~Y/N POV~
"Aww, look how little Yachi looks sitting over there on the bench," I cooed, pointing to where the first year sat with a clipboard held close too her chest.
"I hope she'll be alright," Kiyoko sighed, adjusting her glasses.
"Pssh, she'll be fine! I gave her a little pep talk before you arrived," I said with a wink.
"If you say so," she giggled, perking up as the starting whistle blew.
Karasuno was up against a team called Tsubakihara, and I'm going to be honest with you. It is taking EVERYTHING I have to not laugh at their headbands.
They look like they tied banana peels around their heads! Or like a bad Naruto cosplay! It's hilarious.
N E WAYS, Kageyama started off the game with a serve which he unfortunately missed. Mans sent it FLYING.
Tsubakihara also got the next point after setting their number 4 who slammed the ball right through our block.
"Ugh, come onnnn," I whined, staring at the ball as it was served over once again.
Karasuno easily received it, and Hinata went charging in for his insane quick attack. Unfortunately, the set didn't line up and the team wasn't able too recover the ball after that, putting the score at 3-0.
"What the hell? Why didn't the quick line up? It looked the same as usual!" I gasped, unsure of what this would do to the teams moral.
"I think it's because of the ceiling," Kiyoko thought out loud. "It's much higher, so it will take some time for the players too adjust too the height difference. It also doesn't help that Hinata and Kageyama weren't able too warm up together."
"I guess that makes sense. But it's Kageyama! No way he loses too the ceiling," I said confidently, crossing my arms.
After that, Kageyama missed another set too Hinata. Although Tanaka was able to recover the ball that time, and even got a point off it.
It became clear that Kageyama still didn't have much of a reference for the height, as he started too only set too the wing spikers.
"Come on Kageyama! Don't back down now!" I yelled, cupping my hands and projecting my voice onto the court.
I'm not sure if Kageyama heard me, or maybe he could feel the intense aura coming from Hinata, but on the next play he tried the quick again.
Unfortunately, the toss went too high once again and zoomed right past Hinata.
"HOLY SHIT HOW DOES THIS KIDS BRAIN STILL WORK?" I gasped as the ginger SOMEHOW managed too bump the ball over with his...head???
"He recovered it, but that isn't going to work every time. We need Kageyama too get these tosses right," Kiyoko sighed, eyeing the angry setter dude.
"Wait wait wait! They're putting my baby strawberry in!" I squealed, jumping up and down while pointing too the bench.
There, Tadashi stood ready too sub in for Hinata, but more importantly, to get us back in the lead.
The whistle blew and Tadashi tossed the ball, hitting it smoothly and sending it sailing too the back of the court. It wound up going right between their libero and another defender, but it shook them up enough too shank the pass.
They also weren't able too set their ace, and we managed too shut down their attack with a three person block led by Tsukki. Kuroo must be proud😌
Tadashi managed too get about three consecutive points before Tsubakihara cut off his serving run, and he was swapped back out.

"GOOD JOB TADASHIIII!" I cheered, waving my arms around as he looked up and gave Kiyoko and I a small smile.
When it came time for Tsukkishima to serve, and Hinata came back too the front row, you could just feel the intense glare he was giving Kageyama.
Thankfully, it appeared Kageyama took notice to how impatient the ginger was getting and finally set too him once again.
"THEY DID IT! THE QUICK WORKED THAT TIME!" I cheered as the set finally lined up, and Hinata was able too hit the ball and land before Tsubakihara even knew what happened.
"Thank goodness. That definitely boosted the teams moral," Kiyoko sighed, placing a hand on her chest.
"And now Hinata's all fired up!" I exclaimed happily.
Kageyama and Hinata continued to wow the crowd, getting one quick in after another. I think they've actually sped up their timing even more since the Shiritorizawa game.
"Oh mah gawd he on X games mode," I gasped, dragging my hands down my face.
"How do you remember these things?" Kiyoko giggled as I shrugged my shoulders, looking up too see Tsubakihara making a substitution.
