"I'm pregnant and it's yours!"

Taehyung's muscles went tense, a sudden feeling of dread blooming in his chest. "W-what?" He stammered, eyes wide.

"It's true." Jennie sighed, her expression showed no change at that moment, the glint in her eye shining brightly as her arms clutched tighter around her stomach. Taehyung abruptly stood up, hands slightly trembling.

"No, you're lying, aren't you? This has to be some joke. I- I've never slept with you before!" Taehyung cried, and with that statement, he saw how Jennie's pink lips flickered a smirk before it returned to her normal expression.

Jennie stood up herself. "Do you remember the party I held in January?" She began, Taehyung furrowed his brows but nodded very slowly.

"Remember when you woke up in a bed the morning after?" Jennie continued, holding in her expression by biting her lip.

Taehyung looked lost, he glanced down to the floor before looking up at Jennie again. "What-?"

Jennie's hand trailed up her chest, grabbing onto her necklace and holding it by the golden chain. "Do you know why this looks so familiar to you?"

A gasp left Taehyung's lips when he saw the piece of jewellery, memories flashed back, a hand flew over his mouth. Taehyung stumbled back a bit, a heavy feeling in his stomach from the realisation.

"That- that doesn't count! I was drunk and that was a couple of months ago. How do you even know it's mine?" Taehyung gasped out, voice quivering.

Jennie's face was rigid. She breathed in. "Taehyung, you're the only person I've slept with in a long while. Look!" Jennie stretched the material of her sweatshirt over her stomach to show that she did indeed have a baby bump.

Taehyung looked at her stomach, eyes as big as saucers, and then back at Jennie. Gulping, the boy stepped a little closer towards the girl, pressing a hand against her stomach.

Jennie let out a soft smile and placed her hand over Taehyung's as she felt the warmth of his hand. A few moments later, Taehyung quickly pulled his hand away, heart beating rapidly as he tried to form a sentence.

"Are y-you gonna keep it then?"

Jennie blinked at the boy for a few seconds before nodding frantically. "Of course I am! This is our child we're talking about."

"I- I- what am I supposed to do about this?" Taehyung let out, sitting back down on his bed but his mind flickered back to his boyfriend. "Jeongguk would understand! I- I'll tell him about it and we- we can figure something out-"

"No, that's not what's gonna happen," Jennie spoke lowly, taking a couple of steps towards Taehyung. Her expression suddenly changed, shifting to match the sinister glint in her eye, it was a jarring change. Taehyung gulped, feeling a little unsettled by that.

"In fact, you're breaking up with him." Jennie gave a fiendish smile.

Taehyung's eyes widened again, he watched how Jennie's smile turned into a smirk which shocked him. A feeling of dread began to bubble up viciously in Taehyung's chest, mouth agape. "What?"

"I said you're breaking up with him," Jennie repeated, her smirk yet to falter, in fact, it morphed into a sinister grin, her supposed innocent persona was slowly vanishing for a reason unknown to Taehyung. "I want our child to have a father figure in their life, think about their sake, Taehyung!" Jennie cried. "That's why I need you to break up with Jeongguk."

Taehyung blinked. "Jennie- I- even if this kid is mine, I'm not breaking up with Jeongguk! We can figure something out where I can be in their life while I'm still with Jeongguk." He cried, eyes shining with desperation. "You can't make me break up with him!"

Jennie giggled, tucking a tuft of hair behind her ear. "Oh? But I can." Her voice sent chills down Taehyung's spine, almost scaring him but before he could say anything, he saw Jennie take out her phone from her pocket.

There was a deathly silence between them as Jennie tapped on her phone, with every second that passed, the dread that was building up within Taehyung was doubling in size.

"Still think I can't do anything, Taehyung?" Jennie challenged, showing Taehyung her phone and the moment she did, the boy swore he felt his heart stop.

It was a picture of Jeongguk. Naked. When they had sex in the theatre hall.

Taehyung's mouth went completely dry as he saw Jennie swipe her finger across the screen, showing more and more pictures and videos of the boy which made Taehyung's stomach horribly contort.

Jennie brought her phone away, bitterly laughing at Taehyung's expression. She held her hand on her hip, looking at her phone. "It'd be such a shame if these photos, you know, got posted online for anyone to see. That would surely ruin your little boyfriend's chances of getting anywhere in life." Jennie giggled, her voice set in a mocking tone.

