Words of wisdom, she needed that.
Power to have courage, she cried for that.
Peace with her well being, she craved for that.
You know the only thing that made her feel wisdom was when she held the pen between her fingers.
The only thing that made her feel courageous was when she took paint and created an artwork anywhere possible.
The only thing that gave her peace was being alone.
Times changed, she changed and everything changed.
Everytime she held her pen, it was just a waste of ink.
Everytime she created something, her artworks seemed unfinished.
And everytime she was alone, she felt suicidal.
No one knew the cause.
No one seemed to care.
Even when she seeked for help, they turned oblivious.
Till the day she decided to take her own life.

Days flew by after the incident. I was avoiding my mom and Jason at all costs, my room was always locked and I had taught myself the habit of climbing in and out the window. To be honest, I haven't used the door for days.
I got out the shower and dried myself up. I put on a wife beater, some sweatpants and my slides. My phone vibrated, I took it to see a text from Orlando.
Lando😎🙇🏽♂️: I'm outside man, hurry the fuck up!
Shane: I'm coming man, damn! You always moody and shit.
Lando😎🙇🏽♂️: I swear to God I'll leave your ass.
Shane: Two seconds.
Lando😎🙇🏽♂️: Bet.
I took my wallet and went out the window. I headed straight to Orlando's car. He was going to buy me food since he lost on a bet we had. Yeah we've been hanging out a lot more and he's cool. "Would you ever tell me why you don't like using the door?", he asked raising an eyebrow. I just looked at him and laughed. "Just drive man", I said. The ride was chilled and calming.

Orlando had put on some Bryson Tiller, you already know I was deep in thoughts. "We here bro", he said. We were outside a fancy looking restaurant, I looked at Orlando to see him smiling. "This looks fancy!", I exclaimed. "I know, come on", he said getting out the car. "At least you the one paying", I smiled hard.
We got in and ordered takeaways, while waiting for our order Orlando's phone rang and he got up to go answer it. After about five minutes our order was ready and Orlando was still on that phone call.
He got a whole bunch of bitches and he calls them 'family', mad crazy I know. I went to the car and decided to log into Instagram. I had tons of likes and new followers but one caught my attention. started following you, as I was about to click on the account Orlando got in the car.
"I'm sorry about that", he said looking frustrated. He then started the car and off we went. "It's all good", I said putting my phone in my pocket. "Family?", I asked. "Yeah, but family family this time, I know what you thinking." "I wasn't thinking anything honestly", I said laughing.
"Seems like you need this", I said lighting up a fresh rolled joint. "Man, you are life!", he said cheesing hard. "I know right", I smirked.

The Cyclical Nature of Time
A girl’s life ends unexpectedly early, or so it would seem. Instead of eternal nothingness, she wakes up in an empty valley with no clue how she got there. Taking her predicament in stride, she sets out to do something about it. Unfortunately for her, the first couple of people she meets aren’t much help. They claim they haven’t heard of electricity and dress as if they were on a break from their job at a Viking-themed amusement park. MC is a somewhat normal girl. She's pragmatic and not very angsty. The story is tagged with anti-hero, but to be clear, she is not a villain. She does good if she can, she just isn't morally motivated to do so. The story starts out smelling of fantasy but will eventually shift towards sci-fi. It contains some supernatural elements and has a strong lead, but it is not your usual power trip. Expect a story that takes its time, but not to the point where entire chapters are spent on mindless chit-chat. I’m not into that. This is my first serious attempt at writing and I've learnt a lot writing this. Unfortunately, that shows. Chapter 1-10 is slow and rather pointless. Things get better, but it is not until chapter 25 or so that I began understanding how to structure chapters and to make them support the larger story. I publish about 3000 words a week (every sunday) but I write about 10000 words a week. Sticking to that pace, which is easy, the last chapter will be out by July.
