"Look, Look, Look, here it comes!" Randy exclaims excitedly. There's only a handful of us here now as the party is slowing down. I'm currently lying in Stu's lap, half watching the film.
"Whoa, Ohh!"
I turned to see the gore on whatever film Randy had put on when we finished Hellraiser. "Why do they do that? The blood is all wrong. It's too red," I told them, getting all worked up. I loved horror films, but they made them too unrealistic.
"How can you watch this shit over and over?" Garrett asks us but is shushed by Randy, who was immersed in the film, "I wanna see Jamie Lee's breasts. When will we see Jamie Lee's breasts?"
I laughed at Randy's incredulous face. "Breasts? Not until 'Trading Places' in '83. Jamie was always the virgin in horror movies. She never showed her tits until she went legits."
I felt Stu kiss my ear as Santana scoffs at Randy, "Could of afford a decent pair."
Randy looked at her, shocked. "Wh-what did you say? That's why she always outsmarted the killer in the big chase scene at the end. Only virgins can do that, don't you know the rules?".
Stu looked confused as he twisted bits of my hair around his finger. "What rules?"
Randy shot up and looked at everyone wide-eyed, "Jesus Christ, You don't know the rules?!".
There was a murmur of no in the group. I was the only one who had replied yes, I'd heard the rules from Randy many times over the years.
Randy stood in front of the TV swaying a little from drowning his sorrows about Sid with more alcohol, and yes, I may have been enabling him a little by giving him shots of tequila.
"There are certain rules you must abide by in order to successfully survive a horror movie, for instance. #1 You can never have sex. Big no-no Big no-no."
I turned to Stu with a smile as I whispered, "Guess I broke that rule today" Stu smiled brightly before kissing me.
"Sex equals death, okay? #2 You can never drink or do drugs. No E sin factor. This is sin. It's an extension of number 1. #3 never, never ever under any circumstances do you ever say I'll be right back cause you won't be back" I downed the rest of my beer as Stu patted me to get up so we could get more.

"We're getting another beer; you want one?" Stu called to Randy taking my hand in his
"Yeah, sure" he nodded to us,
"We'll be right back!" I called to him jokingly
"Ooooo!!" Stu mocking laughed as he grabbed me around the waist.
"You push the laws, and you end up dead. I'll see you in the kitchen with a knife" Flipping him off, I squealed as I was pushed against the counter and attacked by Stu's mouth and hands.
I moaned as he kissed me, pushing his tongue into my mouth as the kiss grew more forceful. I threw my arms around his neck, pulling him closer.
Gripping the back of my thighs, Stu lifted me up and set me down on the counter before pushing his way between my legs and holding me tightly against him as we continued to make out.
Stu groaned, upset as I pushed him away and grabbing a beer smiling deviously at him. "I think you need to take care of your little friend," I whispered to him huskily and walked off back into the lounge, "Tease!"

Gale and Kenny are watching the monitor, still both straight face and uninterested "Errr... boring," Gale muttered, seeing the kids doing nothing except watching stupid films and drinking beer. There was a loud bang on the door of the van, scaring them both.
Gale slides the door open to see Dewey "The sheriff just radioed. Somebody just reported a car in the bushes down the road. I'm gonna go check it out. Would you care to join me?" Dewey asked her shyly, wanting to impress the news reporter.
Gale nodded quickly, hoping this would be something meaningful "I'd love to. If you're sure, it's alright?"
Dewey smiled coyly. "Ma'am, I'm the deputy of this town" Gale smiled brightly and couldn't help but feel fluttery whenever she was around Dewey.
"Be right back," She told Kenny, whose eyes widened at the 3rd rule the kid just told. Gale walked over to Dewey's car.
"excuse me, ma'am," Dewey said politely to the pretty woman as he blushed a little.
"Mhmm?" Gale turned smiling, seeing a flushed red-faced Dewey. It was cute.
"I thought maybe we'd walk. It's such a nice night out. I got a flashlight..." He turned the flashlight on and flashed it on his face.

