"Hey, y/n," Jonathan called as he approached you. "you got a second."

You nodded, signalling for him to continue.

"I uh... I was just wondering if, I don't know..." he struggled to find the right words.

"Are you alright?" you questioned.

He nodded frantically before speaking again. "Yeah, yeah. I'm good. I just was wondering if you maybe... you know... wanna go see a movie..." he gulped before adding, "With me."

You smiled as you felt your cheeks reddening. "You mean on a date?"

"Y-yeah." he stated, digging his hands into his pockets.
