobs ass!" I exclaimed, giving him a quick kiss and ruffling his hair before running off too the side with Yachi.
"They look so bad ass," I giggled as we stood next to the scoreboard, watching the team make their way onto the court.
"They don't seem as nervous! They've all grown so much!" Yachi cheered as Inarizaki's server, Miya Atsumu, stepped up to the line.
I nodded my head and watched in amazement as he held the ball out, clenching his other fist and making the band stop with one motion.
"He's definitely got a massive ego," I mumbled as he tossed the ball, running forwards and doing an incredible serve which even Noya didn't react to.

"AGH! That was so powerful!" Yachi trembled as I stared wide eyed at the court.
"He really is the big time version of Oikawa, huh?" I grumbled, glaring his way as he once again stopped the band with his weird arm thingy.
Thankfully, he missed the next serve, making it land just outside the edge of court and allowing a fresh wave of relief too wash over our boys.
"Yea! Let's go Asah- what the," I was interrupted as Inarizakis cheering section started to...boo? For Asahi? (Jesus abuse omg💔)
"Are they...really booing him?" Yachi asked, looking up at the crowd.
"Ah hell naw that's just bad sportsmanship," I grumbled, crossing my arms as Asahi unfortunately missed his serve.
Thankfully, Inarizaki also missed their next serve, leaving the score tied at 2-2.
Next up to serve was the resident dinosaur of Karasuno. He easily sent it over, only too have it hit back by one of Inarizakis spikers.
Thankfully, Nishi easily dug it up, and Hinata went rushing in for the quick. Except...he uhm... well...
"HINATA WHAT THE FUCK? DID YOU JUST FORGET TO HIT?" I gasped as he jumped exceptionally high into the air...not even bothering to swing.
"He was so focused on jumping he forgot to hit!" Yachi wailed as she grabbed her hair and shook her head.
"Pfft, I knew Hinata was dumb but this is a whole new level," I snickered, clutching my stomach as Kageyama proceeded to give Hinata some encouraging words🥰
"Boke Hinata! If you can't jump and hit then don't bother you moron!" I heard him yell which only fueled my laughter.
"Heart been broke so many times I-I, don't know what to believe!" I sang, earning many stares from the people around Yachi and I.
After I'd calmed down from my laugh attack, and Hinata had received multiple scoldings from Kageyama, the smoker dude- I mean Suna was up to serve.
He hit over a float serve which was received by Daichi, and then hit over by baldy.
It looked like Suna would be the one receiving it, but instead, Miya Atsumu jumped in and set the ball off the first touch.
Their ace then ran in, hitting it cleanly since our blockers were too shaken too react to it.
"He does realize he's supposed to be passed to...right?" I asked, continuing too glare at the boy.
"T-they're really intimidating," Yachi quivered as she looked up at the massive cheering section.
"If Bokuto was watching this I just know he'd be bragging about how he's better then them," I sighed, shaking my head.
(ayo we psychotic🥰 or is it psychic...idk i'm not good at spanish🤌🏼)
On the next play Hinata finally managed too pull off his quick with his new jump which was easily a couple of inches higher then his old one.
(hEs oN SprIngS- Old Ukai🤺)
This play managed too actually startle Inarizaki, and the crowd immediately erupted into applause as Hinata cheered for himself.
"YEAAA GO KAGS AND GINGER!" I cheered, jumping up and down as Kageyama grabbed the ball and headed too the service line.
Of course, Inarizaki did their boo thing, (someone call the ghost busters-) but it didn't seem too have an affect on Kageyama.
He served the ball normally, but it caught on the tape making Inarizakis defence scramble slightly.
"NICE SERVE KAGEYAHHHH WHAT WAS THAT?" I gasped as Miya Atsumu pulled off some strange quick attack from way behind the attack line.
"He c-can set from anywhere!" Yachi gasped as she held her face in her hands.
"I'm in spain but the S is silent," I wailed, leaning against Yachi as she tried to process her thoughts.
"Oh! I think if anyone's in pain here, it's the team," she giggled as I nodded and stood up.
"Travelling without me. How unfortunate," I sighed, shaking my head as the whistle blew once again.
But this time, the serve never came. He, Miya Osamu, probably used up the entire 8 seconds before serving just too create suspension.
(bro the golden gate bridge is shaking i-)
Thankfully, Tanaka got a nice kill and was able too cut off his serves after just one.
"NICE ONE BALDY!" I cheered, pumping my fist as he did a little solo celebration 🕺🏽🕺🏽
I could hear the cheers of the Karasuno cheering section up above, led by Shimada and Takinoue. However, their voices were quickly shut out as Inarizakis drums started pounding like never before.
The beat continued too get faster and faster until Tanaka served...right into the net.
"Good try baldy!" I yelled as he let out a groan of frustration.
