"Shouldn't never switched up on me.
Now all these niggas look up to me.
I'm up now so you know,
I don't pick up my phone.
I dance to my ringtone, yeah."
My alarm went off meaning It was my time to wake up. I literally fought the air, like damn I don't want to go to school. "Shanice!", my mom shouted. I rolled my eyes, "I'm up", I shouted back. I woke up and went to the bathroom to do my morning routine. After I was done, I wore some Eagle boxers and a black Nike sports bra.
Honestly I didn't feel like dressing up so I decided on some short blue capri jeans, a white t-shirt and a jean jacket, topped the look off with my white A1's. I still looked good. I brushed my fade and lastly, put on some cologne. I then took my bookbag and headed downstairs.
"Goodmorning", I said. "Goodmorning", Jason said with a smirk. "Morning baby, are you ready for your first day?", my mom asked. "Nah". I said bluntly making myself some cereal. "I also felt like that on my first day, you'll be good", Jason said. Nigga who the hell asked you? I mentally rolled my eyes while looking at the dude. He continued, "Plus Aquafina is the best school you can find around here". "Sounds cool", I said.
Honestly I could careless if the school was built by Barack Obama or Pi'erre Bourne went there too, I was just not in the mood generally. A horn was heard from outside. I got up, "I bet that's my ride, goodbye". I took an apple and left.
"Sup Blacky?", I said getting in his all black Range Rover. "Nice car you got here". "Yeah, I try Youngin', and I'm good. You ayt?", he asked looking at me. "Me? Oh I'm fine". "You don't sound sure though", he said. "Nah, for real. I'm Okay Blacky". He hummed an "Okay". After about 5 minutes or so he pulled up in some big building with a board written "Welcome To Aquafina High School". I guess this is it. I opened the door and hopped off. "Thanks for the ride, and I'll walk afterschool don't worry about me", I told Blacky.

"You sure?", he asked looking concerned. "Yeah I'm sure". "Ayt then, have fun", he said smirking. I closed the door and he sped off. I took a good look at my surroundings and saw some nosy students looking at me, I mugged them. Oh Lord, here I go!
I walked up to the office to get my schedule. "Uhm, excuse me Miss", I said to the lady on the front desk. "Hey honey. How can I help you?". "Uhm, I'm new here", I said rubbing the back of my neck nervously. "Ohh, you must be Shanice Williams?", she asked. "Yeah that's me". "Okay wait a second ", "here you go honey". "Thank you", I said to her.
"By the way I'm Mrs. Kimberly ", she said licking her lips and looking at me straight in the eyes. "Don't be shy to shout if you need anything", she smiled at me.
"Alright thanks, I'll keep that in mind ", I said about to walk out. "Wait and let me call someone to show you around ". I just nodded and stood there not knowing what to do. She took the phone and dialed up some numbers. "Yeah Mr Daniels, please send up Savannah to the office"...."No, she didn't do anything bad this time. I just want her to show the new student around". I just smirked. I bet this Savannah girl is a troublemaker. "She's coming now", Mrs. Kimberly said to me. I nodded signaling that I heard her.
After about 5 minutes some stud came into the office. I bet that's Savannah. She was tall, made a nigga feel small you know. She was light skinned, with brown eyes and had some clean short hair dyed blonde. No cap, she looked good. I bet I was staring so hard because I hadn't noticed that she was standing right in front of me. She waved her hand in my face, "Yow ma are you Okay?", she asked me. I just nodded. "Let's go", she said. I got up and waved goodbye to Mrs. Kimberly.

Once I got outside I noticed Savannah a short distance away from me. "Damn she fast ", I thought to myself. I ran up to catch up with her. She turned and looked at me, I stepped on her foot mistakenly. "Damn ma can you watch your steps!", she yelled. Seems like she's short tempered. "Can you say sorry or something? Or what, are you deaf nigga?", she asked annoyed. I'll just play with her ass for yelling at me. I looked at her and nodded my head.
"Oh man, I'm sorry, I didn't know. Well I'll go find Jay, she knows how to talk using hands and all. Really I'm so sorry, I don't know what got into me", she said with guilt all in her face. I burst out laughing. She scrunched her face and looked at me confused. "Yeah nigga that's what you get for yelling at me", I said still laughing. "Yow you had me feeling guilty for no reason", she said looking relieved.
"I'm Savannah but you can call me Avah", she said. "Nice to know you Avah, I'm Shane", I said dapping her up. "What's the full government nigga?", she asked. "Just Shane bro, full government is too expensive", I said smiling at her.
She really seems like really cool peeps. I thought to myself.

Lost Things
"In this disordered continent, where everyone seeks to be the heroes of their own tales, there are still some rooms for smaller stories to breathe." "Past, present, and future—keep your eyes open, and see where they lead you to." This story follows three housemates’ lives: Carson Calding, Virgil Barion, and John Salore—onto their adventures of finding Carson’s past, Virgil’s present, and John’s future. Despite their clashing backgrounds and circumstances that forced them together, they’re definitely going to find the things they had lost, for sure. Each entire chapter will be updated biweekly. There'll be three smaller parts per each chapter. Note that this story was written to be an interactive one, with polls at the end of each parts deciding on what happens next. Though, the polls for this story won't be available on Royal Road updates. (I also upload this in Arcane Odyssey forum, and it's currently the only place where I open the polls and use the poll results from.)
