《Fandom Imagines and Preferences V》Raj Koothappali- Singer (h)

Your hobby wasn't exactly a very common one, and not everyone understood why you did it because they never thought that it would lead anywhere – even if it did, it wasn't necessarily what you were aiming for.
Singing was something that you had always enjoyed, it calmed you down when you were stressed but it was also something you did without even realising it.
For the past couple of years, you'd been doing some small shows in different bars and pubs around the city, usually being paid to do the sets which was a bonus.
As you had a little show coming up in one of the local pubs, you asked your boyfriend Raj if he'd come to watch you.
The two of you had been together for a few months but he was yet to come and watch one of your shows, despite hearing you sing around the house pretty much all day every day.
He hadn't given you a definitive answer, but you were pretty sure that he'd turn up.
You still hadn't spotted Raj in the crowd when you were heading up to the stage area, but once you sat down on the stool you saw him standing there with all of his friends around him.
He realised that you were looking at him and blew you a kiss before giving you a thumbs up causing you to smile.
Throughout your set you could hear Raj cheering for you each time you finished a song, and you knew he was smiling just as much as you were.
The whole pub seemed to enjoy your set as they all cheered loudly when you finished, whilst quite a few people told you how good you were as you came down from the stage and headed towards where Raj and his friends where.

Raj pulled you into a hug as soon as you reached him and kissing you when he pulled away.
"You were amazing up there!" he exclaimed, and you could hear how proud he was.
You smiled at him and then waved to all of his friends. "I'm sorry that Raj dragged you all here, if I'd known that you guys had plans tonight, I wouldn't have suggested it to him."
Leonard shook his head, coming to hug you. "Don't be silly Y/N, Raj told us that he was coming, and we all wanted to come along."
"You were great!" Penny told you as she pulled you into a big hug causing you to laugh.
Raj put his arm around your shoulder, pulling you into his side. "Thank you for coming then, I'm glad you all enjoyed it."
"Of course, we did, I can't believe we haven't come sooner." Bernadette told you with a smile on her face.
You couldn't help but return her smile and feel the warm feeling inside that came with all of your friends being so proud of you.
As they all disappeared to get some drinks, Raj pulled you outside to their beer garden and sat you down on one of the benches.
"I know I've heard you sing at home, but up there you looked so comfortable and it was where you should be," he told you as he held your hand.
You smiled at him as you leant forward to kiss his cheek. "This is only a part time thing, maybe one day it could be something more but right now I'm enjoying it as it is."
He chuckled but pulled you over to him so that you were on his lap. "You're my talented little singer and that's all I could want."

Small Chests Are Fine Too
It is an undeniable fact that good things come in small packages. More often than not, it is necessary to trim the fat in order to bring what really matters to the forefront. Having extra bulk may seem like a good idea, but in reality it is merely a crutch that will one day become a hindrance, as it is no substitute for personality nor ability. Indeed, often times it is the small things in life that brighten up our daily lives and constantly remind us exactly why we do the things we do. However, it is important to keep an open mind, for while bigger is not always better, there are also times when it is. This holds especially true when it comes to hopes and dreams, which have been known to require a suitably large container from time to time. And while dreaming big could potentially lead to massive dissapointment, one will never truly reach fulfilment if they think too small. A truth that one small woman with meager aspirations is about to find out. DISCLAIMER: This is a spin-off/side story of my main series, Everybody Loves Large Chests, which is also mandatory reading to understand this one. It runs parallel to the main plot, branching off from the chapter titled Upheaval 2, so there will be spoilers for anyone who hasn't reached that point.

(Un)Prophesied Heroes
A regular guy in his 20s gets sucked into a world full of levels, monsters, gods, and propchecies with nothing but his ukulele and the clothes on his back. Uke in hand, Wesley made his way to the local branch of the Bard College to pick up a few levels and hit the road to travel the new world. For a while its all magic forests and incredible sights, but as time goes on it seems more and more likely that Wesley is actually one of these "prophesied heroes" that the lore on this world is full of. Fortunately for him, whatever Dark Lord he was supposed to duel didn't seem to get the memo and the world seems to be at peace. So it's probably nothing, right? This is the story of Wesley's adventuring party as they do their best to get him to fulfull his destiny. A power-hungry [Rogue], a slightly evil [Cleric], a [Mage] that just wants to go home, and a [Lord] who just wants to study the blade. Hopefully destiny is on their side, because the gods seem content to watch them struggle. Author's Note: This story should update once per week, but it might update more. Please leave any constructive criticism/typos I might have missed in the comments. Please enjoy, and let me know what you think!
