《Fandom Imagines and Preferences V》Richard Castle- Laser Tag (c)

You let out a yelp as your vest flashed and let out a beep. The lights flipped on revealing Richard stood on the sofa, one foot proudly planted on the back of it, to look as though he had conquered it rather than just jumped onto it. He raised his gun, blowing the end where the laser sat, a victorious grin upon his face.
"I find it absolutely hilarious that you think you can be as great as I!" He exclaimed.
You pushed your night vision goggles, that he had decided would add to the game, onto the top of your head, pressing the button on the centre of your chest to stop the flashing.
"You can't be that good," you huffed, pulling at the Velcro to take off your vest.
"I am a master of laser tag," he confirmed. "There is no one who could beat me at it."
"I thought Alexis said she beat you a couple of times?"
He shook his head. "I let her win."
"You also said that you never let her win."
Richard narrowed his eyes at you, being caught in a lie about laser tag. He hopped down from the sofa, a little clumsier than he would have wanted it. You handed him your vest, gun and googles to join the ones he had just removed, letting yourself collapse onto the sofa. Richard joined you, sitting by your side.
"I can't believe you thought you would win," he chuckled to himself.
You shook your head. "You must have cheated somehow. I swear you were in the bedroom; I have no idea how you got in here so quickly."
"I didn't cheat," he stated firmly. "You just got too busy running around to actually pay attention to where I was, it certainly wasn't hard to catch up to you."

A pout fell upon your lips, realising it was your own fault to why you lost even though you wanted to prove you were better than him at laser tag as he kept trying to rub it in how good he was at it. He laughed at your expression wrapping an arm around your shoulders so that he could pull you too him.
Using a sing-song voice he playfully shook you. "You know that you love me."
You let out a grunt, attempting to deny the point but you couldn't. With an eye roll you admitted that you did love him.

He soon finds himself living a duel life, bouncing between his mundane life as a shelf stuffer and a strange new one. One where he has floppy ears and itty bitty paws. I'm still figuring out how to go about this particular endevor and thank you for your patience.