"... You're not scared, are you?" Gale smiles sweetly at him, beginning to get used to his jokes and boyish smiles.
"No. All right," Dewey smiled widely and offered his arm to which Gale gladly took.
"Great. Do you know what that constellation is?" he asked, pointing up to the dark sky lit with stars. Gale shook her head, impressed by Dewey's knowledge.
"No, what is it?" Dewey looked at Gale seriously. "I don't know, that's why I was asking you" Gale laughed loudly, wondering when the last time she had laughed this much.

I sat watching Randy drunkenly mumble to Garrett about how Sidney should be with him instead of Billy with a humored smile. The kid was never going to give up.
Taking another sip of the weird cocktail Stu had made me, I grimaced at the salty taste in the drink but not wanting to seem ungrateful, I finished the drink as Stu kissed my head.
"Talking about relationships, what's going on here" Brittany questioned, turning to Stu and me with a devious smile from where she sat next to Santana, who gave the blonde cheerleader a gentle smile at her question.
I was sat in Stu's lap again as he was kissing down my neck, not caring that we were in a room full of other people who had yet to be told about our situation.
"We're together," I told her, simply not knowing how much more detail they wanted
"and Tatum?" she pushed with wide eyes, probably shocked that Tatum was here fighting for Stu.
Stu unstuck himself from my neck and looked at our friends, who were all looking at us. "I've like Kat for a long time but never told her because I didn't want to ruin our friendship," Stu said, making the girls squeal happily.
I looked at him with a soft smile. "I didn't want it to happen like this, and I didn't want to hurt Tatum, but she would have been upset anyway," I said, feeling bad for the absent blonde.
"Well, you look great together," Santana smirked as Stu started kissing my neck again. "Damn Kat, she's probably going to come after you tomorrow," raising my eyebrows at the latina.
I knew she was down for a fight; it's what made the two of us such good friends.
"I can handle Tatum, Don't worry about that," I told the girls, who both nodded at me.
"It's about time you put her back in her place," Satana tutted, rolling her eyes as Brittany bounced excitedly.
"The head cheerleader and the quarterback, it's like a fairytale," she squealed in her own ditzy nature. "Casey would have loved this" I felt Stu stiffen at my deceased best friend's name and got up, leaving the room.
I nodded sadly, knowing this was true. "Yeah, she would have," us girls all silenced in sadness, thinking about the girl we had lost.
"Look! Here comes the obligatory tit shot," and then Randy opened his mouth and ruined it along with the other guys in the room. "Yes! Oh! Beautiful! Lovely! Oh my god!".
The house phone starts to ring, and Randy crawls over to the TV where the phone was sitting. "Hello? Yeah? Holy Shit! No" Randy hangs up the phone slowly and turns to everyone in the room with a look of sadness on his face.
"Listen up! They found Principal Himbry dead. He was gutted and hung on the goal post on the football field" I gasped in shock; I'd only seen him earlier today. People were dropping like flies around here.
"What are we waiting for? Let's go before they pry him down. Where did he say he was? The football field" The jocks all start to get up and leave, taking Brittany and Santana with them.
They were all way too excited to see our murdered principal.
"Come on! Where are you guys going? We were just getting to the good part!" Randy called to them as they made their way outside, whooping as they go.
This leaves just the main gang here, minus Tatum. Randy turns his head to me. He sighed, "I guess it's just us then, Kat."
Snorting, I shook my head. "You're on your own, kid," I slurred, stumbling to Stu's room, hoping to find my missing boyfriend.
Feeling dizzy, I lay down on his bed, trying to stop the room from spinning. The alcohol has obviously gone to my head, weird that's never happened before.
What the hell kind of drink did Stu make me?

People. Harmony. Dysfunction
[Hiatus]People are extraordinary. They are glorious, chaotic, imaginative, grim, all kinds of smart and driven. They are capable of living in harmony or incredible destruction. They can be both caring and loyal but vicious and self-centred. However, Olivia wished that the first year of her PhD didn't have to showcase quite so much of the melting pot. People. Harmony. Dysfunction. is a story that follows a research group through the drama and challenges life throws at them. It has an (unspecified) modern setting and focuses on the characters. I've tried to rate this pre-emptively, but unfortunately it might change as the story evolves.
