Rose got herself ready for the date. A simple hairstyle. Her hair laid straight on her and then a fancy sort of dress.
She found Fred in the kitchen, waiting for her.
"That looks like an outfit you would wear to a meeting, Rose." Ron joked.
"Just because I look better than you." She told Ron.
"Come on love." Fred said.
Rose and Fred ended up going to a pretty fancy muggle resteraunt.
It took a bit for Rose to explain to Fred what everything did. In the end, they finished their meal and were waiting for their desert. However, when she turned to him, he was on one knee facing her. Instantly causing her to blush.
"Fred..." She looked at him.
"Rose, we both want to start a family, I really think starting off with marraige is a great idea." He told her. "I just really want to start everything, and therefore I wish to marry the love of my life. Do you accept my offer?" He asked. Rose looked at the ring she had been offered. It was a gold ring with a diamond but that wasn't what she cared about. She found herself crying as she nodded, kissing him as she lent to his height. She and Fred stood, kissing still. When they moved apart, he took her hand and put the ring on her finger. Instantly, the muggles began cheering at Fred's offer.
The waitress came over, giving them both some cake and some ice cream. She smiled at them.
"This is for free, as a celebration from us about your proposal." She smiled. Rose thanked the woman as they ate.
They soon walked out and Fred suggested they should go to Harry and tell him first about the whole thing since he was family. She of course agree'd and they went to the Dursleys household. Although Harry was 15 now, he was still stuck with the Dursleys. Fred seemed confused, but followed Rose through the identical houses. Rose knocked on the door and was greeten by Petunia. Of course Rose still hadn't packed her stuff so she had to do that too. The door opened to Petunia.

"Ah, Rose, what can we do for you?" She asked.
"Wanted to speak to you and Harry, then I need to clean out my room." She smiled.
"Come on in." Petunia said, walking to the living room with them. Fred and Rose sat together as the two teenage boy's walked in. Dudley instantly hugging her before sitting down. Harry was confused why she was there.
"Ok so we wanted to tell you... Me and Fred are engaged." She smiled, putting her hand forewards to show the ring.
"We're so proud of you Rose." Petunia smiled.
They spoke a bit before they all decided to go up to watch Rose pack. Everyone was in the room when Rose said she wouldn't be doing it by hand. Vernon hated magic but was amazed as thing's floated around the room into her bags. They said goodbye to everyone and Harry before heading to Sirius's home to tell them.
They called everyone into the sitting room, waiting for everyone before Fred decided it was time to tell everyone.
"Okay, so you may know Rose want's to start a family really soon." Fred spoke.
"Please don't be saying you're pregnant." Molly said, looking at Rose.
"Wait, are you pregnant?" Remus asked.
"Hold up, are they true?" Sirius asked.
"NO! We aren't pregnant. We don't plan to get pregnant till we're around 18. Close to the end of our Hogwarts year." Rose explained.
"So what's the announcement for?" Ron asked.
"Uh, well, I proposed to Rose." Fred spoke.
"Did you say yes?" Sirius asked her. She nodded.
"Have you informed your brother?" Remus asked, taking her hand in his, looking at her ring. "That's a beautiful ring Fred." Remus spoke.
"She deserves it." Fred smiled, kissing Rose again.
"When do you plan to get married?" Arthur asked.
"I was thinking about this Christmas." Fred looked at Rose.
"I think that would be wonderful." She smiled at Fred.
"I'll get something thought of. How about the wedding at Hogwarts?" Dumbledore asked, walking in.
"Sound's amazing." Rose smiled.

Rooms of the Desolate
Rooms of the Desolate is a collection of short stories designed to guide the reader through the many rooms and mysteries of the bleak and greyscale labyrinth of the Desolate. The first entry, "The Forever Tower" follows an unnamed wanderer climbing an endless, colourless tower; the only world they have ever known. As they slowly ascend alongside the masses, they consider the nature of their world and look to the corridors as temptation beckons. The second entry, "Production Line", follows an engineer in a boundless factory, who encounters a product that does not wish to bow to the overseers and makes them question their belief in the truth and duties they were made to believe. Content guidelines: Current entries do not include explicit profanity, but future entries may do so, hence the presence of that tag. Some entries do include gore and violence, though not currently to particularly extreme degrees. The Desolate is exactly that: a desolate world; as such, it is bleak, downtrodden, and may deal with mental struggles. Cover art credit: Adam Borkowski on Pexels.
