"I still have no idea how to do this." you groaned sitting back in your chair and closing you text book.

"You can't expect to learn and understand a semesters worth of information in only a week, y/n. It's gonna take some time." Cameron explained with an encouraging smile.

"I know, I just wish I were as smart as you."

"You are as smart as me, Smarter even."

"Sure." you rolled your eyes.

"Okay, how about we meet up after school? We could you know, go get something to eat and review some stuff, and we could probably see a movie after and Bogey Lowestien's having a party tomorrow so we could go to that and-"

"You want to go to a party to study?"

His cheeks flushed. "Oh uh, no no, that's not what I-"

"Cameron, if you wanted to go on a date with me you could of just asked. You don't need to throw in this whole tutoring thing."

"I uh... Really?"

You nodded and smiled. "I'd be happy to go to ...'a party with you. And hang out after school today."

"Wow, great. Yeah that's really great." he smiled widely and offered a nervous laugh.