The boy was fairly small, and looked absolutely terrified. If you were to put him next to Tadashi the first time he was subbed in, Tadashi would look as confident as Kim Kardashian.
"Aw man, the poor kids terrified," I snickered, watching a he stepped up too the line. He held the ball out at about waist level, bring his arm back behind him.
But, rather then swinging over hand, he swung up and underneath the ball, smashing it right into the head of one of his teammates.
I stared at the kid blankly for a moment as the whistle was blown, declaring Karasuno the winner of the first set.
"Kiyoko, am I dreaming?" I asked, looking around the stadium.
"No, but that kid probably feels like he's having a nightmare," she sighed, shaking her head at the poor boy who sulked off the court.
"AGAINNNN?" I gasped, seeing that Tsubakihara was putting the underhand server back into the game.
"Let's see if this works," Kiyoko sighed, watching the boy hold the ball out was the whistle blew. He took a deep breath before swinging his arm back, once again hitting the ball from underneath.
Too my surprise, he actually got it over, sending it flying way into the ceiling.
"NEVERMIND! THIS GUY'S ON X GAMES MODE!" I screeched, watching as the ball fell down right on top of Daichi, breaking his form and crashing too the floor.
"Players rarely, if not at all, face underhand serves. It's a basic skill, but they never see it in games so it can come as quiet the surprise when it's used," Kiyoko thought out loud, watching as the team tried to encourage Daichi.
"As long as Hinata doesn't try it, I think we'll be okay," I giggled, watching as the boy sent another serve flying into the ceiling.
Somehow, this kid managed too get a perfect service ace when Daichi and Asahi let the ball drop in between them. Like wutttttt?? Use your words ladies💁🏼♀️
The boys managed too barely get the serve up on the next rally, but couldn't get the point due too Tsubakihara taking it with a kill from their ace.
"Who knew a preschooler could be so good," I groaned, lacing my hands behind my head as Ukai called for a timeout.
"Like I said, they simply don't have enough experience against underhand serves too adjust too this," Kiyoko sighed, eyes tracing the court as she thought.

"They should just let Nishi receive them all! He's a god at receives after all," I declared, crossing my arms as the timeout ended.
"Well, he is the libero," she giggled too which I responded with a glare.
"C'MON NISHI! I'LL STOP TALKING ABOUT LEVI FOR A WEEK IF YOU GET THIS!" I yelled at him as he turned around and smirked, nodding his head.
Of fuck. Oh no no no. He's gonna get it and I'm going to have to resort too scribbling angry faces on paper once again. God damn my geniusness.
As if just to get to me, Nishi received the serve perfectly, getting it to fly high into the air and almost directly at Kageyama.
"Ugh, I guess the anime gods were on his side," I groaned, watching the ball fly.
"How disappointing," Kiyoko giggled as I nodded in reply.
Thankfully, the boys were finally able to cut off the annoying underhand serve with a successful synchronized attack, landing the ball right next too the server too prove their point.
With that, Nishi immediately whirled around, pointing at me with a smug grin on his face.
"NO MORE LEVI!" he cheered as I groaned and fell against Kiyoko.
"TECHNICALLY I DIDN'T PROMISE ANYTHING!" I yelled back, earning a playful glare from him. "I'm going too perish."
-
"SUGAAAA!" I cooed, watching as Suga subbed in to serve for Tsukkishima. He looked completely calm despite us being at match point, and walked onto the court with confidence.
He took a deep breath, serving the ball right too where their setter was and shaking up the opponent. Naturally, they set their ace who's hit was perfectly received by Asahi.
Suga wound up setting the ball, and Tanaka shot a fairly tight cut shot in front of Tsubakihara's blockers. Unfortunately, it was picked up and slammed back onto Karasuno's side.
Daichi managed too recover it, getting the ball to Kageyama who set a quick attack for Hinata. Somehow, Tsubakihara managed too get it up once again, and their captain slammed the ball against Kageyama's block.
The ball went sailing to the back, looking like it might fall before Suga absolutely BEASTED through, sending the ball right back to the court.
