《Here She Goes (Nishinoya x Reader)》The Superior Second Year✔︎

The sun reached through the gap in my curtains, rudely awakening me from my slumber.
"Y/N! Get up, you'll be late!" my oh so lovely mother yelled from downstairs. Instead of answering, I simply groaned in return, lifting my head and glaring at the rays of sun.
"Rude," I muttered, rolling over and toppling off the side of my bed. "You're kidding." I picked my body up and groggily wandered into the washroom.
I did my morning routine per usual; brushed my teeth and h/c hair, washed my face and then proceeded to put on my school uniform.
Today was my first day attending a new school; Karasuno High. I'd just moved from Tokyo with my Mother, so this was a big change for me. Not that I cared too much, but I would miss my friends from Fukurodani Academy.
I looked at the uniform which hung on the back of my door and groaned. Although it wasn't the worst uniform in the world, I knew I'd be uncomfortable. It had white button up and a pale brown sweater vest with a dark blue skirt. Then to top it all off, it had a MASSIVE. MAROON. BOW.
What is this? Barbie life in a dream house?
I groaned and put the uniform on, not bothering with the bow and simply shoving it into my wine coloured backpack instead. If I got in trouble, I'd simply put it on. Or not 😏🤏🏼.
"Morning Madre," I called as I thundered down the stairs and galavanted into the kitchen, being greeted by a plate of bacon and pancakes. My eyes lit up with stars as I dashed over to the plate and immediately began stuffing my face.
(I FIXED THE 'MADRE' SINCE I SPELLED IT WRONG THE FIRST TIME IM SORRY)
"Honestly, you eat more then any teenage boy I've ever met," she groaned, smacking the back of my head as I glared back at her.
"It's FOOD! Why wouldn't I?" I asked, my words being muffled by the combination of bacon and pancakes in my mouth. She simply rolled her eyes and left the room.
"You know you love me😌 " I thought as she left.
Soon after I finished eating, I stuffed ten bucks into my pocket from the 'Y/N's money' jar. This was a jar which held ALL my money. Whether it was from chores, birthdays, holidays or whatever, it was in there. My mother said this was so she knew what I was spending it on, but let's be real. She also knows I'm to stupid to be able to get my hands on anything illegal.

"BYE MOTHER!" I screeched as I slung my bag over my shoulders and slipped a pair of white airforces over my stocking feet.
"GOOD RIDDANCE!" she yelled back as I stuck my tongue out at the camera in our front hallway.
As I stepped out onto our porch, I looked up the road to see a young boy wearing a similar uniform to mine wizzing past on his bike. He had bright orange hair and appeared to be fairly small, no taller then 5'5. Not that I'm one to judge.
"HEY! GINGER! WAIT UP!" I yelled at him as I sped down the front steps and grabbed my electric scooter from the front lawn. (gotta ride in style👊🏻) The boy stopped in his tracks and turned to look at me with a puzzled look on his face.
"Hey?" he asked quizzically as I sped towards him.
"Do you go to Karasuno?" I asked as I matched his distance and stopped next to him.
"Yea! I'm a first year. Shoyo Hinata!" he exclaimed, raising one fist into the air.
"Sick, I'm Y/N L/N, second year. But you can call me her highness," I announced proudly.
"A second year?! Cool!" he gasped starry eyed, ignoring my comment about obviously being royalty.
"Eh I guess. Anyways, could you show me the way? I'm new there and don't exactly know what I'm supposed to be doing," I said sheepishly, rubbing the back of my head.
"Of course! Keep up if you can!" he exclaimed, speeding away from me on his little bike. I scoffed in a sarcastic tone and immediately chased after him, zipping down hills and around corners until we arrived in front of a huge plot of land.
"Woah," I breathed as I looked at the school. It was made up of multiple large buildings and was surrounded by a large metal gate.
"Well Y/N, welcome to Karasuno high! Home of the crows!" Hinata announced as he glided into the school yard and stopped in front of a bike rack.
"Why thank you kind sir," I said in a mocking tone as I bowed before him, quickly shoving my scooter into the rack and locking it.
"Hey! I'm supposed to meet my friend Kageyama in the gym for an early practice! You could come and we could show you around after!" Hinata announced as I followed him through the campus, looking around at the large bodies which towered over me.