Words couldn't describe the emotions that were coursing through Taehyung's body, he was still in absolute shock with a nauseating feeling spreading all over. He felt sick, absolutely sick. He clenched his jaw. "Where did you get that-?"

"I mean look at him, he looks like a complete slut with his legs spread out like that and naked." Jennie smugly remarked before perking up. "Ooh! I also have a photo of him after you guys finished, you should see him! He looked like such a whore covered in his own-"

"What the fuck did you just call him?" Taehyung growled, fists clenched so hard that his nails were digging into his palm. Jennie paused, looking at Taehyung before a series of giggles escaped her lips, to the point that she was just laughing out loud, her body hunched over as she tried to contain herself.

As she was laughing, Taehyung noticed her phone was hanging from her hand and tried to grab it but Jennie's reflexes were quick enough to get her to back away, still laughing at him, taunting him.

"Even if you were able to delete those photos off my phone, I have a whole bunch of copies of them elsewhere. Don't fucking test me." Jennie warned, her dry laughter ringing in Taehyung's ears which was nothing but infuriating. "If you don't want these photos to see the light of day, you're gonna have to do exactly what I say."

Taehyung glared at the girl before him, the way that she was speaking about Jeongguk sent his blood boiling. "Why the hell are you doing this? I- I know that you're pregnant and everything but I can be in the baby's life while staying with Jeongguk! I don't need to break up with him!"

"Yes, you are, Taehyung. I don't care what you fucking think, this is for our child." Jennie spat, eyes glinting and Taehyung pursed his lips.

"This- this is illegal, Jennie! You're literally blackmailing me, I'll call the police on you if I have to." Taehyung tried to reason, but he heard Jennie chuckle.

"So? Do that and I'll post those photos of your slutty little boyfriend all over the internet. Go on, I dare you-"

"He's not a fucking slut!" Taehyung roared, seething in anger. He stood up once more. "Jeongguk- he- he's my baby, he's someone who cares for everyone around him and he deserves the fucking world! I love him, okay?"

Jennie's face fell for a slight moment before she threw on a smirk again. "Then if you love him, you're gonna have to break up with him and follow my instructions." She sneered, the innocent facade she had up was completely gone, it was nowhere to be seen.

"Unless you want these photos to-" Jennie continued but cut herself off when she saw how Taehyung's jaw was clenched, along with his fists, how he was practically shaking in rage, eyes dark and frightening. He looked as though he was about to snap but Jennie raised a brow, not looking bothered by it at all.

"I wouldn't suggest doing anything harmful to me if that's what you're thinking. If you do, you'd be known as that person who'd hurt a pregnant woman." Jennie's smug grin remained and saw how Taehyung's features immediately softened at her words, he hung his head low, dark curls drooping.

"I- I wasn't going to-"

"Good." Jennie smiled, crossing her arms. "That makes things easier for us now, doesn't it?" She sighed and saw Taehyung's fallen expression.

"Aw, it'll be okay." Jennie slowly spoke, her voice sickeningly sweet which made Taehyung's body shudder. "If you want to save your little boyfriend's dignity and his chances in life, you better do exactly what I tell you to do."

Taehyung kept his head low as he listened to Jennie's mocking words, eyes big. "Here's what you're going to do, you're going to break up with Jeongguk as soon as you can, and then tomorrow-" Jennie inhaled deeply, wickedly smiling to herself.

"You're going to make me your girlfriend. Announce it to anyone, everyone. I don't care."

Taehyung quickly glanced up at Jennie, his mouth hung open in shock. "You- you want me to break up with Jeongguk and get into a relationship with you?"

Jennie nodded, crossing her arms. "I need a responsible father figure for our child! We need to get together for the baby! We'd have to tell everyone that we're pregnant too."

Taehyung couldn't believe the words that were coming out of Jennie's mouth, he was conflicted. He didn't know what to do. When he looked into Jennie's eyes he saw the glint, how it brilliantly shone.

It was sinister, fucking sinister. Taehyung soon realised what it meant, the whole time, Jennie was merely putting up an innocent front. She never had good intentions, whenever she was allegedly happy for him and Jeongguk, that was all a lie. He remembered the glint he saw in her eye.