"GOOOOO!" the boys on the bench yelled, watching intently as Hinata managed too fake out Tsubakihara's middle blocker.
However, the other two caught on, but simply couldn't get up in time too stop Asahi from slamming the ball onto the ground.
The whistle echoed through the air, mingling with the cheers of our team as the stadium erupted with applause.
"THEY DID IT! THEY MADE IT PAST THE FIRST ROUND!" I cheered, pumping my fists in the air as the boys all ran onto the court in celebration.
~Third Person~
While the Karasuno boys celebrated their victory in the main stadium, a certain Fukurodani captain was already in his 'sad mode'.
"Hey! Cheer up already!" Komi, the libero, exclaimed while slapping the captain on the back.
"B-but, I wanted to play in the main arena!" he whined, sulking as the entire team deadpanned.
"It's bigger over there! And there's more people! It's not fair!" he sobbed, earning many disapproving head shakes from his teammates.
Of course, Akaashi immediately began to analyze the situation. Last year at nationals, Fukurodani wound up playing very late in the evening and they had trouble keeping their ace motivated back then to.
However, last year they had a certain girl who's very presence could lift the mood of anyone and everyone around her.
But this year, she was back in the main arena celebrating with Karasuno high.
"NISHIII! YOU'RE SUCH A BADASS!" she wailed, running onto the court after the game and tackling her boyfriend.
"I KNOW RIGHT! I TOTALLY DESTROYED THAT GUYS SERVE!" he cheered, filling up his own ego.
"Would you two get off the floor? You'll make us look bad!" the captain scolded, standing over the pair as they burst out laughing.
"DAICHI, YOU LOOK LIKE EREN YEAGER IN TITAN FORM RIGHT NOW!" the girl cackled as she rolled around on the floor.
"HEYYY, YOU KNOW WHO ELSE HE LOOKS LIKE?" the libero asked, eyeing the girl skeptically as she clasped her hands over her mouth.
"NO! Don't make me suffer!" she begged, covering her face.
"L-E-V-I!" the libero teased, poking her hands as she groaned and started too roll away from him.
"You're so mean," she sobbed, stoping once she rolled her way onto the court.
"Y/N! Get back here!" Daichi demanded, stomping his foot as she peaked through her hands.
"Tell Nishi to let me talk about Levi Ackerman!" she begged, clasping her hands together.
"Nishinoya, get her back here," the captain instructed, looking to the boy who kneeled on the floor.
"No! She talks about Levi more then she talks about me," he whined, crossing his arms as the girl simply nodded her head in agreement.
"Hey, it's not my fault he's hot," she giggled, earning a glare and immediately covering her mouth.
"See!" he whined to the captain once more.
"You're both hopeless," the captain sighed, giving up on the two and going over to try and control the rest of his children.
"Y/N, come backkkk," Noya whined, stretching his arms out as she looked up at the ceiling.
"Whose Y/N? I only know the girl who isn't allowed to speak of her true love!" she exclaimed, crossing her arms and pouting.
"Pssh, I don't remember saying you couldn't speak about me," he snickered, standing up and running over to her.
"Oi! Paws off meanie head!" she scolded, kicking her legs which the libero had grabbed onto.
"Nope," he teased, dragging her across the court and back towards the team with her hair dragging behind her.
"Hey! I am not a mop! Who are you, Cardi B?" she asked, earning a confused look from the boy.
"Ugh, so uncultured," she sighed, sitting up and clearing her throat. "Get a bucket and a MOP! That's some wet ass pu-"
"Y/N THERE ARE CHILDREN AROUND!" Noya exclaimed, covering her mouth and pointing too the ginger who looked up his favourite setter.
"You're ruining all of my fun today!" she wailed, laying back down and pulling her phone out.
"Uh, what are you doing?" Nishinoya asked, bending down and trying to look at her phone as she pulled it away from him.
"I'm definitely not reading fan fictions about he who I cannot name," she spoke sarcastically, shaking her head.
"I'm handing you over too the beast titan."
"You WOULDN'T!"
"Watch me!"