"Meh, why not. What are you practicing?" I asked as he led to me towards a medium sized white building with two large metal doors.
"VOLLEYBALL!" he yelled excitedly, slamming the doors open and marching on in like he owned the place. (Let's be honest he kind does😗)
"KAGEYAMA!!" he screeched, earning a death glare from a tall boy with slick black hair and deep blue eyes.
"Woah, where'd he come from? The nether?" I asked sarcastically, spiking an excited squeal from Hinata.
"YOU PLAY MINECRAFT??" he asked excitedly to which I nodded.
"Of course I do. I'm not just some idiot," I scoffed as the tall boy looked at me with his judgemental eyes.
"Hinata, I thought Ukai said you're not supposed to bring strangers by anymore," Kageyama scoffed as he picked up one of the volleyballs and spun it in his hands.
"And I thought coach said you're not supposed to pick on me as much!" Hinata retorted, trying to defend his actions. I smirked and leaned against the back wall, watching their bickering unfold as a few more figures appeared in the doorway.
The first, a tall boy with black hair and deep brown eyes. The second had grey hair and a soft smile on his face as he watched the argument in front of me.
The third was fairly tall, and had a buzz cut and a stupid smirk on his face as he nudged the small boy next to him. The small boy was just barely taller then me, and had a small tuff of hair at the front of his head dyed blonde.
"DAICHIIIII! HELP ME!" Hinata screeched as he ran towards the tall boy with brown hair.
"What is it now? I thought I told you freaks to quit arguing like this!" Daichi exclaimed as the ginger cowered behind him, and the other three broke out into laughter.
"Hinata we really need to toughen you up!" the kid with the buzz cut exclaimed as he slapped Hinata on the back, startling him.
"I am tough!" Hinata scowled as Daichi dragged Kageyama away, taking notice to my figure leaning against the wall.
"Hinata?" he asked, "who's your friend?"
"How do you know she's with me?!" the tangerine gasped, clearly offended as I began to laugh at his actions.
"Because you bring someone by everyday," Daichi stated, crossing his arms as I pushed off the wall and walked towards the boys.
"Y/N L/N! Second year, but you can call me her highness!" I exclaimed as buzz cut and tiny burst out into laughter.
"Hinata! The people you bring by get more interesting each day!" baldy exclaimed as he pretended to wipe a tear and extended his hand to me.
"Ryūnosuke Tanaka, second year as-well," he announced as I took his hand and shook it firmly.
"Yuu Nishinoya, I'm the superior second year!" he added, also shaking my hand.
"Alright, baldy, shorty, escort me to my class!" I instructed, walking between the two towards the door.
"HEYYYY! I thought I was supposed to be your guide!" Hinata whined as he broke free from Daichi's grasp and sprinted towards me.
"Well you were but it appears you have better things to do," I scoffed, crossing my arms and glaring at Kageyama.
"Don't mind him! Shorty's jealous he's not in the same year as the pretty girl," Tanaka teased as him and Nishinoya stood on either side of me and gloated.
"You realize I can literally look down on two of you, right?" Hinata asked as Nishinoya and I gasped dramatically and almost on cue, dashed towards him.
"What was that ginger?" I gasped, grabbing his t-shirt and shaking him back and forth.
"Yea! Get him her highness!" Nishinoya exclaimed as he ran behind Hinata and kicked him in his lower back.
"Haha! Oh man, you never learn do ya shorty?" Tanaka gasped through laughs as a TERRIFYING Daichi appeared behind Hinata, sending a death glare our way.
"Put the child down," he thundered, scaring Nishinoya and I enough to jump back, toppling over onto Tanaka.
"Alright, you three get out of here! Daichi and I have to have a talk with the first years," the boy with grey hair exclaimed as Tanaka, Nishinoya and I scrambled to our feet.
"Sir, yes sir!" I exclaimed, saluting to the four before grabbing onto my fellow second years and sprinting out of the gym.