He realised that Jennie's entire persona was a lie. That the glints were just her true colours trying to seep through.

"Oh, and if you try to tell anyone about this, just know that I'll post those photos of Jeongguk without a second thought," Jennie warned, looking up at Taehyung who had an array of emotions displayed on his face.

"If you break up with Jeongguk and get together with me for the baby, his photos will be safe and sound, never to be seen." Jennie made a gesture before bringing out her hand for Taehyung to shake. "So, do we have a deal-?"

Jennie was cut off when she and Taehyung heard a sudden knock on the door, then followed by a small voice.

"Taehyungie?"

Taehyung's eyes widened when he recognised who it was from and was about to go and open the door but suddenly was pushed onto the bed where Jennie slotted herself onto his lap. Taehyung made a sound of confusion but was interrupted by Jennie crashing her lips onto his, the second she did, the door opened, revealing Jeongguk.

"Why did you leave-?" Jeongguk paused when he saw the scene before him, stomach turning, heart sinking. The boy clasped a hand over his mouth, his eyes welling up with tears.

Taehyung was in too much in shock to realise what was happening and so he didn't push Jennie off, he was frozen in his spot with his eyes wide open. Jennie held onto his face harshly as she kissed him, one eye opening to peer at Jeongguk, who was in an absolute state of shock, tears streaming down his face.

"S-sorry for interrupting you t-two." Jeongguk's voice quivered before he rushed out of the room, slamming the door behind him and Jeongguk's voice seemed to be what caused Taehyung to come to his senses. He harshly pushed Jennie off of him, wiping his lips with the back of his hand.

"What the fuck did you just do?" Taehyung shouted, a vein popping in his neck and he saw how Jennie scoffed, sitting back on his lap.

"I don't take 'no' for an answer and you would've regretted it anyway, I basically just saved your boyfriend's career." Jennie spat, her nimble fingers dancing along Taehyung's shoulders which made the boy shiver.

Taehyung looked at the girl in disbelief, he tried to get up to run after Jeongguk but Jennie stopped him by kissing him once more, her lips moving harsh and rough against Taehyung's. Not at all like Jeongguk's.

Jennie pulled away a couple of seconds later, throwing her arms over Taehyung's shoulders with a smug grin on her face. "Do I need to remind you? Try anything and those photos will soon be all over the internet. I wouldn't dare to push it if I were you."

Taehyung didn't say anything, he merely looked down with a defeated look on his face before he felt Jennie's lips on his again, feeling her hands grab onto his shoulders roughly. The boy stayed seated on the bed, letting Jennie kiss him while he didn't respond, his eyes open.

That was when Taehyung realised that he was truly stuck, if he wanted to protect Jeongguk, he had to break up with him. Fuck- this was all so confusing to Taehyung, it made his head spin. He loved Jeongguk so much but his future was in danger, Taehyung wouldn't want to imagine what would happen if those photos got out, how it would impact Jeongguk's career.

He felt Jennie's leg suddenly poke at his side, presumably because he wasn't kissing back. With a heavy heart, Taehyung reluctantly did so, that telling Jennie that he would do what she told him. Jennie smirked into the kiss before pulling apart for a moment. "Good choice." She smiled before harshly pulling Taehyung into another kiss.

All Taehyung was thinking about Jeongguk, he barely even tried to kiss Jennie back, even if he was, it was with no emotions or feelings, having another person on his mind. This was for Jeongguk. If that's what it took to protect him and his future then so be it.

Jeongguk.

Jeongguk paced down the streets with tears still streaming down his face, eyelashes damp as silent sobs escaped his lips. He didn't know where he was going but he just needed to get away from whatever just happened. The boy managed to throw on a sweater and shoes before heading out, too devastated to think about his outfit choice.

Eventually, Jeongguk managed to spot the coffee shop he always went to, around the corner. He sniffled, taking a turn and entering the shop, still looking like an utter mess but he didn't care.

Luckily, the shop was relatively empty, only having a few customers who were sipping on their beverage in peace. The familiar scent of coffee filled Jeongguk's nostrils before he rushed to a random booth, hastily sitting down and resting his head and arms on the wooden table.

