"So I thought if we swung by your place, we could pick up some of your clothes and girly items," I burst out laughing when he said girly items. He said it so femininely.
"So we're really doing this?" I asked him and smirked when he smiled and nodded excitedly. "Okay, but If Tatum finds out, it's your ass on the line" his smile disappeared a little when I mentioned Tatum.
"Ah, forget about it; she won't care" I raised my eyebrow, knowing that wasn't the truth.
"I don't know Stu, if you were my boyfriend, I wouldn't want to share you," I commented, making him look at me thoughtfully.
We pulled into the driveway of my house, where everything was now quiet. No squad cars, ambulances, or police officers; it was like nothing ever happened.
I got out of the car silently, knowing the inside of my house wouldn't be as calm looking as the outside. "Okay," I whispered to myself, hearing Stu get out of the car.
I looked at him, confused. "What you think I'm gonna let you go in there on your own."
Feeling myself blush a little, I shrugged. I was always a tough girl who knew how to stand up for herself, but I didn't have to feel that way with Stu or even Billy; they were so protective of me I could let myself relax a little.
Feeling Stu grab my head, I entwine our fingers as he glanced at me "I'm here for you," he told me seriously as we walked up to the front door together. I opened the door and walked in, turning on the lights.
I looked around to find things missing, which I'm guessing the police took as evidence "I wish my dad was here. He would know what to do", I said aloud as I walked closer to the living room.
Hearing a crunch, I looked under my shoe and noticed I was walking on the glass from the coffee table. "Hey, are you okay?" I heard Stu ask, walking up beside me looking a little nervous.
"Yeah, it's just I don't understand it," I told him, motioning to the aftereffects of mine and Sid's attack "Who would do this?" I turned to Stu with tears in my eyes, "Who hates me enough to do this?".
Stu grabbed my arms and looked into my eyes "no one hates you, this was..." Stu looked like he wanted to say something else but stopped himself with a sigh, "come on, let's get your stuff."
Stu held my hand and led me upstairs. He'd stayed here plenty of times when my Dad wasn't around or when he was away. I opened my bedroom door and laughed when Stu pushed past me, jumping on my bed.

"Comfy?" I questioned with a raised eyebrow when he bounced on the bed like a child as I pulled my overnight bag out of my closet "Your bed is the best," Stu mumbled with his hands behind his head, looking adorable.
"That's why it's my bed," I retorted, throwing the bag on top of him and turning back around to look through my clothes, wondering what to pack for my night at the Macher household when I felt hands on my hips.
I screamed when I was thrown onto my bed unexpectedly, "Stu!" I shouted in shock as he gave me a boyish grin
"Chill out, girl, I've got this" I eyed him as he walked into my closet. I knew he'd find something short or tight.
Getting up off the bed, I walked over to the closet, noticing Stu was deep in my bra and panties drawer. "Stuart!" I chastise, making him laugh, putting some in the bag "cute," he grinned, giving me a wink before closing the drawer.
Feeling my cheeks heat up once again, I sat at my desk, trying to not think about Stu's hands on my delicates. Finding the homework I had written up, I sent it to the printer, knowing if I didn't, my Dad would probably raise hell about me getting an F.
I jumped when I felt Stu's head on my shoulder and his arms crossing around me. "So is this the homework we need for biology tomorrow?" he asked, faking innocence, but I knew better than to fall for his dumb act.
I turned to him and smirked, "Don't even think about it," my smirk dropped when I realized how close we were and the fact that Stu was looking at my lips.
Clearing my throat, I grabbed my school bag, putting my newly printed out homework in it. "I'm ready."
Stu looked a little disappointed at me for getting up, and for a minute, I wondered why as we stood in silence, did he think we were going to kiss, did I want to kiss him? I looked up at his handsome face and realized I did.
"Stu?" I whispered, looking at Stu as he stood looking deep in thought, suddenly he grabbed me and threw me over his shoulder, making me groan in pain.
"Careful, Stu!" I shouted, causing him to smack my butt, running off downstairs laughing with me bouncing on his shoulders.

Sidney sighed, lying in on a bed in Tatum's room, Tatum had been talking about what had gone on at the police station for hours, and honestly, Sidney just wanted to forget and go to sleep. If reality seemed like a bad dream, then maybe she'd find peace in sleep.