"That was like that thing they do in track and feild for long jump! Except, this was too confuse the athlete, rather than excite them," Yachi thought out loud as she placed a hand on her chin.
"They better not keep doing that or we'll be in trouble," I huffed as Inarizakis ace got himself a service ace.
After that, Takeda called for a timeout so Inarizakis band decided they needed too play again for us. How thoughtful🧍🏼♂️
However, this time the band's music wasn't met by silence, but rather the familiar beat of Japanese Taikio drums.
I instantly knew who it was, looking up at the stands too try and spot my favourite Tanaka sibling. (KIDDING- or not😏🤏🏼)
"SAEKOOOO!" I cheered, seeing her drumming group set up in the stands and combatting Inarizakis band.
"I wonder if Shimada and Takinoue invited her?" Yachi questioned as we stared, starry eyed at the group.
"Spectacular bastards," I snickered, marching along to the beat.
A couple plays later and it was Hinatas turn too serve. Of course, Inarizaki tried the quickening beat thing again, but this time it was combatted with Saeko's drums.
Hinata calmly hit a serve over and went into position to receive. For a moment, it actually looked like he was gonna get to it until...the ball...hit his...foot.
Although he did get it up so who am I too complain? 🤷🏽♀️
He then rushed in as if he was going too do a quick, completely throwing Inarizakis blockers off as they were too focused to notice the set was actually going to Daichi.
"YEA! NICE ONE CAP'N!" I cheered, saluting to him.

Tur Briste
A Druid cultivation novel. Borrows concepts from Wuxia and Xianxia but using Druid myth and lore. More on this at the bottom. Crow is son of Maddox, a Druid with an ancient bloodline and a people with a story spanning toward the beginning of time. Cursed, unfated, and a heap of bad luck have brought him only pain and suffering, but nothing will stop him. Nothing can stop him. A son of Maddox doesn’t bow his head. A son of Maddox understands that only a man with roots, with something to lose, will fight until the last drop of blood leaves his body. The Draoidh were once a proud people. They were both respected and hated for their form of righteousness. Power wasn’t something they gained through the might of their arms, but through intelligence. Their fall was all the more disheartening for the weaker cultivators. The tens of thousands of years that followed… chaos reigned. They forced Draoidh until most fled to the lower realms, nearly wiped out and exhausted. They went into hiding and became known as the Druids of the Oak. The Druid Order wasn’t the powerhouse it had been, and only nine of the major clans survived the calamity. Their bloodline weakened, as well as their prestige. Even the remaining clans fought amongst each other. Already on the decline and near extinguished, the Maddox clan can only struggle for survival, but their foundation wasn’t a joke. Weakened, but not weak. The other clans will understand this difference soon enough. Tur Briste, the Shattered Tower, awaits Crow’s ascension. Reaching the upper realms is only the first step in reestablishing the Draoidh. The Druids of the Oak remembered every betrayal and grievance, and they’ll return to power and reclaim what once belonged to them. The upper realms may have forgotten, but the Druid Order has not. Please Note:1) This is harem story. There are only a few chapters with sex, and it’s not a focus of the story. I’ll only add graphic sex if I feel the story needs it, so not gratuitously. Either way, Crow has several women. This is in line with Druid/Celtic history, and harems/reverse harems were an accepted part of their culture. Further, they had open marriages, meaning the man or woman could end their marriage at any time. While it was still a patriarchy, women had almost equal power. They were a very progressive culture. 2) There is a period of a 30-50 chapters where Crow loses the ability to cultivate like a Druid so he adopts an eastern body cultivation method for a while. This is temporary, but some people feel it’s misleading, so I am pointing it out ahead of time. I promise, the Druid stuff comes back, and 90% of the lore/myths/creatures/gods are all related to Druid/Celt/Irish/Scottish history. 3) I use many original names, most of which are in Gaelic or Irish. In the story, I refer to this language as Ancient. I enjoy all kinds of folklore and myths, so I encourage you to google those original names as they arrive. I give some background on them at the end of the chapter in my author’s note. 4) I use Ogham runes a lot, these are like the Druid alphabet, and they based each rune on a sacred tree so they also have symbolism associated with them. Again, feel free to google that too. It’s pretty neat stuff. Quick Translations:Draoidh = DruidTur Briste = Shattered Tower or Broken Tower Release Schedule:As of Oct 1, 2021- 3 chapters released every Sunday (May have up to two bonus chapters)- Side character chapters… this might be bonus chapters I release through the week. So they won’t count toward the 3 chapters on Sunday.- Please understand I work full time, have two kids, and can’t spare as much time as I’d like toward my writing. Maybe in the future I can switch to doing this full time, but for now 3 chapters is a comfortable pace for me. Lastly… I very much appreciate all my readers and thank you for allowing me to entertain you!