The moment Jeongguk did, another string of sobs ripped past his lips, being muffled by his face being pressed against the table. Jeongguk never thought he would ever be so cliched, to find his boyfriend allegedly cheating on him and run out to cry in a coffee shop.

Jeongguk honestly didn't want to believe his eyes during that moment, Taehyung was cheating on him? That didn't seem like him at all but he knew what he saw, his eyes weren't deceiving him. The boy thought back to everything Taehyung told him, that he was nothing like Namjoon, that he could trust him

Was that all a lie then?

His sobs grew louder, probably disrupting the other people in the store and earning him dirty looks but he couldn't care less. A million thoughts and memories were racing past his mind, his mind flickering back to all the times he and Taehyung had, it was just earlier today when he had confessed his love for him and for what? To cheat on him a bit after?

This reminded him exactly of Namjoon, Taehyung seemed to be no different from him despite all the things he said. More tears escaped Jeongguk's eyes, dampening his sleeves. He felt a horrible pit in his stomach, it growing in size with every sob, ripping through Jeongguk's insides, to the point that-

"Jeongguk?" A familiar voice called out, then he felt a hand on his shoulder. Sniffling, Jeongguk slowly lifted his head up, his vision fogged from the tears so all he saw was a figure. He blinked a couple of times, his vision clearing after a few moments and recognised the figure to be-

"J-Jisoo?" The boy let out weakly, teary-eyed, he hadn't talked to her in a while. Jisoo immediately gasped when she had a good look at the boy and sat right next to Jeongguk, rubbing his back in a soothing manner.

"Jeongguk? What's wrong? Why are you crying?" She panicked, eyes wide. Jeongguk didn't say anything and just buried his head in his arms and continued sobbing, too upset to utter out any words.

"Jeongguk?" She tried once more but saw how the boy wasn't responding, too immersed in his own sadness to pay attention. Jisoo had a frown on her face but she soon perked up.

"Wait, hold on-" She said before Jeongguk felt her hand off his back and then the sound of her footsteps fading away. Jeongguk sighed and lazily flopped his arms onto his head where scrunched his brown locks in his fingers.

There were so many things racing through Jeongguk's head, he didn't know what to fucking think because a part of him wanted to believe he didn't see Taehyung practically making out with some other girl but he knew deep down that what he saw was real.

A little while later, Jeongguk's sobs had died down as he heard a small 'thud' on the table and felt Jisoo's hand placed onto his back again. She reached over to pull Jeongguk's hands off of himself and lift his head up, giving him a gentle smile.

"I got you some banana milk and cookies, come on. Eat up." Jisoo patted Jeongguk's cheek. The boy sighed and properly lifted his head up, his elbows still on the table.

Jeongguk's cheeks were puffy and damp, tear paths weaved onto them with the rims of his eyes and the tip of his nose being bright red. He looked hesitant at first but he eventually grabbed a cookie off the plate, nibbling on it.

Jisoo pressed her palms against Jeongguk's cheek to wipe his tears off, sighing. "What's wrong, Jeongguk? Why were you crying?" She softly asked, taking off her hat from her uniform.

Jeongguk shook his head, wiping the remains of his tears. "D-don't you worry about me, I thought you would have work." He let out, voice shaking and Jisoo scoffed.

"There's practically nobody here, my co-worker's on her phone and I have no work to do besides cleaning up later. Talk to me, what happened?" Jisoo crossed her arms on the table, her scarlet locks spilling onto her arms.

Jeongguk pursed his lips, should he tell Jisoo? He could really go on a long rant about what happened and Jisoo seemed willing enough to listen but first, he would have to tell her a brief summary of the whole story. Jeongguk sighed.

"R-remember when I got put into theatre?" Jeongguk began and saw how Jisoo nodded, tracing her finger along the patterns of her hat.

"Well, I- I met someone and-"

Jeongguk then went on to briefly tell Jisoo about his ex and what happened before and then about him and Taehyung, (obviously leaving out some of the more personal details) the girl listened closely, nodding along and laughing at some parts of the story.

Gradually, Jeongguk felt better as he poured out more and more of his emotions, getting them out to Jisoo who was more than ready to listen. Eventually, he got to the part where he saw Taehyung making out with some girl, he was yet to recognise her face.