"I'll send you a copy, BAM! Gale went down. I'll send you a copy. BAM!. Seriously, Sid, I can't believe how cool Kat actually is, I mean, I knew she was badass, but this just tops it" Tatum giggled, thinking about how Kat public hit a newscaster,
something she'd never have the balls to do.
Dewey appears in the doorway, no longer in his work uniform. Sidney sits up straighter in bed. "Any word on my Dad?".
Dewey shakes his head in sympathy. "Not yet, but we're looking. If you need anything..." he trailed off, not really knowing how to comfort the young girl.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah..." Tatum waves him away,
Dewey smiles, pulling the door closed on his way out before popping his head back around the door. "I dropped Kat off at work. I think she might be able to take her mind off this," Dewey stated as Sidney nodded quickly, glad to know her sister was safe.
As Dewey closed the door behind him gently, Sidney lies back down with a tired sigh. "Just another sleepover at the Riley's," Sidney says with a heavy sigh,
Tatum smiles widely. "Just like old times, ain't it?"
Sidney looked at her best friend seriously. "No, nothing is like it used to be" Sidney rolls over at her side away from Tatum, thinking about the attack today and her mother's murder.
It replayed over and over, making her wonder if she would be dead without her little sister's protective nature.
Sidney always knew that there was a biological fight vs. flight in humans, but it always seemed to be a fight in her sister. It's like Katherine didn't have the flight urge, unlike Sidney.
She was always the rational talk it out twin, whereas Kat would forever go down swinging.
"Do you really think Billy did it?" Tatum asked quietly as Sidney shrugs her mind, not really together
"He was there, Tatum."
Tatum looked up in thought, "I knew this guy was too perfect. He was destined to have a flaw" A knock at the door shakes Tatum out of her train of thought, it opens, and a friendly, graying woman pops in.
Sidney smiles, seeing Mama Riley. Since her mom's death, she'd been there for Sidney, just like Stu's mom had been there for Katherine. "Telephone, dear."
Tatum turns to look at her mom, confused, "Who is it?" She asked, hoping it was Stu. She hadn't talked to him all day, and she wanted to know what he was up to.
"It's for Sid" Sidney's head snaps to look at Mama Riley "My Dad?" Mama Riley shakes her head; sadly, she knew how desperate Sidney was to speak to her father, "Kat?" Sidney guessed again, but Mama Riley shook her head in a negative.
"Take a message," Tatum orders, but Sid shakes her head, getting up. It could be something important.
"It's alright. I'll get it." Sidney takes off out the door with both women watch her go, both shrugging their shoulders.
Sidney grabs the phone at the end of the hall. "Hello?" she said cautiously. The last time she talked on the phone, the killer was on the other end.
"Hello Sidney" It was him, the voice from before Sidney cries out in realization, it was him again. Was her here to get her?
"Noooo..." Mama Riley turns in the doorway, and Tatum comes bolting out of the bedroom after hearing all the noise. She gave her best friend a confused look.
"Poor Billy-boyfriend. An innocent guy doesn't stand a chance with you," The voice said tauntingly as Sidney realizes her boyfriend wasn't the killer after all.
"Leave me alone!" Sidney screams in terror.
"Looks like you fingered the wrong guy...again" Sidney could hear him breathing; it made her skin crawl.
"Who are you?" She screamed at him feeling hands on her shoulders, but she couldn't' concentrate on that. She needed to know who was tormenting her.
"Hang up, Sid." she heard the panicked voice of her friend shouting to her.
"Don't worry. You'll find out soon enough. I promise," The voice laughed evilly as a tear slipped down her face.
Mama Riley beats on a closed bedroom door, "Dewey! Dewey!".
"Why are you doing this?" Sidney questions sobbing as the voice laughs at her mockingly.
"You couldn't save your mother, Sidney. You couldn't even help your own twin" Sidney's breath hitched as she held onto the phone tightly. Was he going to hurt Kat again?
"You just let her get hurt," The voice crackled again. "This is gonna be fun, Sidney. Just like old times," the line went dead just as Dewey flies out of his room wearing only his boxers and t-shirt holding his gun.
"What? What?" Mama Riley and Tatum take a sobbing hysterical Sidney back into the bedroom as she cried out Kat's name and wanting to see her sister.
Tatum's bedroom door slammed shut, leaving a confused Dewey standing in the hall wondering what the hell had just happened.
